very hygenic and well maintained,highly recommended for everyone who has a stressful lifestyle and there is hardly anytime for ownself just dedicate 1-2 hours of your day from ur hectic schedule trust me its worth your time

I visited this spa seeing rating on google, but I am very disappointed with service and therapist too. They say that they have thai therapist but its not worth. Really expected more but will be trying to ignore this spa in future.

Spa is hidden off due to the metro building... But if you can find it its worth the find.
Its a professionally run place offering all therapies through trained and experience Thai ladies.
The front office is helpful and the aura is good.
The therapy(Swedish for me) was good and the masseuse (Meya) was kind enough to throw in a few Thai stretches which soothed my aching neck.
Two negatives...
1) If you go during the rush hour(evening) you lose out on 10min of therapy
2) I was given the couples room and none of the beds had a neck cradle.
But surely will try them again

I have been to many massage/spa centre's in kolkata . Some were not up to the mark some were ok some were good but some how I never felt. "WOW" moment .
When i heard about Spa Rituals , I thought to give it a try but was skeptical as they are charging tad more than the others compared in the same nature of services .
It took me sometime to convince myself to pay more than usual and give it a try.
I can now say that I got what I was searching for and found my "WOW" moment.
The masseur name was APA a Thai lady probably in her late 30,s ,Very jolly person till she starts her magic. I must say she was a pro in her trade .As soon as she started I could realize that her hands were in conversation with my body , her hands were just like an artist and was in her own trance while painting.
Just amazing .

It is a fabulous spa. Staff were lovely, helpful and attentive. The reception crew is very polite and helped me to choose a perfect massage for me, which was called Balinese therapy too relaxing

They gave a massage unlike any other I've received. Her communication, attention to detail, knowledge of essential oils and of the muscular structure was phenomenal. She is a warm caring person who truly loves her job and loves the place. .

Dear Mr Sarkar .
I dont think they have a male massuer, u can always call them and confirm with them.
Apa is there one of the best female massuer as per my experience.
