スタイリッシュな食器が数多くありました。アウトレットの商品や、アクセサリーもありました。梱包もしっかり箱に入れてあり飛行機で無事持ち帰れました

Shop located 30 mins away by taxi from Yu Garden, residential area on the ground floor, very spacious allowing you to appreciate the ceramics leisurely but I must say there was not a huge selection. Some of the pieces are pricey.

It was a little hard to find, but well worth it. It is on the ground floor at the back of the site.
Beautiful ceramics. Make sure you use the ladies, as the ceramic toilet bowl and hand basin show examples of their work. Their pieces are fine and beautiful, especially the all white pieces.

Love this place, I couldn't visit Shanghai without visiting Spin Ceramics (Its in a newish location - but take a taxi)......Their pieces are so unique and over the years I have collected so many treasures.......I give some away to special friends and family then replace next visit and buy more...... The finest white ceramics in the most modern, quirky and delightful styles ❤

I see that Spin's New York store has closed, and the website is not available. Is there any way to order pieces to ship to the United States?
Love Spin, have received many gifts from my family member who used to live in Shanghai. They are unique, special, forever pieces.

I have visited Spin in Shanghai three times now and am also a regular visitor to the store in Singapore. The Shanghai store has many larger pieces and a wider range. I always find it hard to leave without buying something - so that does not happen often. Loved my latest visit. I arrived around 7pm only to find the team closing up - they actually opened up the store for me which was fantastic given it had travelled around 10k to get there. I understand the usual closing hours are now around 6pm rather than 8pm given the new location.

I actually visited in 2016 at the recommendation of a friend. I asked what I should buy that was special but not expensive, and she sent me to Spin! I ended up ordering all sorts of items and having them shipped to me in Korea. Everything came perfectly, just as and when they said they would. I ordered more from them directly by email, and I had the same wonderful experience. I visited the Beijing store and had equally great luck. They don’t update their designs very often, so don’t feel compelled to buy too much at once. Have you seen the prices online? Too rich for me! Thank goodness I can just visit China and get some more. The service and packaging are superb.

The flagship store is now in a new location in the outskirts of Shanghai: Building D2 Lane 566, Hutai Branch Road. Difficult to reach (you should either take a taxi or the metro Line 7 to Dachang Zhen) the store is behind a front street condominium (5I Center), so be patient and you will find it!
Once inside you will be rewarded by the most magnificent show of Chinese modern pottery at a price which is 30% of the US-based web site, and they can even ship your preferred items all over the world.
The selection of vases, dishes, tea sets and else is astonishing and you will be tempted to buy them all ...

I was the last one in our family to actually visit Spin, but I have long been a fan. We have several of their creations in our home in Sai Gon. Recently, our housekeeper broke our Red Army cap, a really nice piece I always called the Mao cap. We had to replace it. I discovered that you cannot visit Spin and buy one thing. Everything is too tempting. The quality is amazing and given that quality, the prices are certainly fair. You will something amazing for yourself and almost certainly a special gift or two. Please know that they are moving to a new location, so be sure you have the right address.

Beautiful, modern handmade pottery. Artisan work is simple, elegant and sometimes whimsical. This is a retail store but shows like a gallery. A really fun little visit. 2 stories. Near Jingan temple so many other things to do there as well
