Expensive for what you get, but it was fun. We booked the safari tour with lunch. The lunch was GREAT. It was good, like home-cooked. The safari was fun, even though my toddler cried with the giraffe and zebras. Some of the areas looked with out maintenance. I think they need more tourists to have this place great. If you haven got here, do it at least once.

Fui con mi familia de 7 personas, la cual cuenta con una adulta mayor en bordón y mi hermana que casi no puede caminar y nos trataron muy bien. Desde el inicio nos dieron prioridad en la fila, nos prestaron dos sillas de ruedas para facilitar los traslados de un tour a otro. Ya en el inicio del tour las rampas tipo muelle donde llegan las carretas fue muy fácil para ellas abordarlos y los sillones muy cómodos y seguros. Por todas partes hay rampas de acceso y hasta te llevan en autos 4x4 por si quieres facilitar las cosas cuando necesitas ir a lugares menos accesibles como la catarata y las pozas. En el centro del tour de animales hay una parada obligatoria donde poseen baños, rampas, zonas de picknick, pulpería, kiosko, mesitas y muchas estatuas para tomarse fotos. Aquí en esta parte si fue un poquito más difícil porque el suelo y las calles están cubiertas de piedrilla y para la silla de ruedas es bien difícil moverse, lo bueno es que siempre hay asistentes dispuestos a ayudar y sortear los obstáculos, muy amables.
La piscina es un poco pequeña, la recomiendo solo para niños.
En general la experiencia fue muy buena y me gustó bastante... volvería a ir encantado.

No me canso de ir a este lugar, es una experiencia mágica y el lugar está muy bien cuidado y mantienen el aseo
Lo que si deberían de mejorar es la atención de la recepción el cual es bastante lerdo y la comida del restaurante, ya que no tiene muy buen sabor y el precio si es bastante elevado y prácticamente es un casado sencillo

Fun, but could’ve been better. You get there and there’s no sense of direction and you have to figure out things on your own. For $90 Cdn per person( same price for kids which is not cool) you expect to have more for your money.
The good parts: the safari being up close to giraffes, zebras and to be able to feed them was awesome for young and old. I’m not a big zoo guy but animals seem to be sort of free and have big areas to do their thing.
Ziplining was great! 4 zip lines including the last one where you can be upside down like Spider-Man was great! Anyone can do it and it was the best part of the adventure. Great staff and funny as well!
The bad parts: the tubing and waterfall weren’t fun at all. Very slow river and heavy tubes that you must carry back a certain distance. Not ideal with children. The waterfall was nice to see but unable to go underneath or near it, which was unfortunate.
The buffet wasn’t good , lots of flies flying around your food which was disgusting.
Overall it was okay but definitely not worth the price of admission.

Hubo varios detalles que la verdad si molesta bastante, uno paga por las atracciones lo cual dice obviamente que tengo derecho a esas atracciones. No veo nada bien que otras personas no paguen una atraccion y aún asi disfruten de ellas.. Ejemplo la catarata todo el que quisiera se metía, ya sea que pago o no se metía.. Entonces como es aspecto ??? Ni un solo guia controlo eso .
El guía encargado de los botes le decia a todo el mundo valla y se mete no importa. De verdad muy mal ese punto.
El siguiente el safari en su segunda etapa donde lo recoge otro autobus para ver a la avestruz, dromedario ( similar al camello) ese muchacho si maneja mal no dejo poder tomar las fotos tranquil@s.para no decir que por poco lo vuelca a uno..
La primera vez que fuimos y se lleva esa mala experiencia...
Otro tema si uno reserva con tiempo deberia ser mas rapido a la hora de la llegada no tener que esperar que la prioridad se la den a las personas que compran allí mismo ya que uno si tomo el tiempo para evitar esa fila de personas.
Y deberia estar mejor señalado las zonas y un poco más de baños ya que colapso y no habia manera de agilizar eso.

Think we were the only tourists, but this place was amazing!! We got the 1 day offer, started with the safari, which isn't just zebras and giraffes, we saw goats, ostriches, camels, bulls with massive horns, deers, donkeys.. you pay 1000 colones for a bag of carrots and used them to feed the zebras and giraffes. Saw iguanas around too.
We then did 4 zip lines with the last being spiderman style, upside down, over the waterfall. So much fun!!
We then went tubing which is where you arrive after the zip line, not very clear initially but we got there. It was fairly calm then got some rapids, was a good laugh.
We then swam in the waterfall area too.
Then we went for lunch, buffet style and plentiful. There was salad, rice (plain and with veg), pasta, Spaghetti, chicken, stew, veg, soup, sauces, rice pudding and cold drinks (which we kept topping up until lunch closed at 3pm).
We then swam in the pools, there was a shallow ish one for smaller ones, and a deeper one with diving boards. Kids loved that.
It was clean, lots of loos, showers, water fill ups, staff were very friendly, not all spoke English but we got by. There was a souvenir shop too.
Free parking too.
Feeding the giraffes was priceless. All animals had tons of space and seemed well loved.
Would highly recommend.

The safari tour was awesome and you truly get a hands on experience with the animals. Waterfall was also very beautiful and the lunch provided was tasty!

Hola! Las entradas se compran en el lugar? o a través de la página web? no he encontrado una página del lugar, solo tours que ofrecen la entrada al parque. El parque se puede conocer completo en un día o recomiendan ir dos días? Si es así, qué lugares para hospedarse recomiendan? Muchas gracias!!!!

Hola,
Como recomendación, es preferible ir entre semana, pues según me comentaron los mismos empleados cuando fui, en dónde semana la afluencia de público puede ser hasta 3 o 4 veces mayor.
Yo fui entre semana y había poca gente, de modo que las filas para las diferentes actividades era mínima o nula.

Para un vialero con capacidad limitad si es posible hacerlo y ver los animales ,ya que el mismo se hace en un vehículo especial y se tiene rampas y ayudantes para faciliatrle el acceso

So you can do it a couple of ways. I used an app to call Costa Rica directly, and they will send you an email with payment information. when I was there, it was 38 dollars for 4 activies and 12 dollars for lunch and 60 dollars for all day photo. When I was checking in at the site, some people just show up and purchased the ticket at site.
