Visited the Casa Rangel restaurant for the first time with wife and friends. Food selection is good, service is good, and atmosphere is quite good. They have some interesting menu items that I have never seen on menus in Manzanillo.
I would suggest however, that if this restaurant wants to appeal to the American and Canadian clients that they provide the menus in English as well as Spanish. In our group, two spoke Spanish quite fluently, and one other spoke well. One other
my wife does not read/speak Spanish, so by herself she would have had difficulty. Secondly, their music is too loud, and inappropriate for the ambiance. 70's and 80's disco music not really! In this type of restaurant, I would have appreciated cloth table napkins, they only had paper. The interior walls in the patio area are in need of some colour perhaps by way of paintings etc? These comments by our group we feel would go a long way in making the dining experience here "classy", something Manzanillo needs more of restaurant wise.
