There are no rental's in the park but there are two bike shops in Fountain Hills (about 4 miles from the park entrance) that rent bikes - McDowell Mountain Cycles and Fountain Hills Bikes. The trails are well marked and a map is available at the entrance, the Visitor's Center and on line. You do not need a guide.
