Staying at Casterbridge Hollow en route to Sabi Sands Reserve for our safari holiday, we happened upon this wonderful gallery. We spotted a beautiful watercolour of a herd of elephants but we had insufficient time to make a purchase. During our three day safari, we were privileged to observe a herd of these magnificent animals at close range. An experience we will never forget! Upon arrival in Cape Town, we searched many galleries but weren't able to find anything which matched the beauty and quality of the artwork we saw in Into the Kruger Wildlife Gallery. We needed something special to remember our magical week in South Africa.
On our last day before we flew out, we made a quick call to Johnathan Patterson to enquire about the painting and what would be required to have it shipped to Australia.
A few emails to and fro, and a safe and easy transfer of funds, and our beautiful painting arrived safe and sound to its new Australian home in a few short days.
Can't thank Johnathan enough for his wonderful assistance. We felt at ease at all times and the process was very streamlined.
Would not hesitate to contact Johnathan if we require anything further from the gallery in the future.

Before arriving in Kruger for a 2 wk vacation, I reached out to Johnathan Patterson and explained my interest in visiting his gallery and in any Wild dog artwork he had. Explained I was going to be coming by the gallery before leaving back to the USA and was hoping on my vacation to spot my obsession....Wild Dogs. I was hoping to see them before leaving the park and then buy a piece from Johnathan to savor my experience forever. Well last morning in the park, we were surrounded by 30 dogs including 13 puppies for almost an hour in the road and I knew I needed to have something to remember that day.
I arrived at the gallery and Johnathan was waiting to show me all the galleries artwork. He showed me a piece he had just finished of a Wild Dog and immediately I was in love and bought it.
I returned home and decided to buy another piece of art from another artist Johnathan showcases, Andy Anderson. I wrote to Johnathan, explained what I wanted and bought it. I received it today and couldn't be more happy with it. Johnathan kept me updated on the shipment and where it was and it was carefully wrapped. I am returning to Kruger next August and plan to visit Johnathan again. His gallery is very nice, the artwork is incredible and to me very reasonable.
The shops at the Casterbridge are very nice and I was able to pick up some last minute souvenirs before going back to JHBG. If you have the time, stop by this wonderful gallery, you won't be dissappointed.

I fell in love with a specific artwork. Johnatnan made everything easy. Adapting to my desire and necessities. More than I expected. Gorgeous shop and gallery with a lot of tempting things. I wanted to buy all!! Thank you so much for make me so happy! My Art work would look fab on my living room, remembering my South Africa experience.

Visited the gallery of South African artist Johnathan Patterson and his wife and picked up fabulous fun art. Their shop at KMI Airport has beautiful items which were unique gifts for friends,family and our own personal use. All art work is authentic African artisits. Johnathan is an artisit and we purchased several of his drawings. He can also customise his drawing to accomadate your likes.
I have a friend who is a professional photographer. For her 70th birthday I purchased one of her photographs ( a mother and baby elephant) and Johnathan drew the my friends photo. I had the the orginal drawing and the original photograph framed together and presented my friend with this beautiful gift.
Johnathan's prices of his original artwork and other artisits that he represents were reasonable and high quality. Finding his store was our lucky day.

Stayed at Inyati Lodge and went on 3 safari outings, Skilled and knowledgeable trackers and guides. Experience was spiritual moving for me and some of the others in our group of 21.

What a gem! This local store has so much to offer it's vibrant, charasmatic feel of 'authentic' with a touch of absolute wow!
the young husband and wife team that run the store are friendly, welcoming and professional. The store has a gallery section which showcases the stunning raw talent of Johnathan, and other local artists. His wildlife ink drawings and paintings are a must see and a must have. They have stunning leather handbags, printed bags and pillow covers.They also stock a range of the gorgeous G&G products. This store is by far the most stylish, contemporary and authentic gem of the Lowveld...

Very nice gallery and great place to walk around and explore. Great restaurants around the corner and excellent place to go visit. The artworks displayed are truly magnificent and a great memory on our trip. The gallery has a really cool shop inside with beautiful gifts. Overall a great experience and friendly place. Thanks for the hospitality
