We just returned from our S.African adventure and thanks to Jenman I can honestly say it was one of the best family vacations we’ve ever taken. We worked with Will Lane and he was exceptional. He was in communication with us regularly and helped us design a trip that allowed us flexibility, adventure, luxury and culture. We did 2 weeks and visited hwange for safari staying at the nantwich hideaway lodge which we adored for 3 nights. We then went to Victoria falls and stayed at the Vic falls safari club which was divine for 3 nights. After this we traveled to Fransschoek which was breathtaking and a fun change of pace for 2 nights and we ended in cape town for 4 nights. The Four Rosemead in Cape Town was the most charming boutique hotel!! The activities we planned were consuming enough and allowed us a nice amount of downtime to really enjoy ourselves. Will and the team at jenman truly understand the term vacation. We didn’t want to have to scramble our way through and the leisurely pace we took was so welcomed. I highly recommend this group. Every transfer was seamless and every tour and activity was on time. And when we wanted last minute alterations Will was incredibly accommodating.

Very much enjoyed the Botswana Wildlife Breakaway Jenman Safari tour over Christmas 2024 and New Years Jan 2025
Both the Guide Njjabulo Sibindi and the Driver Maxwell C. were excellent, made me feel safe, and delivered wonderful customer service throughout the trip.
The local guides (shout out to MC and JC) were equally wonderful and amazing at finding birds and animals.
Accommodations were clean, quality mattress and good shower pressure (for me - best was Hwange lodge for staff and food followed by Moremi lodge)
Appreciated the Air Conditioning and water refill bottle on the van along with a trailer used for the luggage giving us more room in the van

Jenman provided an outstanding tour of Botswana and Zimbabwe. Accomodation was excellent and the number of safaris meant we algae the most opportunities to see wildlife.

I returned 2 months ago from the amazing "intimate Zimbabwe and Botswana" tour. The tour travelled through Zimbabwe and Botswana including the Victoria Falls and visiting among others Chobe and Hwange National parks,Moremi reserve and the Okavango delta. Seeing Victoria Falls even in the dry season was a wonderful highlight. The tour could accommodate up to 12, we were a small group of 5.. Our unflappable tour guide, N'Tando was Zimbabwean and introduced us to Zimbabwean and Botswanean culture. His knowledge of the areas and the wildlife was immense and he was always pleased to be able to communicate his knowledge to us..Our driver, Junior, and all the local guides also were extremely knowledgeable about the areas and the wildlife and worked hard to ensure we saw as many animals as possible.. We stayed 2 night on a houseboat travelling on the Zambezi, river where we saw some aspects of rural Zambesian life . I would have liked to see more of Kariba Lake , that was the only small down side of the whole trip.. We did see the big five animals; lions, leopards, elephants rhino and buffalo and myriad birds. Moreover our guides always explained the animal and flora that we were seeing. We travelled across sandy vegetation to see both the salt pans and later the Meerkats; a delight as they scrambled around our legs, untroubled by us. I was able to take a tour of a Botswanean village and have a small introduction to Botwansean life. We saw Painted dogs, elephants, lions, giraffes hippos, myriad types of antelope and jackals. We were taken down the Okavango Delta and admired the wildlife there. The accommodation was excellent. My favourite was the Natwich lodge, where the accommodation location and food was superb Some days we had to drive for hours at a time but there were stops to get out and stretch our legs . I would recommend this trip to anyone who really wants to visit Africa and see the people and the wildlife.

Thank you for your amazing review of your tour through Botwana and Zimbabwe. Inded this tour offers many highlights and it's great that you could experience each one, especially the mighty Victoria Falls.
Your tour guide, N'Tando, is truly gifted, and along with your driver, Junior, they do their best to make sure every guest enjoys themselves. It's great that you were able to see the big 5 and enjoy the incredible birdlife.
The accommodations along the way are very special, and Nantwich is a firm favorite. We are pleased you enjoyed the food and services.
Lake Kariba is massive and definitely worth a longer visit. We hope you will be able to join us for another tour, and a closer look at the Zimbabwean and Botswanean cultures.

WE had an incfedible Experience! A 12 day trip to South Africa, Cape Town, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana. Highly recommemded to use Jenman Safaris. Everything was organized in perfection :-)

The trip in Botswana and Zimbabwe was very nice and varied. For the most part, the lodges were very well selected, whether it was directly on the lagoon or at one of the few waterholes in the national parks. Overall, it was a little many hours in the car, but this is due to the country & the distances and not the company. The guide, Thulani, was attentive and always had the special eye for the animals & exciting discoveries. We were also very satisfied with the driver Max. There were one or the other organisational things, which were not entirely ideal. For example, the last lodge at Victoria Falls was not directly in town as planned, but outside, which was a bit tedious when booking & travelling to the activities. So we were again dependent on drivers instead of being able to walk there. But these were small things and, in my view, do not have much influence on the overall experience. The team was always ready to find solutions. The trip and the company we can recommend!

We did the 24 day Cape Town to Victoria Falls via Namibia and Botswana tour. November 11, 2024 departure, the last one of the season..
Although hotter than expected, it was wonderful and truly spectacular. So many many animals, all the important ones and tons of less important ones! Lions, zebra , water buffalo, Leopard , antelope , hippos rhinos, baboons , crocs . We got extremely close to many of them 😊👍
This is the tour for you if you want to see lots of animals, at least eight or nine game drives-some full day ones . Our driver in Namibia, PATRICK was excellent and good fun – a real character. Our driver in Botswana, PILANI was equally experienced , competent and very safe– laughing all the time also .
NORBERT our overall guide, could not be surpassed. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced-could answer any question about animals (and birds too!. ). He was heaps of fun, a really cool character. JENMAN tours have got a real treasure in him. He paid great attention to detail and made sure everyone was safe and happy all the time. We really enjoyed this tour, but it is not for the fainthearted (as the roads are abominable) Just so you know 😂

Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your 24-day tour with us, despite the heat at this time of year! It's great that you saw and got close to lots of wildlife.
We will pass on your compliments to Patrick, Pilani and especially Norbert - they all do their utmost to provide the best tour possible for each and every guest.
Regarding the roads, we are aware of this issue, but it is completely out of our control. When we know that the roads have not been maintained, we look for alternate routes that may be smoother (when possible), but those tend to add a lot of extra driving time. Despite this challenge, we do our best to deal with all the small details on tour, and make sure the rest runs smoothly.

What an amazing experience. Jenman provided the trip of a lifetime for us. Our guide Malven was an amazing human. He cared for everyone, he was a wikipedia on legs. His knowledge of Flora , Fauna, Geography, History and the current socio-economics each area was astounding. He had such a wonderful sense of humour. He was the icing on the cake of the trip. Each day brought new adventures, sights and experiences. The lodges were excellent, the food was always great. The service in each and everyone of the lodges was superb. The opportunities to see wildlife was mind blowing; Lions making a kill, nesting carmine breasted bee-eaters, herds of elephant, leopard with cubs, dazzles of zebra, towers of Giraffe, herds of cape buffalo, some many different species of Antelope, warthogs ...... And time to look. and
The entire journey was very well organised and any issues were calmly dealt with.
We will be looking for new adventures with Jenman. Thank you.

Our trip through Botsuana and Simbabwe from Maun to Victoria Falls was a great experience. The tour was well planned with comfortable lodges and a lot of different animal attractions in various national parks. Our guide Njabulo and the driver Philani were a nice team. They were always engaged, humorous and in a good mood what gave a good spirit to the whole group. They both provided us with many information about the wildlife and gave us also an interesting insight into life and culture of the people in Botsuana and Simbabwe. The tour will remain in our memories!

Being guided through this amazing trip by a very knowledgeable, personable, professional tour guide and driver, made this experience very special. The tour covered a lot of kilometres in a day so we needed to ensure we rested ready for the day’s adventure of looking for animals. The weather was hot so a tip would be to cover up as much as you can when on safari. A great way to see wild animals in their habitat. This company and tour are very respectful of the animals.
