I gave the 1/2 day dog fight and aerial maneuvering package to my husband for Christmas. He has talked excitedly non-stop about the day. The people were very nice and professional. The educators were outstanding and all skilled professionals. We definitely want to come back.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Fighter Combat International. I was the most exciting and thrilling thing I have ever done. If you are on the fence about doing something like this, don't be. You won't regret it. I plan to take my son and do it again next year.

I can't write a good enough review of this place or the people running it. Truly a unique experience to do the aerial acrobatics or the fighter combat, and fly these amazing planes. From the moment you walk in the door the staff is amazing and you feel like old friends. The instructors ROCK. They make sure you're prepared, comfortable, and that you have an absolute blast. And you will not be disappointed! Thank you to Borneo, Weeble, BJ and the incredible staff here. Fly as hard as you want or take it easier, they make sure you call it.

I've never flown a plane before and jumped into the advanced air combat mission - it was insane fun! An experienced and fun-hungry pilot sits in the back seat and you sit in the front. He shows you a maneuver then you take control and repeat. Then you go into a combat setting and the reigns are yours to take down the other plane in the sky! Your plane is equipped with lasers and a sight and when you hit the target smoke comes out of their plane! It seems crazy this is allowed for the general public but the planes are the most capable acrobatic planes bar-none and the pilots in the back make sure you don't expose yourself to anything unsafe. These planes get tossed around, flipped, stalled, etc. and they get corrected as though it never happened. If you communicate your stomach/head status to your co-pilot they will keep your flight to your physical abilities...if you want to be aggressive...you push g's until you pass out! The dark stars were creeping into my vision twice during my flight but I hung on and stayed conscious haha sounds insane but if you are an adventure seeker this is an absolute must! Take a friend with you if you can so you can dogfight each other in the sky!

I purchased this experience as a gift but the recipient was unable to use it, so not to have wasted good funds I decided to challenge my comfort level and give it a try myself. Wow. There are a lot of familiar cliché terms to describe the experience… adrenaline rush, thrill, E-ticket ride are but a few. My Instructor was great about letting me push my myself as far as I felt confident and when I hit my limit (which unfortunately for my pride was less than I had hoped for) he helped me calm my stomach and continue our flight with enough aerial acrobatics to satisfy my sense of adventure.
There was a down side to my day however. I was asked to report in for pre-flight briefing at 09:15 a.m. and told that my experience would probably absorb 3-4 hours of my day. I ate a light breakfast that morning anticipating lunch after my flight. Unfortunately for me, after the pre-flight briefing I was to wait my turn until after the return of the first flight group and refueling of the planes. It was afternoon before my flight began and my stomach was bouncing on empty. That probably also meant I had low blood sugar. Add to that the two hour window in which my nerves had an opportunity to engage resulted in a strong queasy feeling after the first couple of loops and rolls. My husband and I discussed this with the flight operations manager and made suggestions as to how to correct/avoid the problem happening to future customers. He seemed sympathetic and receptive, and promised to address it with staff and management.
My suggestions to anyone planning to do this are (1) don’t do it on an empty stomach and (2) make sure the timing of your day is fully explained to you ahead of time. Then go and have a wonderful time!

Fighter Combat International bills the aerobatic Super Ride as “The Flight of Your Life”. That’s a tough claim to live up to, but I can confidently say that it’s absolutely true. All of the staff are incredibly friendly, and incredibly professional. It’s nice to have that confidence, as a client, when your life depends on them. My wife was a spectator, but she was welcomed like family. She was allowed to be in my briefing session, took pictures on the flight line before and after the ride, and while I was flying she had someone with her explaining what was happening as she listened to the intercom chatter from my flight. The ride is everything I ever dreamed it would be, then some. It was truly a “bucket list” flight. I was fortunate enough to not have stomach or G-force issues, so we went through all the maneuvers possible in my allotted time. My flight instructor, JD, was the best I could have hoped for. He was friendly, patient, and extremely capable. JD also spent a lot of time after the ride with my wife and I answering questions (debriefing) and running through some of the highlights from the resulting video. The video I received at the end was very high quality, and the perfect memory of the flight. I’ve rarely been impressed with a company enough to give a perfect rating, but this is one rare exception. I (and my wife) are HUGE fans.

This is the ultimate adventure for anyone who wants to experience the thrill of flying aerobatics, the sensation of pulling g forces, or the excitement of air-to-air combat (dog fighting against another aircraft. This is not a video game or a simulator. It is the real deal. I am age 70 and chose the advance air combat profile - one hour of yanking and banking, shooting and being shot at (not real bullets of course). My instructor was a former Air Force fighter pilot, my opponent (another instructor) was a former AF fighter pilot, test pilot and NASA shuttle pilot. an incredible adventure. My wife did not fly, but got to participate in the briefings and all the pre-flight prep, and watch the formation take off and landing. The organization records the complete flight is recorded on a GoPro and provided us a copy.
