Fantastica esperienza con Salta Rafting, paesaggi bellissimi, la nostra guida Martin re buena onda, ci raccontava di un po' di tutto del luogo. Ti danno tutto il necessario per passarla bebe. Doccia calda alla fine per togliersi il freddo e buonissimo asado con verdure! Bravi!

Es excelente! Absolutamente recomendable experiencia. Todo de 10: la guía en la balsa (Majo) una genia, el ambiente natural, el recorrido, la experiencia de sentir que estás haciendo un deporte extremo casi sin conocimientos previos. El asado también muy bueno!

Genial Salta Rafting, una experiencia tremenda en un lugar magico. La llegada por el Cabra Corral es muy linda, la base y el equipamiento de rafting son de primera. Los guias muy preparados (gracias Majo!!!) y el rio es transparente, que masssss...
Ahhh me olvidaba, muy bueno el asado y las ensaladas. Un trip muy recomendable para toda la familia.

One of the best outings we did in the Salta area. You will need to either organize your transportation or rent a car (cheaper) to go to the location. It is about 2 hours from Salta, half of it on paved roads and the other half on gravel roads. The scenery is beautiful. When you think you missed it, keep going :-)
Once you arrive, you can go change and situated in the locker rooms. Apply plenty of sunscreen and mosquito repellent. Your belongings will be stored under key in a central area until you come back. You will need to point out to your belongings to get them back after the rafting excursion.
You are given equipment before starting, some are optional others are not. Mandatory are the helmet and the life jacket. They also offer you closed shoes, pants and a long sleeve top. I would highly recommend all of them, as the sun is brutal, and these give you good protection (in addition of protection should you fall in the water and hit some rocks (unlikely)).
The trip starts on very calm water, and your guide will tell you so much about the area. The scenery is mind boggling, since you are looking at millions of years old ocean beds/beaches which are now mountains. You get to see all of these amazing rocks and fossil formations as you are going down the river, and even dinosaur prints. It is just so beautiful, peaceful, and serene.
Your guide will also give you clear instructions of how to work as a team to go through the rapids safely, all in a very safe and fun way.
And then the fun begins, and doesn't stop until you reach the end of the 10 rapids. A bus will take you back to the starting point (20 -30 minutes ride) where you can shower and change in a large and clean locker area.
The asado offered after the rafting is truly good. Good quality meat, bread, and salads. Water is included but any other drink has to be purchased separately.
You can purchase the pictures of your adventures after you are done eating. The cost is AR$ 4,000.
This outing was absolutely spectacular. The guides were all so fun and amazing, but we LOVED ours, Majo. She was truly fabulous: knowledgeable and super fun. We will definitely cherish the memories of this trip for decades!!! You can't miss this opportunity! GO!

Rafting incroyable !
Super ambiance, moniteur "El turco" génial (drôle, prévenant, acrobate), et barbecue délicieux, copieux et convivial...

Es una experiencia única, la paz del río Juramento entre las montañas y la adrenalina de los rápidos.

Amazing day! We visited with our 5 and 8 year old. Our instructor Frank, was fun, informative and took great care of our children.. We were confident that they were safe at all times.
Beautiful setting and felt so good to be immersed in such a fantastic experience. BBQ was absolutely great. Lovely salad and delicious meat.

la verdad una experiencia única gracias al grupo que nos tocó y al guia que fue el turco una maravilla, lo volvería hacer solo si vamos con el turco.
el problema es el señor que parecía el dueño que desde entrada te trata mal sino pagas el asado y el transporte y como que te excluye en ciertos momentos despues de eso la verdad la experiencia en el agua fue fantástica

hola quiero saber el nivel de complicación y a su vez de seguridad que tiene el rafing.
si es adecuado para CHICOS DE 13 AÑOS
Hola! El rafting tiene rápidos clase II y III (intermedio), es muy divertido pero a la vez seguro. Lo niños pueden realizar la actividad a partir de los 5 años. Saludos!
