Been to this hotel twice in 8 years. First time the AC appeared to be locked on 76 degrees but shows it goes down to 50, it wouldn’t go down past 76, which can make for a miserable night sleep. This past weekend we went and tried it again hoping it was ann isolated incident but it was the same, the temp wouldn’t go past 76. Been to a couple of other Indian reservation casinos and they are the same. If you like to sleep cold I would pass this place up.
Second the shower was clogged and filled like a tub and that is just disgusting!
They don’t have any usb plugs anywhere in the room so bring your own wall plug to charge your phones.

Went to restaurant and ordered a steak medium rare and with fries, it came with mashed potatoes which were super slushy and steak was way over cooked and vegetables were cold, waitress brought some fries with were also disgusting, second time there and last time beef dip was very soggy and not appealing, last time for us there for sure

Horrible! Will not be returning do to poor service and cleanliness. All staff members were extremely rude and seemed to be bothered by having to do their jobs. The hours of the pool and on site food places were wacky and had rude staff. Aside from every employee being extremely rude, our room was extremely disgusting stained sheets with what looked to be blood and miscellaneous strands of hair the bedside lamp shades had the same dark red stains around it. There were bugs which appeared to be little gnats and spiders in the ceiling corners. We called the front desk to get new sheets but they said housekeepers were off the clock and they would try to find sheets available. We were then given an extra sheet in replacement for our stained one and told to make a complaint the following morning. When we went to do so, the front desk attendant was very rude and told me they would give us the first night free for our trouble. Come checkout day we were fully charged all 4 days and then charged housekeeping fee for getting our sheets changed. It was an expensive purchase to not fully enjoy. Definitely will not be returning and suggest choosing another resort!

I would not recommend staying here.
This is a deteriorating casino/hotel with a VERY unfriendly staff! I'm not sure what ineptitudes each person I contact to obtain a simple receipt for my stay, but after a week I still don't have it.

Casino is small, but nice!Everyone was quite nice except one Casino Pit boss!! He was aggravated because I drew a hand of Quads, and won about 1300 dollars in a short time!! I wanted to tell him that it wasn’t HIS money!! He was very aggravated while I sat there! Dealers were nice and I tipped them well!

The first day was fun. Me and my kids played in the pool most of the day. The next day we went to the river very nice! The casino was fun as well. The issue was the front desk, pool staff, and cleanliness. There is so much dust packed on top of things I swear they have never been cleaned since they open. When I called to ask for an extra pillow or blanket they said they didn’t have any. The staff would yell at my kids from every entry of the pool area and from the casino floor. They even got the security guards to come down when it could have been communicated to the parent rather than the kids. It was fun to be with my family but it made it not enjoyable due to the staff.

We had visited the facility for 20 years, using it as a waypoint stop traveling in our RV. Always spending one night, dining in their restaurants and playing in the casino.
A week ago we stopped for our usual visit and were immediately stopped by security and asked to leave the property as they NO LONGER ALLOW RV'S ON THEIR PROPERTY.
In the past, RV'ers were a large part of their visitors. Apparently the business is so good that they no longer wish to cater to anyone in an RV. Good for them.

I didn't stay here. just stopped the morning on my way out. Mostly machine gambling. Some table games open later in the day. Food and bar are available, but there's limited service though some prices have been adjusted downward. The indoor pool is terraced with views of the Colorado. Beach area is probably too hot this time of year, but there is a concession with picnic tables. There's a movie theater on the property plus a riverside restaurant. But, like I say, visitation seems off and services are limited. So check on all availabilities before you decide.

Very rude not helpful at all not caring at all I wanted to spend money but they reflected that water was leaking on the bottom floor out of the pipes in the sink on the floor which we have pictures
