I have owned here since before it was built and every time I come for the last almost 19 years, I always get a dirty room. I always have a problem with the service that they provide as far as cleanliness and I am very specific insane. Please have my room inspected and cleaned before I get there, but it seems like they never do. I came this time and I had mold in my bathroom. The bathrooms were atrocious. There was dirt everywhere and then the manager had the audacity to tell me it seems like every time you come here there’s always something wrong but of course my room is never cleaned. That’s why the vacuum was that they give me the little sweepers. They’re all broken. They didn’t even check if they work and I will clean my room when I’m here because this is supposed to be a home away from home, but I don’t wanna have to clean it before I get here. I would like it to be clean before I get here and then I will maintain it because that’s who I am right now. The property is beautiful , the rooms are not clean. I’ve got towels that have holes in them. I’ve been given old towels. I’ve been given holy kitchen rags bathroom that has a bathtub that has chipped ceramic inside and I’ve owned since before. They were even a resort so I expect nothing but the best and every year for the last maybe 10 years I have had to complain every time about my room when in fact when I first got here before blue green took over , I was always happy and satisfied. I always was able to get what I wanted and there was always that availability. The rooms were actually clean at one time and what has inspire while I have been here for the last 10 years and the manager is a joke. I would like to speak to the assistant property manager, but to the actual CEO once again my name is Thompson and I’ve owned since before there was ever property here. Shame on them and the manager had the audacity to tell me that how dare he !!!!😠😣☹️

A security guard attempted to follow me to my room late one night and said the manager told him to. Creepy! What’s the point in having a beautiful resort if you make your guests feel uncomfortable and unsafe?

Very quiet and relaxing resort. Has a large family heated pool area and hot tub. Food truck and bar at the pool. Separate adult only pool and bar. Facility is well maintained. 7 original buildings and several new buildings. Surrounding community of Peoria is very nice and safe. It’s a quick 30 drive to the diamond casino. This was our third stay. We will be back.

Nice place with some short comings.
Nice pool.
I stayed here in April 2022 in a one bedroom so I was familiar with the place.
We had the presidential suite. Overall it was nice.
It has the smallest dishwasher I have ever seen.
The bar and eating place by the pool did not operate on their posted times.
There were dirty bed clothes outside our door upon check in. They were still there a week later when we checked out.
The handle on the freezer was broken.
The ice and water at the refrigerator was not hooked up.
Often we had to resign in to wifi if we left the unit, even a trip to the pool or parking lot.
If you are planning on doing a lot of cooking/baking, as we did for our family Christmas, take your own stuff. We drove in so we took it just in case and glad we did.
Flat ware, glasses/cups, and knives was adequate.
Limited cooking utensils. 1 cup measuring cup, no measuring spoons, 1 8gt pot w lid, 1 3qt pan w lid, 1 small and 1 large frying pan, colander, 1 small baking pan, 1 cookie sheet, 3 sizes of glass bowls with lids, toaster, coffee maker, and blender.
Microwave.
We would stay here again but doubtful in the presidential suite.

Excellent place. The only complain. I have is they do not supply decaffeinated in the rooms, nor can you get it at the desk. If you have Afib like I do, bring some with you, I had some.

Worst two days of the year. 2+ hour delay in getting our room after being asked to be there early to get our registration done. Room was still dirty. The room above us must have been a big family as there was near constant running back and forth and furniture being moved from about 7pm till 1am both nights. We were supposed to stay one more night but left early as the supposed high-speed internet was anything but on the last day. This experience was so bad I might never shop at Cabela or Bass Pro again just for being associated with this resort.

This resort never disappoints. A whole condo, 2 wonderful pools. A spa on sight. Food truck and bar! Games, beautiful property and cute animals across the street. Quiet and serene. Clean, comfortable and plain fantastic. This was our 4th trip. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The pools are perfect with something for everyone, Adult only or family pool. We are ready to go back!

When we checked for our three night stay, the woman who checked us in said it was for one night. That it was a multiple booking which it was not. She then said she would check us in to one room and check us out the following day then check us into a different room. Make this make sense these resorts are a minimum two night stay. She said that’s is just how it works. Never has it worked like that. When my husband asked to speak to a manager she said fine. Then all of sudden we are staying in the same room but it’s a room they don’t use. Huh! What does that even mean? She had a very poor attitude which management stated that she was new. We got our room which was booked as a one bedroom via RCI. There are different types of one bedrooms at this resort. We stayed here two years ago and had a master suite one bedroom it was a great stay.
We got a junior suite which was basic, whatever, not what we were expecting by any means. Again I guess what they meant by a room we don’t use often. They are saying they are sold out yet there is plenty of parking through out the resort. This is unlike our last stay where you couldn’t find parking for anything. We also stayed during Memorial Day weekend and stayed late.
My husband called RCi and they confirmed we Reserved a Master suite we are now in a junior. The RCI agent said they will fax and email the resort the reservation again. Now it stated only a one bedroom so when my husband tried to verify what RCI told the resort denied getting any such information. He was then told they were going to give us the Junior suite and then give us rhe Master suite the following day, but we didn’t want to do that. This not how this was presented. He also stated they gave that master suite away because we didn’t want it. We did want what we paid for and reserved or we wouldn’t waste our entire conversation on the phone with RCI and the resort.
My husband stepped outside to contact RCi who did not have notes of the previous phone call, Two managers stood over him. Stating he was intimidating their staff, yet he was outside trying to get to the bottom of this confusion. The manager then said we have the right to refuse service. My husband put his phone on speaker while on the phone with RCi and said you are on a recorded line with RCI do you want to say that to me again. The manager refused. The problem was not resolved and my husband went back to the room only to have this management follow him. He felt racially profiled and threatened.
So not only were we in a small room
Now we felt threatened and feared for the security of our younger children. We had them stay with friends nearby to ensure their safety.
My young children watched me cry as this is not how anyone wants to spend their only week long vacation for the year to be treated like this.
We had a sales meeting the next day where the Director Mr. Washington and his staff were kind and considerate. They took our concerns seriously. I was an emotional wreck having to relive and tell the story of this trauma over and the over again. Honestly I wanted to just go back home if home wasn’t a 5 plus drive away.
Mr. Washington was going to address the matter with the hotel staff. RCI is trying to get in contact with us. We check out tomorrow tomorrow and check into the Worldmark Indio. Finally we can recover from the hell of this vacation. Can’t wait to leave we didn’t get to enjoy our vacation.
Will will never be back nor stay at a blue green property ever again.

We are Bluegreen timeshare owners but had never been to Cibola Vista before. I had read a few unflattering reviews and was a bit apprehensive about booking our stay.
Our stay was tremendous. We booked a one bedroom master suite and had all the room we needed for three adults (pull out coach was adequate).
Everything in the suite seemed very new...furniture, kitchen appliances, kitchen pots, pans, silverware, etc..
Suite has a large dining room table that will seat six easily. We ate in quite a bit and the
large space was great. We used the outdoor grills several times and that was a big plus. The pool areas are large but a bit crowded due to spring break families. They have a separate adult pool and hot tub also.
Now, let's talk resort staff....damn near perfect. Many thanks to Erick, the resort assistant manager, who went out of his way to make our stay memorable. The rest of the staff were courteous, knowledgeable and genuinely friendly.
I tried to find a few faults....shower tile could have been a bit cleaner, parking was a bit tight on open spaces but you can find spots a one minute walk away. Other reviews talked like the restaurants, etc were a hundred miles away...more like 2 or 3 miles.
We will be booking a trip for next spring and may even consider a summer trip just to hang at the pool.

Let me start by saying that the property itself is delightful. The pool is simply amazing in its expanse and cleanliness. Condos are beautiful- decorated tastefully, incredibly comfortable beds, great kitchens, and huge. Plenty of parking onsite and a convenient location right off Lake Pleasant Rd.
My biggest issue with this place is the conflict between Bluegreen Vacations and whomever runs the front desk and facility. Bluegreen says they own this, but we ran into endless issues with the property management company canceling our reservation. Every day we were greeted with someone waiting to clean our room because they said we had to check out. This was on a 3 day trip which we confirmed for. My wife went to the front desk, and they could not have been more ignorant, rude, and frankly useless. They basically told us "Bluegreen is the problem, go talk to them". We were referred to the onsite marketing office and they had no idea what to do as they're in marketing, not reservations.
The whole thing kind of feels like a scam... we're new to timeshare ownership and this was really frustrating.We were promised over and over that they were going to make things right and offer some sort of compensation- which, truth be told, we could care less about... what we wanted was peace that we weren't being kicked out every day by the property management group. We did complete our weekend stay and we thoroughly enjoyed everything else about this place, but we couldn't believe how poorly we were treated.
Overall I'd say this is a lovely place, but make sure your I's are dotted, t's are crossed, and make sure you have proof of the length of your stay. Despite Bluegreen claiming they own the property, they clearly have zero control over the day-to-day operations. The "owner orientation"is also a complete waste of time... they try to sell you an upgraded package even though we just bought in while we were there in November. Skip the BS and enjoy your morning at one of the amazing restaurants in the area, or their killer pool area.

Does the resort offer a roll away bed? I'm not sure how the pull out sofa is going to work for two kids, especially teens.

Should we book a hot air balloon ride through the resort, or seek out a private company?

I would try reaching out to the resort first for suggestions or possible help in booking. Be sure to watch the balloons take
off and land daily across from the resort.
