Think twice when going to this spa. The massage therapists are great. However, the customer service in particular the manager Patrick totally missed the mark. To be part of a luxury hotel but not know proper customer service is ridiculous. I have a spa membership at the Phoenician and I will never make the mistake again of going anywhere else.

The Arizona Biltmore is home to the Spa Biltmore: Terra Luna and is the only existing hotel in the world with a Frank Lloyd Wright inspired design. This modern-age spa leans into crystal, astrology, chakra, cosmic and soaking-inspired treatments which elevates the bodywork to a level far exceeding the value of usual spa offerings. The Spa houses 12 treatment rooms with a range of curated therapies inspired by the surrounding Sonoran Desert. The menu is categorized by Signature Massage + Body

with innovative treatments such as the Float Dream Massage, Lucid Awakenings to Cosmic Offerings including an Alchemy Mud & Crystal Body regime. My spa fix was the Goddess Bath Ritual.....who doesn't want to feel like a God.......I did feel good. The Spa is configured with the Sol Garden, a comforting, thoughtful outdoor space complementing the Spa. I used this space for some meditative routines and simply unwind. On the design front, Terra Luna is accented with earth tones and natural materials in keeping with the surrounding Sonora landscape and weaves the genius of FLWright into it's design fabric. The Arizona Biltmore is a wellness fostering facility that is a cut above.

The property has facilities for adults (beautiful new adult pool and outdoor lounge/bar area) as well as a new fun waterside for kids. You can't beat the location which is a green respite on two 18 hole golf courses smack in the center of the city with easy a access to good shopping and restaurants. The hotel has really focused on upgrading its already good service and its food, which has always been good, is still outstanding. They have done a very effective and sympathetic renovation enhancing this historic property and bringing it up to today's standards. We stayed in a cottage and thoroughly enjoyed the lovely landscaping and surrounding garden area as well as its easy access to the hotel amenities. Next time I'd request a walk upcottage with a large outdoor balcony. Overall this property is great value and you really feel like a stay has been a special trip back to a more elegant time.

I got the Jewels massage and it was INCREDIBLE. My masseuse Sonja explained each oil and her use of the hot stones was creative and relaxing. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. My only suggestion is the spa waiting room needs more comfortable seating. it should be filled with individual reclining chairs and maybe a bowl of cucumber slices floating in ice water for relaxing after.

During our December “stay-cation” at the Arizona Biltmore, we did “Spa Day,” on-property, at the Arizona Biltmore Spa. This was my first visit to the Spa, though my wife had done nail treatments there several times, as it is lovely and not far from our home in North Phoenix.
We had the Couples Massage (75 min), and it was very good, though I wish that they offered a longer treatment. The room was lovely, and very quiet, and the technicians were excellent.
The locker rooms are a bit dated, but more than adequate for just our treatment. We did not spend much time beyond the massage, and did not use any of the included facilities.

Yes there are some inconvenient issues with parking but there are ways around it but the standout for me was the absolutely amazing customer service!!! I have never had the pleasure of staying a a Waldorf Astoria property however my husband and I needed a place to stay while our teenagers visited their friends in Phoenix. I found an incredible deal on Travelzoo which waived the resort fee and parking fee such a great deal I just booked it assuming it would be nice based on the name alone. Only after that did I read the reviews ...which honestly had me pretty apprehensive about my stay from complaints about parking, to scorpions to “old, dirty rooms” I was very apprehensive! Now being a Hilton Honors member may have brought some of the additional perks, I'm not sure however two days before arrival I received an email from my personal concierge, which was new for me, so I addressed my concerns with her and received an email addressing them within 24 hrs! She also checked in with me via text message throughout my stay just to ensure my satisfaction!!! Like I said our standards may be low as we are working class, regular people but from the immaculately kept grounds, to the gorgeous room in the Terrace building (neither old or dirty) the eight beautiful, clean pools ( paradise was our favorite as it was the coolest in the 110 degree heat) we were thoroughly impressed and will definitely come back!

Had a wonderful neck and back
massage.
The locker room/hot tub are a little old, the views aren’t great but the massage itself was awesome
$90/25 min was pricey.
Locker room was also fairly dated but the staff was super friendly

The good was that some spa time was really needed. I started off with some sort of 7-stage massage thing. There was some mumbo-jumbo about chakras, etc. It also included some odd head massage and pseudo neck alignment. In the end it was worth every expensive penny. It really got me relaxed.
But I also got an unnecessary and uninspiring facial that I had to wait over an hour for. Being kept waiting is not great, and they automatically tack 20-percent gratuity on to the bill so its hard not to rescind some of that without feeling like a jerk.
