From the first day we arrived and went to get fitted for our equipment everything worked like clockwork.
The staff were amazing, able to get us fitted and sorted with equipment and a locker very fast.
Would use again and highly recommend to anyone!

any questions i had where answered, no problem, equipment was top class/new
my wife boots hurt a small bit after a few days. and did not fit as well , which they sorted /exchanged no issue on day four

We have been using Traventuria for ski hire, storage and transfers for over 10 years and have always had a great experience at a competitive price. This year the only issue we had were the fixed transfer times to/from the airport which meant we had to wait around. We struggled to get a return transfer that suited us so we went to a competitor who in the end was actually over 10% cheaper than Traventuria and very timely and professional. Everything else was great.

We booked everything in advance with them, equipment, locker, lift pass, and everything worked perfectly. It saved us so much time and money. Would definitely recommend

Excellent service. Staff were so helpful and friendly. So good having a locker to keep your stuff during the day and overnight. It also dried ski boots gloves ext. overnight. Really helpful that it opens at 7.30. And very well located for gondola. We paid for first season equipment and it is the best ski equipment we have had in the 4 times we have been to Bansko. Would highly recommend and will certainly be a returning customer. I also used this company for skiing just before the pandemic and they were excellent in arrange refunds ext.

Traventuria were amazing in providing our skis and boots early in the morning on the day we wanted to ski. They were super quick and excellent service that they can provide the pre-paid ski pass which saves having to wait in the queue as well. Amazing service, very convenient and would highly recommend.

Great quality equipment and the lockers were fantastic, close to gondola and a good price. Would definitely use again. staff were a little grumpy when requested to change equipment even though i was paying 24 lev p day to change to board / blades. Service with a smile goes a long way.

Will you be offering a shuttle bus/taxi to the top of the slopes for the upcoming ski season? We are coming in February for a week and have heard that the Gondola queue is very busy at this time
Do they provide a ski pass in the shop also when you buy a package deal? For skis etc?

On spot we do not provide lift passes.

Yes, even if you book one day in advance, it is cheaper online. I think it was a 30% discount. We used AlpinResorts website.

Hi Eunyoung, During the mid term break the availability of instructors is very limited. Yes, we do offer private tuition, but it requires bookings well in advance (at least 2 months). Just go directly to the booking page traventuria.bg/bansko-private-tuition

You can not book them in advance, but at the shop we will offer them to you. Please mind that 23.12 is pretty early in the season and generally there may be lack of snow.

Hi Diana,
Many thanks for the request. Such is the situation of the slopes in Bansko, that you always need lift pass (and equipment).If you have own transport and you are complete beginner (never put skis before), you can skip it on the first day.

Hi Paul,
Yes, if you bundle your lift pass with equipment and book online you will save at least 30% on the shop rates. Full equipment for a day at the shop will cost you 15 EUR, but combine it in a package and you will save a lot.
