Love the rooms. Beautiful lobby. Easy check in. The only thing we didn’t like was the food. We have tried all the restaurants and prices are high and food quality low.

Worst 34 birthday ever

Sycuan is a bunch of racist frickss I'm 34 years old today was my birthday they gave a button saying it's my birthday I had alrdy bought 3 beers before the incident.. on my 4th beer they declined me because I'm a Mexican with a visa .. or obviously I don't a California id .... They said they wouldn't take my id .. if I was white they wouldn't have done that .. little did they know I play hight limit playing 10 a spin and left with 700 of winnings I do not recommend this casino to anyone

It is never our staff's intention to humiliate our guests, let alone not condone any type of racism within our property. We are a proud diverse group of staff, management, and tribal members that go above and beyond to assist others. We have policies, procedures, and protocols to follow and guests need to have one of the 5 U.S. government identifications that we accept here in the casino; being a driver's license from any state, identification from any state, a passport book, a card that is in the military or if you are a dependent of the military. We greatly apologize for any negative experience you faced with us and hope to have you back in the future. Thank you, again.

Stayed here for 4 nights in a signature room spotlessly clean and stunning, comfy bed. View to die for from the 12th floor. All the staff we met were so friendly and helpful. The pool area is amazing we spent 2 days down there cocktails delicious and the wildlife fascinating look out for the woodpeckers and dragonflies. The viewpoint restaurant for dinners and breakfast great value food and service. We cant wait to return from England .

Low minimum at roll to win craps

So I ventured over here after stopping over at barona in the morning and I like barona for the food subsidy usually cheap prices, however the table minimums have become like vegas prices. So came here and my buddy is a video poker player and I like playing craps but not at absurd table limits.
We found some video poker machines so I then decided to wander around and found they had a roll to win craps table here with a $5 minimum on a Sunday. Was ecstatic since I’ve seen these tables around but I never stepped up becuz of the high minimums. Anyways played a couple of sessions and was okay. The software requires a $5 minimum on all the main bets, but $1 on hard way, prop bets, hop bets.
My buddy felt the video poker machines here were fairer then barona, I did notice that at barona they had quarter video poker machines but required a minimum$1.25 bet that was new.

I have been here a few times and have had a few overnight stays. I've been to other casinos so I can compare. I find Sycuan to be the best. The staff is friendly and helpful, my host Ernesto Quintana is the best! I always have a blast there. The comps, the free plays. The fabulous rooms just a great experience !! I was frequenting another casino down the road, but now this is my go to place. I play roulette and pretty darn lucky as well, lol.

Stayed in the padre suite this week and the view over looking the pool was amazing, staff throughout the property were great but one stood out the most; Jason the Valet/bell captain. He went above and beyond. He initiated conversation, made me feel welcome while waiting for a friend and his level up of service defined hospitality. I’ll definitely be back!

Horrible Experience Asking for Help Locating A Lost and Stolen Phone that is on camera and easily could be reviewed

We lost an I Phone 12 at the casino. Its tracking ability allows us to see the last location it was charged and turned on to update it then turned off. Our phone was located on the map at or near the lost and found area of the casino yet it isn't in the lost and found. We have a specific time and location the phone was plugged into an outlet at the casino yet security and surveillance refuse to review the cameras to help us locate the phone. What are all those cameras for then? Not to protect their high paying customers. All they would have to do is look for someone charging a phone at that specific time at one of the outlets. Being it was in or near the lost and found it may have been an un loyal employee who took the phone. The lost and found so called supervisor was rude and un helpful and actually hung up on me when I asked for a contact in charge of surveillance and told me he couldn't give me that info. This casino claims to love the people of our city, yah don't expect their help even if you spend thousands there. This is something that would take minimal time and man power to help us locate a 1000 dollar phone that was obviously stolen by someone after charging it. Employee or customer it doesn't matter, it's theft and should not be ignored because of laziness. This is not a safe place to be at or have your belongs at obviously because they really just don't care about their guests and are okay with just hanging up on you like you're nobody they care about. What is the entire point of security I ask? If you visit here make sure you don't loose a ring or phone or whatever because Sycuan Casino doesn't give a damn about its guests so spend you're money some where else. This review is the only type of justice there is when the top level management doesn't care at all. Friendly, Caring, none of which they are at all. Thanks for nothing Sycuan, we are very disappointed in you.

Worst Customer Service & Worst Slot Machines

I was playing 4 machines that were together with the Sparling Nightlife game until one of the machines gave me the bonus of 450 Free games. But at the time of choosing I chose the 450 free games but for some reason the machine jumped to credit prize and from that moment I called service to help me fix the problem that the machine was failing. But the 2 people who were there just kept watching and making fun of it as if they couldn't do anything for me. I asked to speak with the floor manager and casino manager and a floor manager called (Dylan) arrived and the alleged manager of the casino (Stacy) explained in detail what had happened and asked them to check the security cameras so they could see what I was saying was true. But they refused to see them because my case was not important. So when they are behind you offering you cards so that you become addicted to the casino so they can find you with their cameras??? You can lose a lot of money with their machines that are failing but they will never be able to help you even if you are a customer for more than 10 years. This is a mockery for customers who have been loyal to Sycuan Casino. Worst Customer Service and Worst Slot Machines. And still mocking you they tell you to have good luck. They are cynical Specially Floor Manager (Dylan)

We had our team come out to check the machine while you were with us and was tested a few times and in conclusion showed no malfunctions or errors in the machine or within the touchscreen. Machines are run through diagnostics and cleaning to ensure the machines are working properly at all times. Unfortunately, errors do happen and any and all malfunctions void pays and plays. We understand your frustration with the situation and were disheartened to hear you were not happy regarding the outcome as our team investigated. When a machine malfunctions, always request to have it looked into so further issues do not happen and you may continue to enjoy your gaming adventures with no hassle. We hope to have you in the future with a visit that outmatches the last. Thank you, again.

Worst sllot machines ever

Worst slot experience ever. The games pay absolutely nothing, it's not even fun to play. Do waste your time or money at this rip off joint. What pisses me off the most is I sat down at an empty row of machines and at first started winning, when an attendant came up and slipped a white card into the players slot on the machine next to me . That I didn't win a single real. Not sure what that was all about and why he did it but it seems kind of strange to me.
My guess is you'll have better luck if you go to Vegas! Don't waste your money here.
