I was on a trip to California for the first time and am a huge NASCAR fan. I have been to almost a dozen cup tracks for cup races. I knew that Auto Club is being demolished so I attempted to go and see it. I was unable to get near the track, but I did pull over to a gated pulloff and was able to snap a few pictures of the track. Not the best experience, but I was able to partially see it before it is demolished.

Party place, party place, don't expect to get sleep. Great place for young people 20's. Nice during the day for families with kids. Fun to see the spruced up RV's, bicycles, skateboards, etc.

Don’t know about watching races here but I did enjoy racing on the track. Of course I’m just an amateur racer so no fans in the stands. But that’s ok. Great track surface which is appreciated at 150 miles per hour.

Had a great time even with some light rain. The race was well ran with great entertainment. The race was spectacular and music before was just the way to start the day off. Event was clean and safe.

This was our first visit to this event during our holiday in the USA. We had a magical time over the weekend. The Off Site RV Camping site was friendly and well set out. All days on the track were enjoyable and jam packed with entertainment. The Staff were helpful and proffessional at a very well organised event. All of the Racing fraternity were courteous and available for photos and information. Thanks for a memorable experience. Jill & Ray

This was my third time to the autoclub speedway. The speedway is fast and the show is usually something you'd want to see again. The Fanzone is a area for fans with a certain level of pass. We stood in line to get Bubba Wallace's autograph for over an hour only to be asked if we had a armband from a merchandise purchase. We had merchandise with us to get signed and had purchased several items at the track. We had to get out of line, make a purchase only to find out they were out of armbands. we were allowed to get in the end of the line and luckily get the autograph. We also purchased pit passes and waited in line again for hours to get autographs and were able to get many. The food is pretty expensive. A bag of popcorn is 7-10 dollars and hotdogs or burgers can run between 10-15 dollars. With that said it's still exciting and something everyone should see at least once. I prices were reduced I think a larger fan base would result.

We went to the Raceway for the RV show. Very nice facility. Clean Restrooms. Plenty of parking with a very nice tram system for getting you from parking areas to your entrance gates. It was fun to see people out on the track competing in their races as we went by in the tram.

We went here in September 2018 because my 7 year old daughter loved fast cars and wanted to ride in one. Since my kids loved reading books they were part of the lefty’s kids club so we went here on lefty’s track day. Some people drive their own car around the track but my daughter wanted to go in a race car so we paid to go around the track two times in a race car. I sat in the front and they sat in the back. Both my girls were so excited the whole time and just kept talking about how we were going so fast and over 100mph. Truly enjoyed this experience and eating hot dogs while checking out lefty.

We were so excited for the race, especially with it being St. Patrick's Day! My husband and I attended Sunday's Nascar race, and it was the worst experience here yet! There were no staff present to help get people through the gates. Everyone was confused and just started making lines anywhere! The lines were extremely long, and many people were cutting in, security or staff needed to be there to guide and keep this from happening. It took almost 2-hours for us to get into the gate, as we just made it for the start of the race, no time for shopping, food, etc. and when the race started, there was still a very long line waiting to get in.
There were so many people, it seemed way over crowded. Not enough concessions, as the concessions were packed the whole time, and some ran out of hot dogs and others ran out of some alcohol, before the end of stage 1. Some beer places closed early too, as they may have ran out of beer!
There is not enough bathrooms, as there was always a very long line, even at the mens! Under normal conditions, the concessions and bathrooms are really busy at caution times, but this was unreal. I waited in line for 1.5 hours for food, not enough staffing for the day anywhere. There were no selling snacks or drinks in the stands, except for one popcorn guy, and that was only in our area. Who wants dry popcorn without a drink???
Accessibility is awful to the upper stands. From the concession area, you need to climb 6-sets of stairs, as there is one elevator at each end of the stands, and they are so busy and out of the way that you can hardly use them. The one set of escalators we seen, only go up to the concession stands, which is not far enough, as it's only 1/2 way up. You end up paying a lot for tickets to be able to see the whole track, but you need to work to get up to them!
We've been here before, and I forgot about the stairs and such, as I've written reviews before, but this time was the worse, no organization at all. We are very disappointed in the Management of Auto Club Speedway for allowing these things to happen.
I can say we left way early, as the bad experience kept getting worse. We have absolutely have no intentions to ever return to this race track. It will be Vegas and Phoenix only for us in the "West coast swing" future!

Took my 17 year old son to the race for his spring break. We took the train from Oceanside. Although a long train ride, it was great not having to worry about transportation and parking. If you are taking the train, you will not have time for anything after the race as you only have 45 mintues to get back to the train before it leaves. The all-day food pass was a great value with several places to use it- make sure you get your wristband BEFORE you go through the gate (otherwise, you have to go thru security a 2nd time). Line to infield was way too long- we had pit passes, but did not want to wait in the line (my only real complaint). If I lived close to LA, I would go every year with my son. Good time.

It be hard for me to answer that question because I was alone when I did it I didn't have anybody with me sorry. They're very nice just call and they'll answer all your questions for you. Instead of watching you should jump in and try it

I plan to go to the NASCAR event at ACS in March and would like to know what time the pit opens for pit pass fans. This will be my first NASCAR experience. I am coming from OC and am not sure how long it takes to get there and more importantly to PARK (i.e. NASCAR traffic).

This is our first race ANYWHERE. My husband is a huge Jeff Gordon fan, I wanted him to see him before he retires. I want to make it the best experience possible. So...is it worth it to purchase the block party tickets? What is the buffett? Is it 4 alcoholic drinks per person?
