Where do I begin. This place is AMAZING!! My family came down this weekend just to relax and we were absolutely blown away by the incredible hospitality that was showed to us. It's so hard to explain but if i could rate this place on a scale of 1-10, they would definitely get a 20. The amenities were Breathtaking, and I do mean Breathtaking, like sitting poolside and looking at the entire Valley. Now far as the wines go, I was not that appreciative of what it takes to make this wonderful stuff until the Reeves Winery gave me a detailed exploration of the process on their farm. They further explained this with continues samples after samples. IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN ...... I cannot stop thanking them for all that they did to make that weekend so special for my family... It was my sister birthday weekend, and they served us a 4star lunch, a tour of 3 wineries in the valley with wine tasting and also invited us to a local party then surprised my sister with a custom birthday cake. TRULY APPRECIATED.
They were more than just host, they were family.... Thank you once again

Lovely in every way! On a little lane in the Dry Creek Valley, a gorgeous room and patios overlooking vineyards and oak trees. Comfortable chairs, heat lamps and cozy blankets. Kind, attentive and knowledgeable service of excellent wines. A plentiful cheese, olive, nut and dried fruit platter paired well with all of the wines, a sparkling, riesling, two pinot noirs and a sangiovese. Beautiful spot, highly recommend and can't wait to return!

Best of all -- the wines. All good. Tied for second: 1) the setting, 2) the server (Kirsten), and 3) the ambiance. Peaceful, quiet, off the beaten path, all things that we like. But the wines were why we came and nothing disappointed. Spent a couple of hours in the country, tasted really nice wines with a charcuterie board, joined the wine club, and now figuring out when we can go back.

My partner and I have done several wine tastings over the years, big and small products. Reeve winery was one of the best we have ever experienced. The atmosphere was extremely intimate and relaxing. The wine was amazing and at a good price point. Our host, Kirsten, was very welcoming and attentive. She wrote down some local area suggestions for us. She really put a little extra in our already perfect afternoon at Reeve. I would 10/10 recommended checking them out

I recently stumbled upon this gem while cycling around Healdsburg, looking for a winery that was open. Not only is their wine delicious (incredible Pinot Noir!!) the entire crew is inviting and genuine. They really know their wines, but are down to earth and are incredible generous with their time and make sure to treat guests as family. I highly suggest a visit :)

The setting of this winery is just gorgeous. The wines were pretty good, it was a warm summer day, so the Riesling was especially nice. I felt there could have been some improvements with the service. I will say, we were about 15-17 minutes late for our tasting, which I know was our fault. The previous location had taken a little longer than anticipated as much as we tried to speed up. I know our driver called to let Reeve know because he was actually confused when they apparently told him we’d have to switch from 1 tasting to 2 because were late? However, we were planning to just share a tasting (and we ended up doing so) and so we were sure 45 minutes would be plenty of time. The first thing our server said to us was “well we close at 5:00 so I’m going to have to just pour you everything at once.” I know every place is entitled to difference policies, and currently all places are functioning by reservation only, but I work at a winery myself and have taken customers AT close and would never think to be anything other than to still be extremely welcoming to them. Perhaps it would’ve been best to monitor our pace, and had we been going extremely slow, then to make a statement that you’ll need to pour the remainder. We had been going through our tasting very quickly, as you can imagine with two people just sharing one, and I had tried to ask our server a few specific questions, however she did not seem very interested in going over anything with us whatsoever. We finished up right on time as to not keep anyone past close, so it shouldn’t have ever been an issue. Also, under my reservation it said you cannot bring food because a small bite is provided, which we never received. We all know it’s not enjoyable to stay beyond closing, but we finished up in time, and our service shouldn’t have been compromise based on our situation.

I really wanted to love Reeve, and booked a tasting fully prepared to buy a bottle (or two) and possibly even join the wine club. We were off to a good start, too. Gorgeous grounds, good wine and cute winery dogs (!!) – seems like a solid combo, right? Well, I ended up paying for the tasting and booking it out of there. The service simply ruined our experience.
Our host/server barely gave us the time of day and it was clear we simply were not worth her attention. I mentioned interest in buying a bottle and she just said "ok." (Spoiler: I didn't buy the bottle.) Even introducing herself was too much trouble. With so many other options in the area, I doubt I'll be back. As the saying goes, fool me once...
Two stars for the setting and the dogs. Mostly the dogs.

If you are in Healdsburg, you are often directed to the many tasting rooms downtown or the magnificent producers of Pinot Noir on nearby Westside Rd. For a different adventure, head north on Dry Creek Road to The Reeve Estate and Tasting Room in Dry Creek Valley, an area known for warm-weather varietals more than Pinot Noir. You won't be disappointed if you love Pinot Noir, as several are offered produced from grapes sourced in areas like Anderson Valley, Sonoma Coast and Santa Cruz Mountains ($38-$65)
Only a 10 minute drive from the town of Healdsburg, but a world apart. Enter through a long tree-lined driveway to an oasis where you can taste wine in a quiet, secluded nirvana with both inside and outdoor seating.
Reeve Wines is a collaborative effort between Noah and Kelly Dorrance, and consulting winemakers Ross Cobb (Cobb Wines) and Katy Wilson (La Rue, Anaba). Over the years, the Dorrances built a successful wine label specializing in Pinot Noir, Banshee Wines (which they sold), but with Reeve Wines they are exploring other varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Riesling and Sangiovese in addition to Pinot Noir.
I would describe all the wines as "friendly," as they are easy to drink upon opening, yet have the balance to age moderately in the bottle.
Tasting is available daily by appointment ($35, with additional fees for groups over 8 people). Well-behaved dogs and children are welcome. The staff are extremely friendly, laid-back and knowledgeable. You will feel very welcome.
A beautiful villa and farmstay is also available for rental (see website).

Our driver Patrick at Silver Service made the suggestion, as we were looking to fill in a gap of time and thank goodness we took him up on it. First of all, ask for John, and make sure to get him to give you his playlist - perfect tasting music. Hands down, the "Ya Moon" Pinot Noir was the best Pinot we tasted all week - hard to even put into words because it was so unique. Also bought their Sangiovese, which was outstanding. Nothing fancy, just good company and fantastic wine.

Our small group had a scheduled tasting at Reeve on a Saturday. It was so much fun! Megan welcomed us in to the winery and took such great care of us. She didn't make us feel rushed at all. She really allowed us to enjoy the wine and the scenery.
The grounds are really pretty. The tasting room is located at the end of a long gravel road. It feels like a little hidden oasis. They have a cute tasting room as well as goats and chickens on site. The porch that we did our tasting on was so nice. It has a beautiful view of hills and vines from surrounding vineyards.
The wine was so good! We really enjoyed everything that we tasted, even the dry Riesling, which we were all skeptical about. All of the reds were very tasty. We definitely want to come back and visit again on our next trip to Wine Country.
