This was the first stop of our day so we were still sober to review. Thought this would be our least favorite as its part of a large conglomerate (Foley) but actually was our FAVORITE stop of the day. Staff were great. Lots of nice outdoor seating options, and the wines were all very good.

I decided to try a few wineries in the Santa Ynez vicinity. This winery had a long driveway to its main location, and I saw many lines of grapes that went well into the horizon. The wines were delicious, and I especially liked the rosés and rieslings. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was treated very professionally and I enjoyed my visit.

e did the Sideways self-wine tour this past weekend.
The service was good, yet they really tried to push the wine club. Too much.
The tasting fee is fair for what you get. I appreciate that they have water available, but while handing out aluminum cans of water reduces single use plastic bottles, it increases aluminum usage. Switching to reusables is the better option... and there is no reason why the staff can't use something reusable.

All of the wineries we visited on the Foxen Canyon Road were beautiful with great seating and beautiful views. Firestone was my favorite because our wine specialist Kelly was excellent. She was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. We had a very comfortable seat on the patio. My wife was the taster and she enjoyed every selection on the flight. The reason that Firestone is my favorite is because the prices seem very reasonable. We joined the wine club which gave us a significant discount on our order and we were able to ship a discounted case to Tennessee with free shipping. Try some of the other wineries on Foxen Canyon Road but if you are looking for value then Firestone is the place to go.

I just love visiting this winery so I was so glad to see they are very conscious of the virus. Tasting was in the patio with very good spacing, mask wearing, etc. Service was excellent as was their charcuterie platter which was plenty for 3 people. Reservations are a must as the number of guests are limited. It was nice to have a breeze on the patio in the hot weather. A great place to visit and try a variety of wines.

Four family members hit three wineries for wine tasting. The first two were just okay but Firestone was terrific, in large part due to our server, Julian. He was so welcoming, gregarious, and fun that the whole day turned into a big win. He knew a lot about the wine and the area and kept us informed as well as very amused. His energy was palpable and we loved the wine and the entire experience.

We returned to Firestone Vineyard for the first time in several years. The setting is very pleasant and the variety of wines on offer good. Pick your place at the bar carefully; some have great cellar/vineyard views.

An incredibly picturesque setting and a great retreat for some quality wine. The staff was amazing and very knowledgeable. The wine is outstanding. I would recommend you visit during your S. CA wine tour.

My wife and I stopped in, with our two pugs.
We're familiar with many of the wineries of the area, but had not yet been here.
Dog-friendly tasting room, for well-behaved dogs on leashes.
An incredible offering of whites and reds.
Recent purchase by Bill Foley is part of the making for an "empire" in the area, meaning that if you join their wine club, you have privileges at more than one property.
Super friendly staff makes the stay perfectly enjoyable.
Outdoor seating, with umbrellas, so bring a picnic basket!
