I visited the spa in August and September 2023. Both times I received a deep tissue massage. The massage costs are commiserate with other spas in the area but they are pricier than the Burke Williams spa I had a membership at in Northern California. I am new to the are and have visited several spas in an attempt to find one that will be my go to. I chose the Spa Pechanga because, from the website it appeared that it was larger. I was reluctant to give it a try because it is part of a casino. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised to find that the spa building is separate from the main casino. It is a bit of a walk there is no parking close by so you have to park in one of the parking structures and walk through the lobby of the hotel to get to the spa. The entryway of the spa is decorated with earth tones and massively high ceilings. The staff is alert, courteous and lovely to interact with. On my first visit I was not aware at check in that you can get a wrist band to order food from the Cove (the casinos pool area that has a 21 and over pool with swim up bar, and a family pool with a slide). I was given a tour of the women's side and found it to be spacious which I appreciated. Many of the other spas I have visited in the area have cramped areas and are quite small. The women's locker room has individual lockers outfitted with spa robe, slides and bottle water. There are little nooks throughout the area with fresh fruit and water bottles. Upstairs in the waiting room they have an assortment of fruit, herbal tea, spa water and nuts. The waiting area is bright and spacious with indigenous art interspersed in the hallways. There is also an outside deck the overlooks the golf course and mountain. My first massage in August 2023 was wonderful. I did have a problem with a reaction to essential oil that was placed on the face mask during my massage. It began burning my skin and left a mark on the side of my nose that took a few days to heal. The massage itself was relaxing. My second massage in September was simply ok, the masseuse was pleasant but spent an inordinate amount of my time pulling out things, arranging things etc. The spa has a hot tub on the women's side that sits 18 people, a large sauna, and steam room. The co-ed area is outside and has a waterfall whirlpool and a midsize bool surrounded by rentable cabanas and seating. The gate to the cove is also in the space. During my visit in September the staff was extremely solicitous and waked around offering iced green tea and checking in. One of my biggest complaints about the spa is that each time I have attended the spa visitors did not seem to honor any type of spa etiquette. There was loud yelling and laughing and in August there were a group of women drinking champagne in the "quiet" room having a blast. I love spa quiet rooms for quiet and relaxation and naps, the Spa Pechanga's makes it impossible to do so, in my last visit there were people in the hallways talking loudly, doors slamming and there is no door to the room so you cannot shut out the noise. Another drawback is that the Spa adds a 20% surcharge to all bookings , this was fine for me on one visit but not so much on the other. Overall, if you are looking for a large more spa likes space in the area this is a good option.

This was my first time that I have been to the Pechanga Spa, and was curious as to how it would compare to others in the area that I have been to. The spa facility was very nice and clean. It has all your spa amenities that would find at other day spa's. The only part that I was disappointed in was there wasn't much outdoor amenities with the exception on the pool and hot tub and the outside didn't seem spa like, more like a regular pool and hot tub. The assortments of snacks throughout were nice, nothing over bearing but filling. I had the 50 min massage service, which was a decent massage, however there was no spa music in the background, so it wasn't as relaxing as I would have liked. The entire staff was wonderful, they really took the time to show me around, and as they saw me throughout the spa they acknowledged me by my name, which was a nice touch. They didn't offer many services at the time I am not sure if that is because they are getting back into things after COVID, but overall I enjoyed my experience and will be back.

Our return to Pechanga was focused on the Spa. We arrived early to maximize our chilaxin time, to our surprise the hotel gave us our room at 11am. We had time to eat a great Chinese lunch, won over $360 in 20 minutes on a random slot and had plenty of time to make our 1pm couples massage. The Spa is beautiful, spacious, and the staff was warm and inviting. The outdoor pool and waterfall hot spa was very relaxing. The dual masseurs were very skilled and attractive and super pleasant. The facilities included a very spacious hot dry & steam spa which was also a treat. I felt great during and after my couples spa experience and will do it again before long.

I have been going to Pechanga spa for years. From the one on the 3rd floor of the casino tower, to the new spa.
Most of the therapists are good. They had a great male therapist and I am sad to say that he’s not there anymore. If you don’t like your female therapist, just remember her name and never see her again. You’re bound to get a great one since they do have a good group of therapists.
The new spa is a definite improvement as far as the facility is concerned. They did raise the prices of the services by at least $50 though (massages, I don’t know about the other services). In addition to the raised prices, I have 2 main issues: 1. They have a hydrotherapy inside the female room. I have never seen anyone using it. Maybe because it’s lukewarm? I have mentioned it at least 3x and no one knows why it’s lukewarm. All I know is there is a sitting water there that’s probably accumulating tons of bacteria.
2. The front desk/receptionists! OMG, I have never seen a more inefficient group of people. I did not get this person’s name but she’s so obviously incompetent and slow and it almost physically hurt me to see her work. I have seen, at different times, 5 different receptionists and I can, with a 100% certainty, say that I will only hire one of them if I’m the one in charge.
The spa is now maybe at least 10x the size of the old one. They have a good relaxation area, and a better locker room. They do have a jacuzzi and a pool specific to the spa but it’s outside.
Will I go back there? Of course! The therapists are good enough. I just wish I never have to go to the front. It stresses me out just thinking about it.

Had shoulder surgery and slept in a recliner for 6 weeks. So many knots in my neck and back. Went to Pechanga for a massage. It was amazing. The facilities were gorgeous and relaxing. Sat in the sauna before and after massage. Can t wait to go back.

We visited the spa last year for my wife's birthday and watched the construction of the new 25,000 sq ft 2 story facility. We were more than anxious to give it a try. It was very much worth the wait.
The new spa is gorgeous with shiny marble and beautiful wood finishes everywhere. From the lobby, you're taken behind large wooden double doors into a gallery corridor (see picture) lined with wood and with a beautiful water feature and winding staircase at its end. The men's and women's locker rooms are either side of this corridor.
The locker rooms are very highly spec'ed with keypad entry lockers. The locker room itself is very spacious. There's a mirrored wall off the changing area with disposable combs brushes etc. where you can finish getting ready at your time of departure.
As for facilities, there is a sauna, steam room, and hydrotherapy pool. All these facilities are excellent. I especially liked the sauna, it's spacious and there's a window with a view out to what will eventually be a small covered garden area.
The showers are similarly spacious and well appointed. The whole area is one where you feel relaxed and luxurious.
Before your treatment, you can hang in the relaxation lounge which has huge comfortable sofa chairs and tv's showing "relaxation" media! There's fruit juice, copious amounts of water and fruit available if you need a drink and a snack.
You're taken up to the waiting area lounge just before your treatment. There are many more snacks (the brownies are absolutely delicious) nuts and dried apricots available as well as an interesting selection of teas.
I had the Himalayan Salt Stone massage which was excellent. Because this is a new spa the tables are pretty state of the art, folding raising, lowering all electronically and almost soundlessly. Naturally, the tables are heated to just how you like it.
When you're done you can return to the relaxation lounge or use the outside terrace. Either way, you can sample the treats, drink tea or ask for a glass of wine or champagne to be brought to you. It's utter decadence!
All in all the experience was wonderful and we will be repeating very, very soon.

A beautiful, brisk Sunday morning emerged as the sun rose over the horizon It was time to get ready and head downstairs to the Spa Pechanga. This new 25,000-square foot, 2-story spa and salon is the largest day spa in Temecula. It features 17 treatment rooms, outdoor cabana massage services, a state-of-the-art fitness studio, a dedicated spa pool, two indoor hydrotherapy pools, and a hair & nail salon.
Since I was the first appointment for the day, I pretty much had the whole spa to myself. There is a waiting area on the second floor with refreshing fruits, healthy nuts, water, and tea to start your relaxation experience. I grabbed some fruit-infused water, some berries, and headed out to the terrace to wait for my therapist. It was cool outside which equalized the warmth of my bathrobe. I could see golfers starting off their early tee time on the golf course.
I opted for the Traditional Massage. It is a classic massage that promotes relaxation with gentle, long strokes. The therapist focuses on areas that require the most attention, improve circulation and relieve stress. My therapist found that I had a lot of tension in my back, neck, and arms. She said that I must work on the computer a lot. She was right. I also liked that she worked on the problem areas as she found them instead of just doing a broad-range massage. She gave me a bottle of water at the end of my session to help alleviate the lactic acid from my sore muscles. My body appreciated it so much!
I had a few minutes until my next treatment and decided to relax outside on the terrace again. If I had gone back to my room, there is no doubt I would have fallen back to sleep. The cool air on my face kept me just conscious enough to hear my name called for my facial.
The therapist looked over my face and recommended The Cure. It begins with a deep-cleanse that detoxifies the skin and relieves stress. A steam-activated enzymatic detox process uses heat to open and soften pores while botanical extracts purify and minimize the pores. It pampers the skin allowing it to reach maximum purity. This treatment was probably the most relaxing and exhilarating facial I have ever had. There were no harsh abrasives and the one of the treatments, using oxidation, felt like raindrops falling on your face when the bubbles popped. I noticed an immediate difference in my face. It was glowing and felt like velvet.

The facilities are beautiful and relaxing, the staff are friendly courteous and talented. and the have a private pool, jacuzzi and cabanas around the pool. In the spa they have separate Men's and Women's Sauna, Steam Room and Hydrotherapy pools. Great place to relax and unwind.
