When we cancel the bookings, due to unforeseen events that are out of our control, we rigorously inform our dear customers beforehand by email. Sadly, it is the nature of this business where we have to abide to unexpected occurrences whether it be on our tracks or weather, in order to ensure the safety and pleasurable experience of the passengers.
