We had a fantastic full-day trip with Everglades Day Safari from Miami with Lia. She is a trained biologist and knows her stuff very well. She told us so many interesting things about the flora and fauna in the Everglades. You got the impression that she loves her job because she was so enthusiastic and motivated. We couldn't have imagined a better guide for the tour. At the end of the full-day trip, there was a boat tour from another provider. There we were supposed to see dolphins in the Gulf of Mexico, among other things. We saw one dolphin first. On the way back, we spotted several dolphins in one place and weren't far from them. Instead of going there, the boat driver turned around, saying we didn't have any more time. An absolute NO GO. I would fire him as a boss, we have never experienced anything so unfriendly to customers. But the main thing is that they put up two signs (in German and English) on the boat that clearly state that the captain works for tips. He didn't get a cent from us. We give Everglades Day Safari full stars because they can't do anything about that incompetent boat driver from the other company.
