Such a unique place. The owner Jeremy is a fantastic host. My husband was in awe of the distillery room. We enjoyed the tasting session. We truly appreciate when someone is proud of their craft. Jeremy is very patient and engaging. I had a slushie mixed with pina colada and strawberry, which was a great recommendation from Jeremy. Sadly we flew to FL this year and unable to take bottles home. So we bought some merch. A must stop

This place is awesome! Great location with a nice river view. They have great partnerships with food trucks it front. The rum is SPECTACULAR. Seriously, this is the best American rum I have found. The owners are friendly and will give you a tour of the back area. "Where the magic happens" ;)

My wife and I were there on Saturday 1/28 and Auto was an amazing host. The history, the samples, the process, the passion behind it, the suggestions, the tour. It is not a laege place, but their ensure quality over quantity. This place has a future, supporting them made it better. Have already spread the word out about this place and products. Had a great time.

Very engaging tour with great exploration of their operation. The tasting gave us a chance to sample the finished product. Very friendly family operation. I was surprised how much I liked the vodka and rum.

This place has won our hearts. Not only is their brew awesome, their backstory is killer! We had a wonderful visit with the owner’s mother. She gave us the entire story. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone that loves small batch craft distilled rum and vodka.

Wonderful hidden gem
We searched for things to do in the area on TripAdvisor and was pleasantly surprised! This is a true handcrafted distillery owned by a local family. In the main room there are some cool replicas of newspaper clippings about prohibition. There is also a free tasting of the different types of rum and the vodka that they handcrafted on site. The owner was so gracious and loved sharing his passion with us. We walked through his distillery room and he explained how everything worked. We learned so much about handcrafting alcohol. When we did the tasting it was very interesting to taste the different notes in the rum. I’m a huge wine drinker and had no idea that rum could have so many notes depending on how it was barreled. What a wonderful way to spend an hour or two. Everything that we did was free and it was so much fun. We ended up taking home a case of our favorites.

This distillery has three delicious products, vodka, rum, and beer barreled rum. The vodka is really delicious and has no harsh ethanol taste. Made purely with sugarcane, it’s very smooth on the pallet. In the the distillery tasting room is a really nice tribute to the local fallen heroes in the military and first responders/law enforcement. This is an excellent local business and offers a military/law enforcement discount. The vodka was a must for me to purchase!

Looking for something different and we discovered Copper Bottom , so we decided to visit. What a great and informative experience, received a personal tour by an owner. Afterwards we sampled the products, 1 vodka and 5 different rums.
Let me state right up front that I’m not a big vodka fan unless in a mixed drink and my girlfriend is not a rum fan. The vodka was unbelievably smooth as were each of the rums. We were both impressed with the whole experience and purchased a vodka and their best rum..

Jeremy was awesome taking time to give us a tour and sample of the finish product. Excellent place to visit for the best Vodka and Rum hands down......if you visit Daytona and love the spirits, this place is a must.
