This park was good value for money, since they had 20% off at the day we visited them. Water park itself was a fine, nothing too spesial. Nice lazy river.

I love it there it so much more fun than Disney land! how long has it been there?and I love the ice cream and the rides there are so much fun! I love the ice cream I love the park thank you for letting us have a ticket!

Great water park to spend full day with kids, park got alot of parts dome for kids activity some for adults, there is amazing pool with waves truly amazing fun.

I highly recommend this park. Our family has 2 teenage boys and they loved it. We felt like it was our own personal park because there were no lines. The park is very clean. It has some steeper drops and good speed for a water park for the boys who didn’t want just a wave pool or lazy River (although they have those too). The longest we waited for a ride was 3 minutes. As soon as we got up all the stairs for a ride, it was basically our turn. The staff on the rides were very friendly too. We were considering paying for a canopy, but they have lots of covered areas throughout the park if you are looking to just hang out (we were under one by the wave pool). They have lockers and decent food selections too.

This place is an absolute rip off! We walked in paid walked to the park and 8 minutes later it was closed!!!! There was an ongoing level of insanity with the verbiage given to guest about inclement weather. We were told if after two hours we will get a refund as long as there’s lightening. We sat for 10
Minutes shy of two hours and they re opened the park to ensure we do not receive a refund. Families of two parents and 5 or more children sat idle for 110 minutes for the pet to reopen while it was still cloudy. The nuance was more of, “you’re explained the policy before you purchase your tickets” to bad!
There’s no accommodating the tourist while you’re idle, no repeats anything! 😤
Never again, I will sure take someone’s advice and visit the lagoon or beach whatever the reviewer named.

Many rides were closed - this was clearly advertised in the parking lot and at the entrance so you could turn around if you wanted to, but as tourists we didn’t feel we had so many other last minute options. We were also disappointed about the lack of landscaping- there is an awful lot of concrete expanses between pools. But it wasn’t very crowded and wait times were ok for the things that were open. Friendly staff and life guards, but this place didn’t feel special. Could have been a water park anywhere.

Do not bother getting tickets in advance or renting a cabana because if for some reason you can't make it, they will not refund you nor will they answer your emails or calls. The cabanas are not cheap and there is no reason why they wouldn't refund if you did not go, I've rented cabanas in other park and had to Cancel never did I have an Issue thing happen in live and you need to make changes.

I took my 13 year old daughter and we were disappointed. The park is small and for only $10 more, you can go to Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon. These two Disney water parks are way better for the money and much larger! We were disappointed for what you get for $59.99 per person. We did everything in about one hour. We will not be returning. Drive a little farther and go to one of the Disney water parks. You will not be disappointed. Blizzard Beach is closed right now, but Typhoon Lagoon is open. Island H20 looks so much better on the website and I was honestly disappointed with the size and the activities.

Great rides but most likely we will never be back to ride the ones we missed.
MOST IMPORTANTLY: The safety procedures and staff training SERIOUSLY needs to be investigated and updated. During our visit an individual was injured in the splash pad, I believe due to a seizure. The life guards responsible for this area did not handle this in any sort of responsible way. I know the park is new and maybe this was their first time dealing with this sort of ordeal, (considering we saw 4-5 more incidents throughout the park, the most I’ve seen at ANY park I’ve ever been too, I doubt it) but it was a major cause for concern.
The guards who were not giggling while splashing in the water, began screaming at adults and lone children and toddlers alike to “RUN, CLEAR THE AREA!! GET OUT OF THE AREA NOW!!” This Incited absolute panic and hundreds of families scattered. The lifeguards continued to scream at the patrons and cause more disorganization, all the while the injured patron is still in the water. The paramedics had to run through scattering patrons, as they (the paramedics) dropped keys, a hat, and medical equipment along the way. This type of response could have caused any number of extra accidents or missing children. If someone was here waiting for an opportunity - THAT WAS IT.
We visited the park with 13 adults and 2 small children. Before booking our tickets we did research to ensure there were age appropriate rides and according to the website we were safe. Upon arriving to the park the same splash pad mentioned above was closed for cleaning during peak park hours. We walked to another section with small slides where the smallest slide was again under maintenance and they wouldn’t allow the youngest with us to slide on either of the others - not even with a parent.
Eventually we returned to the splash pad where they again would not allow either children to ride majority of the slides. The 3yr old was able to ride a small yellow slide, while the 2yr old was not allowed to ride the same one and instead had to ride a larger, rougher, enclosed slide - she was not allowed a life jacket or parent to ride with. Essentially they were not able to do anything.
The two tube slides were both closed for maintenance so we were unable to ride those. If it wasn’t for the rest of this visit this could have been ignored but it was just a portion.
They would not allow us to bring in life jackets but did not have them in smaller sizes NOR did they have enough or all or even close to most patrons. This was the same with tubes for the lazy river and H2O Live - there was maybe 20-30 in the entire park. When asked how we got floats we were told “You find them around.” We were unable to enjoy either of these attractions due to this.
2 hours before close, all tower slides and the lazy river were closed due to “impending inclement weather,” soon after the H2O Live Wave Pool was also closed, at this time the lifeguards and attendants began noticeable wrapping up for the day. We waited for some time and 30 minutes before close they were still on “standby” - 3 hours later we are still in the parking lot, clear skies.
During this waiting time we attempted to purchase Dip N Dots, we were the last people in line with three in front of us. After the first customer was served we were told the two in front of us would be the last two customers, note they were both lifeguards.
The staff needs some serious customer service and child contact training. Maybe two of the staff members were even remotely polite.
I know another review mentioned the untreated concrete, this is definitely something to look at as well. You cannot take your shoes on the ride and the walk on this hot concrete is not a short one.
All in all, we were very excited originally. The concept and rides have so much potential but the quality is lacking.

Looks like some mixed reviews but the place works for me. I first went when my daughter visited me in the early summer. It is not the biggest but way better than what a hotel offers. It has the wave pool and lazy river and some 8 slides. An adult pool with a nearby bar for drinks. We had a good 6 hours of fun. A good buy since the season pass included a free friend pass. That said there are some puzzling complaints. Security no longer check bags when 2 or 3 hours still remain. Also the app is not fully functional. Not enough tubes in the lazy river some days. I wished it was closer to whereI live but sometimes I don’t mind driving the 40 minutes since no water parks are in my area that compare. I wished it was open at night when the sun is down but perhaps is asking too much. Some say this park replaces water mania and wet and wild. Note that in the summer kids are off school and vacationers are out so some traffic. Take it for what is worth. I am glad it is here. I refer it as a budget park water hole. Good to relax and have a drink.

Are there stipulations with the use of the Bring a Friend pass included w the 2022 season pass? Like can the same friend be brought more than one visit if one of my kids uses their pass the first time and another child uses theirs to get that friend in the next? Can a child use their pass for an adult, like their grandparent or something?

How strict are they on the # of people in a cabana? We are 9 people (6 adults, 1 child, 2 babies). We are wondering if we would have to purchase the 16 person cabana (mid level) or if we can get by with a 6 person cabana (low level) being that our children are small. Thanks!
