Great customer service. Owner even drove us back to our hotel so we did not have to worry about a ride. Fast jet skis and a great price. Will be renting again soon! Accommodated us without a problem

Terrible "non-booking" experience!
Saw owner in morning....asked about possibly renting 2 wave runners in afternoon. Owner hands me biz card and tells me s/b available. I call when i get back to hotel looking to book 2 wave runners for 1' p.m.--no answer 3 times. i then text and ask same thing via text. Again, no answer. terrible/no response. Obvious the owner could care less or doesn't care to bother returning calls looking to book. If none were available, wouldn't it be easy enough to just reply one way or the other. Stay away!

Tried to book some jetskis today but owner was rude and disrespectful on the phone. Wouldn't answer a single qurstion. Greedy!! Took our money elsewhere. Try another business first if you need some skis.

We rented 3 jetskis with friends from this company after calling quite a few other companies. They had the most reasonable prices ($160 for 2 hours) and the jetskis were in great condition and were able to seat 3. We absolutely loved it. The owner provides you maps which are extremely useful as a few places have extremely shallow water and can beach your jetski creating bothersome problems. We would do this again!!

Third time renting from Mauro, he's polite, friendly and gets you in the water smartly. The machines are fast and hold enough gear In case you want to pull up to any of the surrounding shell piles.

We couldn’t be happier with the service and experience that we received. We had a blast. This definitely topped off our vacation. The instructions were simple and the wave runners were super easy to use. The guy was there on time and he was there waiting when we returned. I recommend renting these, you don’t need a guide!!! It was so neat going were we wanted not having to follow anyone. We even saw a pod of dolphins!! It was amazing!!

30 mins ago, we witnessed the driver of one of this company's vehicles towing 6 jet skis get into a verbal screaming match with a neighboring family launching a single jetski with their daughter, doing nothing wrong. There were also 3 customers on the back of one of SplittingWaves rented jet skis who witnessed the entire thing. Even the customers expressed their concern and apology to how the driver was acting. If the owner of this company is reading, your larger male employee was wearing a teal jacket with a black visor like hat. The gentleman also had noticeable scars on his face/mouth area. The launch supervisor was also told of the incident. At the end of the day, this company was in the total wrong harassing a family who had just pulled up to launch their ski. They were doing nothing illegal or unacceptable during their launch.

My wife and two children, 4 and 6 years old, pulled up to the bate shop at the Caxambas park boat ramp when the driver from Splittin Waves rental, seen in these pictures, passes me up within an inch of hitting my car and screaming profanities at us. I got out and told him he almost hit us and he got immediately aggressive telling me I have no right to stop there. I’m not from this area and I stopped only to ask a question. If my children have been getting out of the car at that time he could have killed them. What is the matter with this man. I am going next to share these pictures and my story with the local police to see if this man can be identified and arrested.

Everything is as advertised. Met at the park, got the quick training lesson and 5 minutes later we were feet wet. Arrived back on time and loaded back onto trailer. The machines were practically brand new. 50 mph can be reached, wide boundaries, that is to say we were not given any. Look for the SPLITTIN WAVES truck at the park, he takes a lot of calls for riders so BE PATIENT, you will get out there.
