A DECONSEILLER si on ne maîtrise que le français.
Ce qui nous a plu:
-Le navire: propre,très grand, un hôtel 5 étoiles.
-Le personnel mauricien qui parlait français, les cabines avec beaucoup de rangements et faites 2 fois par jour.
Ce qui ne nous a déplu:
1/ L'organisation:
-Après avoir été déposé par l'autocar en provenance de l'hôtel, devant le navire, aucune indication sur l'endroit où aller.
- Les instructions "sécurité" ont été faites par vidéo sous-titrée, puis une annonce faite par haut-parleur nous demandait de rejoindre notre point de rassemblement. Nous ne l'avons pas fait car n'ayant pas compris cette annonce. Le lendemain un rappel , comme une sanction, nous a été fait!
2/ Nous avions réservé le dîner pour 19h15/19h30 et avons été mis d'office à 21h15. Il a fallu "combattre" pour obtenir satisfaction.
3/L'ambiance: musiques aux différents bars trop fortes.
4/Le personnel ne parlait pas français, seulement anglais espagnol allemand italien.
5/ Les excursions: très et trop chères pour nos découvertes .Un exemple: nous avons pris un bus pour faire 1 km, qui nous a déposé pour la visite d'une place, une église, un magasin pour goûter un petit café et une ruelle de 80 m peinte entièrement en rose, le tout avec guide parlant en anglais. Toutes les excursions étaient en anglais, pourtant MSC précisait"les visites peuvent être proposées en 5 langues(ENG-DEU-FRA-ESP-ITA) en fonction des disponibilités des guides. Laquestion se pose:" Y avait-il au moins des guides parlant FRANCAIS? ". Pourtant nous étions assez de français pour être regroupé autour d'un guide!
Toujours pour les excursions: au rassemblement dans le théâtre, le personnel appelait les différents groupes mais jamais dans notre langue. Pourtant dans ce théâtre il y avait un grand écran pouvant servir de support d'information dans toutes les langues.
Je m'arrête là avec les points négatifs.
Je suis désolé pour le personnel mauricien avec qui nous pouvions dialoguer, avec le personnel de chambres effectuant un excellent travail mais je préviens les futurs candidats à cette croisière de maîtriser une autre langue que le français s'ils veulent être satisfaits de leur croisière!

We had booked a one day tour for Friday 21st April through Viator, which we understand was subcontracted to WOW.
The pick up time at the cruise terminal was 09:00, however when we arrived at that time there was no sign of our pick up. At about 09:35 I called the number on the ticket and was told the guide would arrive in about five minutes. When he did arrive he made no attempt to contact us. When we approached him he got out of the car and helped me put our cases in the back.
He did not apologise for being late and when asked why he was late he started rambling on but not giving any reasons. We asked him to stop and drop the topic and get on with the tour. At this point he jumped out of the car and said he was phoning his head office.
He then opened the car and pulled out our suit case and threw them on the foot path, and told us to get out of the car. He said he was not doing the tour and that we would get a refund. He then drove off leaving us, two 80 year olds, abandoned.
By this stage every one had gone from the terminal and we had difficulty finding a taxi to take us to the airport.
I have not got my money back!!

you can not use racist slang here
you are not the first, especially from your country happens second times ,
even if you are a tourist must act with a certain respect
there is no slavery here maybe still exit in your country but here
Shame on you and shame on Viator too, have some respect to the to the tour guide.
he is a veteran guide of over 10 years no complained
but everyone has a border here you should act with respect

We had 8 hours to kill between disembarking the cruise ship and flying out of Miami International airport. This tour was perfect as the tour guide was well informed and took us to some good eating and places of interest. It left us wanting to come back to Miami to experience more of what the city has to offer. The ride was clean, spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this service.

Driver was professional and courteous and on time. Great communication and informative tour customized to our preferences. Large luxury SUV, water provided. Would recommend.

We used the Miami chapter of this transportation service to get the Fort Lauderdale airport on July 8th. With two babies and their luggage, our own bags, it wasn't intended as the most straightforward trip. But to our surprise booking this ride was the best decision we made (and yes, we can compare it to other similar services). The booking was seamless, the arrival on time and the ride itself was very pleasant. A very special THANK YOU to our driver, Daniel, who clearly loves what he does and who has a huge amount of respect to his customers. Daniel went above and beyond of what we expected and helped us with the on-boarding and off-boarding without a glitch. We are frequent travelers and there is no other company we will book for our travels than WOW TNC from now on.

Wonderful service. Freddy was fantastic. He was communicative the entire time and a good driver. He also provided us with waters and snacks, which was very much appreciated. We were traveling with 2 young children and they had the option of child safety seats, with a choice of infant, toddler, and booster. Would highly recommend.

We have been to Holiday Park twice and this tour was much more informative. We saw several gators. The whole family loved it!!! Strongly recommend.

Was visiting my newly found sister, who happens to work for Gatorpark. Her name is Susan Greenburg.
She set up a wonderful sunset airboat ride into the Everglades. Our driver Kennasaw was a seasoned veteran at the controls.
My grandchildren loved the ride, made memories to last a lifetime.
Stopped at an old house in the Park which was used by President Eisenhower.
This Park is well worth the trip if in the Miami area.

Fue excelente el servicio y puntual. Sobretodo hablan español el señor Sams se mantuvo en contacto todo el tiempo y fue muy amable. Fue fácil separar el servicio por Internet.

We set up transportation with Vino. He was helpful and everything went smoothly. We were picked up at Ft. Lauderdale airport and traveled to our hotel in Miami. The next morning picked up and taken to the Port of Miami. Upon our return a week later to the port, the driver was there to pick us up for return to the airport. They actually arrived early per our request. The drivers were very professional and courteous. The vehicles were immaculate and roomy There were five in our group. I will use this company again and highly recommend them to any one looking for transportation.

How much would it be for 3 hours service? And do you only do tours and airport pick up? I would like to go to dinner with my husband on his birthday, so would it be possible to pick us up at a location then bring us to the restaurant, afterwards bring us back to the same pick up location?
