For the past several years; having used GT for pickup at Orlando Executive Airport then dropping off Crew and Flight Crew is convenient and most relaxing!! After flying, I have no desire to be the designated driver!! Let another individual take the spot light!

We had a flight that was delayed and were able to fly standby on an earlier flight. I had called the main number at quicksilver and was unable to talk to someone so left messages updating our situation. As we landed earlier than planned I reached out to the driver upon arrival. He was at first confused but then said he could pick us up in an half hour which we were very pleased with as we were stressed from delays from the day. Over an hour later he was still not there, we reached out again and he said he was close. He did get there shortly after and we headed to the car. We have used this service for probably the last 15 years and have always been very happy with the drivers and their vehicles , they have often sent larger vehicles than we booked and they have been in pristine shape. This time sadly not the case. We were 4 adults and I had requested a grocery stop, the town car was in poor shape both looks and service wise ( service engine light was on both times) and with 4 bags we had barely enough room for ourselves and sadly none for groceries. In the age of Uber and many alternatives we will not be using this service again as the cost and quality is not in sync and could not in good conscience recommend to others as I have in the past .

Our Towncars are in an extremely good shape and, although older, they are exactly as listed online. Towncars are not manufactured anymore and are now pretty much considered vintage. The one that picked you up is in top condition though.
I do understand you might have expected something other than what you have reserved, as we have updated you to the more expensive SUV very often, but this time, because of your last minute change, one we did all we could to accommodate and accomplish, it was impossible to send you a bigger vehicle. Vehicle type and size was selected by you, as you have in previous occasions. Keep in mind, we have never charged you extra for the more expensive rides you have had with us; sadly we have never gotten a review thanking us in the past. We do thank you for the recommendations though.
Uber is cheaper, yes, but will pick you up in a smaller sedan, unless you upgrade to Uber XL/Black, which is not, in that case, cheaper than with our Towncar, and does not offer meet and greet, luggage assistance and a free 20 minutes stop for groceries.
Very sorry you were dissatisfied. I only wish we had known this prior to this unjust review. We could have tried a solution for your return or any future trips.
When booking any other company in the future, make sure to reserve the larger vehicles that company has, and pay for the service that will best fit your needs. We did you a favor to send the Towncar reserved at that earlier time, for which, by the way, we did not charge for the $50.00 rescheduling fee from your contract with us.
You received service earlier, fee free, with the vehicle YOU selected originally, did not call or reach out to us prior to this review so we could possible rectify any issues, never thanked us for previous FREE upgrades, and now this. Very depressing way to end a 15 years perfect relationship and burn any bridges.

The driver was accommodating and cordial. His driving was poor. Heavy on the brakes and gas pedal. We got out of the car with what felt like whiplash. We've had many private drivers over the years, this was the worst.

Sad to hear of your poor experience with us; it is certainly not what we strive for.
Your driver has been with us for many years now and overwhelmingly receives praises, not only for his professionalism and cordiality, but his driving skills. He is often requested by our repeat customers. Maybe he had a bad day, and for that we do apologize. I'm certain you are just being hyperbolic with him being the worst you've had and about the whiplash though. We'll talk to him nonetheless. Parked at Wally Park on the way to Orlando Airport. Great and easy drop off at Wally Park. Great and easy trip by shuttle. Great pick at the airport late at night. Looking forward to using them again.

Had a fantastic service from MCO Tour, we're picked up from orlando airport by a lovely driver who was waiting as soon as we stepped away from the security checks with my name on a board. As 2 females with 2 kids this was very reassuring. The driver unloaded us of all our luggage and just let us step into the car, which was clean and smelt lovely and big enough for us to all sit in comfort, and loaded the car for us.
When we arrived at the address supplied by the company it wasn't our villa I explained this to the driver who immediately to a diversion to the right address no arguments.
Layer that evening we discovered my son had left his mobile phone in the car, after a couple of WhatsApp messages to MCO tour his phone was found and kept safe at there offices, I decided it was to far to travel to go get it and the office confirmed the phone would be kept safe and was returned to us by our return driver as soon as he came to collect us. Which again was confusing as travel agents had given them the wrong address again to pick us up from. Still no problem to MCO tour driver came to new address and we was met 5mins early by another lovely driver who again insisted we sit in the car and let him get on with packing everything for us.
I cannot praise this company and its employees enough a fantastic start and end to our holiday. Thanks to all

Would like to report our experiences with Quicksilver Transportation. Overall, very disappointed with the service, quality, stated inclusions, and most of all, common professionalism of the company.
Roundtrip transportation reserved with Quicksilver from MCO airport to Disney Resorts made through Viator - given the reviews. The written meet & greet at the airport was not done. We gathered our baggage and awaited outside at curbside. After approximately 12 minutes outside, we did find our driver. But, the luggage assistance was not done either. We had 2 young children and also requested a car seat, which is the 3rd item on the inclusions not met either. In terms of the transportation, given the price, we were expecting more updated van for our transportation - we had an early late 2000's van with worn seats. Already, we questioned the decision to pay the extra for this private transportation company which we were expecting greeting service, baggage assistance, our requested car seat, and a little more luxurious, at least, vehicle. Well, the driver was very kind and we did arrive safely, so these are important.
Upon conclusion of our trip, we kept our reserved transportation. The evening prior of our return flight, we were notified via airline text, of a change in our flight time to an hour earlier. Almost immediately, we called to attempt to move our pickup time accordingly with Viator. They directed us to Quicksilver to discuss an arrangement. We were met with quite an aggressive conversation on the phone with Gregory, from Quicksilver. We tried to explain our unknown and sudden change in our flight. I understand the written policies, but were not trying to cancel - simply move up our pickup time. We were sternly told the cancellation policy and that we would be charged. He continuously told us that he is a small local company and does not have enough drivers, and that they were all scheduled at earlier times. Despite our attempts to simply discuss with him, he was quite confrontational in his discussions and told us that he could not do anything - call the airline, he said. So, we did call, as he suggested, but were told that the airline carrier could not do anything. Anyhow, we tried to call Viator again, who called Quicksilver. Their response back to us was similar, with a very similar condescending, rude tone as well, from what Viator told us.
We ended up taking an Uber at an hour earlier - which was a very nice experience, quality vehicle, friendly driver, timely, and half the price. We wish we did this from the beginning. Revisiting some of the reviews from others of similar experiences, our experience seems to be a more common interaction than not. And, reading some of Gregory's replies to the negative comments, the use of words and tone alone in the replies does in fact show his demeanor and manner in which he truly treats individuals and values customer service. This was simply our true experience.

Hi, let me start by thanking you for the reservations based on our pristine record on Viator and the overwhelming good reviews you have based your decision on. Yes, I realize there are some that divert from the norm, and that often I respond very matter of factly, which might sound as too direct or rude.
We are extremely professional, sometimes to a fault. We, including myself, work diligently, daily, to offer all our customers with the best service. Now, although we are very flexible, we are indeed a small local business and cannot always bend to all our customers' demands and last minute changes. Our responses might sound unprofessional to the ones that expect us to disregard our own policies, policies that were accepted by those who "want what they want", regardless of said policies. Customers that find my tone and demeanor to be bad are usually the ones that treated our drivers badly or as second class, or ones that expect us to treat them better than we would all other clients we have. And thus is this here case.
You were offered an earlier pick-up, with no charge or extra fees, but it was, and I quote, "too early for us". The time you wanted us to pick you up, in less than 12 hours, was completely booked. You wanted us to refund you for that pick-up although we need at least 24 hours for a cancellation (48 hours if reserved directly through us btw). After offering you another time slot that wasn't convenient for you, and explaining about the 24 hours refund policy, you became extremely belligerent and impolite, both to me and my agent before that. Sorry if you did not appreciate how I responded; I do value all my thousands and thousands of customers for the past 21 years, but I also value my agents, my drivers, and myself being treated with dignity and politeness. But again, you are right, I could learn better how to respond to abusive behavior.
As for your complaints about the service itself upon arrival. So, first of all, my driver contacted you via text and did not hear back from you. When he entered the gates and walked to baggage claim, you were nowhere to be found, reason being, you walked outside on the second floor of the airport where commercial vehicles cannot drive by and our driver cannot, by airport regulation, meet and greet you. That is why we make sure to explain the "meet and greet" is by baggage claim.
As for the luggage assistance; driver assisted, but maybe yu were expecting him to act as a porter or have a cart to haul all your luggage. We do not do that. Driver will carry as much as physically possible. Maybe you misunderstood what luggage assistance means; or maybe we should be more clear that the driver is the one assisting with luggage, and not a second person with that task.
As for the carseat; well, this item is a pure lie; sorry to be blunt again. 2 car seats and 2 boosters were inside the van that picked you up. Driver mentioned you did not say absolutely anything to him, other than complain and treat him badly for being "late".
As for the vehicle itself; it was a 2017 Ford passengers van, and although it is not a brand new one, it is extremely well kept. Van is EXACTLY as pictured here on Viator. If a luxury van, or a Mercedes Sprinter type van was expected, I'm sorry to say you might have missed the clear description of the product you have bought here. 2017 is far from 2000's as mentioned on your "review".
Also, we had no idea you have felt this way upon your arrival. Actaullay, you did not mention it even when you called the night before your return to change your pick-up. Had I known, I could have done something to rectify it, or at least offer you an explanation, instead of having to defend myself almost 1 year after the fact.
As for the Viator agent; well, here is where this becomes more like a comedy than a tragedy. Agent that called us did say, not in so many words of course, that you were disgruntled, demanding, trying to circumvent their and our rules/policies to get "what you paid for...".
In retrospect, I too wish you had chosen Uber, I say, in a condescending way.
Revisiting the 0.29% of negative reviews (yes, less than a third of 1%) you are indeed bound to find similar experiences. Now, if 0.3% were indeed more common than 97%, I should close my doors and retire. This is an obvious case of confirmation bias, a virus spreading in the US like wildfire. Also keep in mind, regardless of the bad mathematics, people tend to be quicker to give a 1 star review than a 5 star one, so, statistically, at 97% positive, we are amongst the best in Orlando, as it has been for 21 years.

Definitely not happy. I was told a driver would meet my family with an iPad at the bottom of the escalator and they would help with bags. We landed on time. Driver wasn’t there. After 5 minutes he finally texted he would meet us after. We got our bags and waited 15 minutes before he finally slowly walked up to us.
On the drive he blasted religious music the entire way.
We were late and had to listen to his music at full volume.
Not worth the price at all. I wish I’d have just taken an Uber.

Driver maintained contact since you have landed and proceeded to meet you at baggage claim right after he received your text back. He encountered traffic to get through the security gates and was delayed by a couple minutes (not 15) and immediately met you at the baggage carrousel to assist you with luggage. Unfortunately, once in a while, we miscalculate the time to start driving in (we cannot get inside too early as we are not allowed to remain inside for too long) and a small delay meeting our clients may occur, sporadically.
Johny, your driver that day, is one with the highest ratings amongst our drivers. Sorry he did not run towards you as he might not have felt the urgency. He did help with luggage as soon as he met you and took you to the upgraded SUV.
As for "blasting" religious music, well, it does sound a bit exaggerated and frivolous. Yes, Johny is a pastor and the nicest man (EVERYONE loves him, quite literally); he would have gladly lowered and/or changed the music if only you have asked.
Also, you are just writing this 1 star review after you wrote to us about your experience and we mentioned we could have offered you a discount if only we had known, to which you responded the following, and I quote : "So you won’t give me a refund now because I reviewed you? Really? I’ve never had a company dangle a refund over my head like that. You guys are unprofessional. I guess maybe I need to update my review to include your shady business practices too?"
Well, there is absolutely nothing shady about our 21 years business with 5 stars here on Tripadvisor and a steady high rating of 4.8 on Google (at 4.8 because of vengeful reviews like this one).
Maybe Uber is truthfully a better fit.

We are traveling to the port for a Carnival Cruise and looking for a car service. Will this company be able to drop us at the embarking area? I know that only certain companies are allowed into the ports now. Thank you!

Yes, they will drop you off directly at embarkation area. Cruise lines have an area they allow them into so you luggage can be unloaded + taken to cruise ship porters.
