Don't go to IMAX, there is very rude people there.

They were rude they wouldn't let kids eat food or buy food. It was fine though, if the adults bought food they would be ''nice'' and let them. Not to mention the documentaries are very boring.

Great Theater

We really enjoyed seeing a movie at the IMAX Theater at the World Golf Hall of Fame Complex. Seating was comfortable, and the large screen was great! There was a small yet adequate concession stand, and the employees were friendly and professional.

If you Love Golf

Great side trip. Enjoyed every minute. So much to enjoy but you better love Golf. Or you will miss a lot and wind up in the gift shop. Try and find one of the coupons to reduce the cost.

make sure there isn't an event happening when you go

I have been coming to this Imax theatre for a few years on and off. Dec. 2020 as a Christmas gift for my fiance,I bragged how beautiful the setting is and how worth it is to drive 1 hour 20 minutes from Port Orange to WGV. I purchased 2 annual passes to the Imax theatre 1-21 thru 1-22. I took her Yesterday 5/8/21 for Mother's day for the first time this year because of Covid. The mood was very festive at WGV and crowded. There were many tables drinking wine and many people abuse wine. This I know was out of your control . It was for the 415 showing Wrath of Man. The event must have been close to over. When the movie finished about 6 the area was empty we purchased popcorn and soda at the movie and my fiance went to the bathroom. The person that was employed by you was Sylvia from Brooklyn as it said on her name tag, should get duly recognized my fiance one by one woman came out absolutely disgusted and complaining. Sylvia apologizes and said it is never like this management allowed them to use the bathroom but had no one staffed to clean. There had to be over a thousand people there and only a few stalls the Men's bathroom was horrendous but the female has to sit down. My fiance said there were plastic wine glasses all over the floor and a river that she hoped was just wine flowing, it was the worst thing she has ever seen. She said she would never go back there, her pants were ruined. I am not seeking anything and I do not know if I will return, I just wanted to let you know what happened. I know how beautiful the venue is I do not need to drive 190 miles round trip to see 1 movie it is a beautiful experience that is why I think anyone chooses to go there. I would like a response to show her and return. maybe there could be port a johns installed next time.

Thank you for reaching out to us about this. We strive for world class customer service and cleanliness as much as possible in both the Hall of Fame and IMAX Theater. When you and your fiancée visited us this weekend, we were hosting the Saint Augustine Food & Wine Festival for the first time in World Golf Village. This event was massive, as you both witnessed, having over 5,000 attendees on the property. The staff did the best they could to keep up with the restroom traffic, but with attendee volume of that size and the available bathroom stalls in the theater lobby, it is very difficult to stay ahead of our restrooms. Also, an event of this size will not return to World Golf Village until next year.



We sincerely apologize that your visit was not up to our usual standards.



We hope that you and your fiancée will join us again as we have some fantastic movies lined up in June and throughout the summer. Again, thank you for bringing this to my attention as we will work with our teams to rectify this internally so the next event is enjoyable for all of our guests.

WW84 theater was clean staff was pleasant and helpful. Very COVID compliant. Great location on the World Golf center property an easy stroll from our resort.

Great Venue

A nice venue. We practically had the place to ourselves when we saw Ford vs Ferrari. Nice lobby and very comfortable seats. The huge screen and great sound system added much to the movie.

We love finding a current Hollywood movie to see at this IMAX whenever we are here visiting! It's clean & the staff are very friendly. They always have several documentaries that are showing too.

This has now become the only theater I will go to. If a movie doesn't come to the IMAX, I just don't see it! It is clean, nice and the people there make it a very enjoyable experience.

There simply are no words to describe the experience at this IMAX theater. The screen size, sound and proximity of seats make it seem as though you are literally in the movie. It’s more like a interactive movie ride! Best I’ve ever experienced. We saw Toy Story 4.
