Great day on the water with Capt Mark Hall. Great guide with good equipment. I had an exceptional day of fishing. I caught a dozen peacock bass with the biggest being a non typical 8 lbs. You might be tempted to call it luck but I was following his advise and bait choices which was a winning combination that day. This was on the bucket list to fish for peacock bass in the Miami channels. I was not disappointed in any way. If I get a chance to visit Miami again I would use and recommend Capt Mark Hall.

I cannot say enough about what a wonderful day of fishing I had with Capt. Mark Hall! Capt. Mark had me on fish the instant we started. 1st cast, 1st fish and it was a snook. Caught 3 snook in the first 5 minutes of the outing! Capt. Mark is an extremely experienced and knowledgeable guide. He is low key, very patient and very easy going. He can read the water and put you on fish all day long. I caught 5 different species of fish that day, it was incredible! I caught several peacock bass, snook, crevalle jacks, lady fish and a largemouth bass. Capt. Mark kept me on fish all day, the action was steady the entire outing. I saw fish that I can't even explain, and you never knew what you were going to pull up next. It was one of the most exciting days of fishing that I have ever had! I will be back for certain to fish with Capt. Mark Hall again, no doubt. I highly recommend a day of fishing with Capt. Mark Hall, you'll love it!

Capt Mark was great to work with. Within five minutes we were on Peacock Bass and stayed on them for six hours. He was a true professional and was very patient with us. He was responsive when we set it up, arrived on time with a full live well and had us in fish until the end. Highly recommend contacting him if you want to catch lots of fish.

We had two great half-days of fishing with Capt Mark Hall. Mark is a highly experienced angler and an excellent fishing guide. He was very courteous and professional at all times, he knows the local area fishing scene quite well, and he put us on to fish on both days, in both fresh water (canals) and salt water (the flats). Mark also has & provides all the equipment, needed - a nice small boat, and the right rods, tackle and bait. We would definitely fish with him again, and highly recommend him if you are looking to fish in South Florida.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip with Captain Mark Hall! From the very beginning, we appreciated that his communication was on point; he replied back to answer any questions we had. We made a reservation about a month prior and called him the day before. He gave us good directions to a meeting spot in a park that was safe and had a restroom. The boat was perfect for the trip. I was able to take my wife with me to take pictures and enjoy the nature. Captain Mark ended up encouraging her to fish and she actually caught a bunch of fish! She ended up having a better time than she thought she would have, being that she's not into fishing. Mark was very knowledgable about the canals and the wildlife that was in and around it. We were using shiners for bait and also caught some peacocks on artificial. Awesome trip that met all our expectations of a Florida fishing trip! Would book another with him and recommend to anyone who would enjoy a fishing adventure!

I was fortunate to be invited by a friend of mine to go on a trip to catch Peacock bass in the Miami canals.
Mark was an excellent guide, very friendly, very professional, knows the area well, and puts you on fish.
In addition to the beautiful peacocks, several other species of fish were caught including a Mayan cichlid, largemouth bass, and be even a couple of tarpon (another bucket lister).
I highly recommend Mark to anyone wanting to target peacock bass and am looking forward to another trip to Miami to fish for these beautiful exotic fish.

Have been fishing with Mark for 6 Years and Mark is an amazing Guide- My other half and I love to fish with Mark and our Trips have always been an Adventure to say the least. We started chasing Peacocks and have always done well. A few years went by and lord and behold we started catching a few Juvenile Poons :) Needless to say every time we have returned to fish with Mark, we wind up chasing Tarpon with an occasional Peacock or a few Snook. I'd have to say Mark has been inducted into our Family and wouldn't consider fishing around the Miami area with anyone else- We love Mark to death and his persona also goes with his amazing Guiding skills!

I have fished with Capt. Mark Hall multiple times and I thoroughly enjoyed every trip. Mark knows the lakes and canals of Miami in great detail and stays current on where the fish are biting. He consistently puts me on NICE Peacocks. Mark's easygoing personality and patience with his clients makes him a perfect guide for novice and experienced anglers alike. I like the way Mark taylors his trips to the interests of his clients. Although Mark specializes in fly fishing, I prefer lightweight spinning gear, which is never a problem for Mark. He has a good array of spinning and fly outfits available if you prefer to use his. And, you are always welcome to bring your own. Mark will even give you suggestions on the best gear for the planned outing. If you haven't fished for Peacocks you owe it to yourself to take a trip with Mark. And if you are a Peacock angler, you need to give Mark a call.

Captain Mark hooked us up today. Called early in the am and we fished all afternoon. He put us on the peacock. Great guy and easy to get along with. Highly recommend this place with milk.
