Fishing guide Captain Mark Brady, who is the owner of Salt Water Flats, is an excellent guide. Capt. Mark was helpful to both the novice and more experienced fishermen on our trip. In less than an hour after leaving the dock we were catching fish. We caught so many trout they wore us out!!! We easily caught over 30 but just kept 3 for lunch, practicing catch and release. Once back to the marina Mark cleaned them for us and dropped them off in the kitchen of Who Dat and they immediately cooked them for us. Yum! His boat is clean, comfortable and well maintained. What a great day on the water! I highly recommend Mark Brady.

What a superb trip we had with Capt Mark...super nice guy..very knowlegable about the area...Great boat for family trips...Mark showed us a few tricks which enhanced our bite chances..We limited out by noon on Red Fish and Trout..We have already booked our next trip...You want to catch fish and have a great time...Book a trip with Mark...

We had a great time with Capt. Bobbie. She put us on the fish! We caught 9 seatrout, a a huge puffer fish, caught and released a stingray (what a fighter!) and variety of other fish. We enjoyed a brief encounter with a curious manatee, and observed several sea turtles. She worked very hard. She is very knowledgeable. She is incredibly accommodating and patient. We highly recommend this saltwater flats fishing charter. It was a beautiful day. Thank you so much!

Took the family up to Steinhatchee to get away for a weekend. We stayed at their new redsandbedslodge. Captain Bobbi has renovated this little shack into one of the nicest fishing lodges i have ever stayed at. They were not done with everything so we look forward to heading back up there to see the finished project. Its a great little property!
As to the fishing, we had a blast. Captain Mark put us on the fish, even when the bite was slow, we could see the fish right there!!! We came home with plenty to eat and more than enough to share. We must have caught and released dozens of trout and reds while catching our limits of slot fish. Some too small and some to big! Just an all around great time!
Just a little tease, but Captain Mark has a great personality who enjoys being "messed" with, so go ahead and poke!! Leads to a great time of jokes and fun!!

Good friend and I were having trouble locating reds. We did a half day with Capt Bobbi and I learned more in those 4 hours than I had learned in 5 years from my fishing buddies! I swear, she has a sixth sense that puts her on red fish. We each caught 2 over slot reds and countless trout. Highly recommend her!

Captain Bobbi is awesome. She helped us find the scallops and was upfront about it not being as good of a year this year as last year. She is well educated on the waterways and full of great info. She is personable as well. My friend and I stopped waiting for our significant others to go scalloping with us and go together each year now. I'm super glad we found Bobbi!

We had a great time scallopin and learning from captain Bobbi and Crystal, they were both very helpful both in and out of the water and made sure that everyone was having fun and finding scallops. I would highly recommend this guide service to anyone visiting the Steinhatchee area.

Today our family of 9 had a great day scalloping! Although we had a large group and took two boats, it all worked out because we tied up together and spent the entire day scalloping together. Captain Bobbie and Captain Crystal jumped in the water to help our group collect scallops. I would recommend scalloping with this tour company for any group, big or small, coming to Stainhatchee..

Our group of 12 had the best of both worlds with Captain Mark and Captain Bobbie! Being from the Gulf Coast in Alabama, we are used to fishing but not scalloping. They were wonderful guides for us beginners along with teen and pre-teen kids. We don’t know if the kids or adults had the better time. We were fortunate to have found Captain Mark as he taught us a lot about the local area and went out of his way to make sure we found plenty of scallops. We can’t wait to make this an annual trip, except he may need a few more boats if we bring all of our family next time!!
