One of the WORST experiences ever, the person on the office rejected any kind of change to my trip, with the worst attitude towards them, even we I was totally advised that any changes create expenses, the person was not helpful, nor kind. I had to call my driver to adjuts as I needed, he was awesome, but then the lady on the office should called me to say that nothing could be done unless through her, but she didn't want to help in first place. NOT TO BOOK EVER AGAIN!

Steer clear!!!
Prom night for our seniors and 25 kids having their pictures taken by the photographer awaiting their party bus to arrive. The party bus was to arrive at 6:45 pm and at 6:05 I receive a call that the party bus won’t start and they don’t have another one to send. Let’s just say this didn’t sit well and to have 25 kids waiting for a ride to their one and only prom due to Covid was not going to happen on my watch. After arguing with skyline they finally called another company to send a non party bus van out to get the kids. They went straight to the prom instead of enjoying a little time on a party bus that was supposed to fun on the way there. Very disappointing as no one called the next day as promised to discuss the incident- come to find out they did the same thing the next weekend to a friend of mine for their kids waiting to go to prom Only they didn’t send alternate transportation!! Do not use this company!!! How can you run a company and not make sure your vehicles are up to par!

Don’t get this company! We got them to drive us back to the airport. The guy was 10 mins late so we called. The man on the other line was rude and impatient with us. He told us our driver would be there shortly. He said he tried to call driver and he wasn’t picking up. We called back then 20 mins after driver was supposed to arrive and they couldn’t produce another driver till 45 mins after scheduled time! When I got upset he hung up on me twice! Saying I was the one being disrespectful, very rude! We have yet to see a refund and had to spend the extra money to get an Uber.

We used SKYLINE for a recent trip to Tampa Airport and a return trip back to our home in Odessa two weeks later. Both drivers were very professional, showed up early both times to pick us up at 5 am at our home or meet and greet us at the airport. The town cars were spotless with water available if you needed one. Both were nicely dressed with ties. The whole experience was Top Notch. We will be using them again on our next trip to the airport soon.

After having a group booked in St. Pete Beach, we contacted them for transfers for the group. They did not show up to meet the passengers, they dropped them off at the wrong area of the hotel, were outside sleeping and taking 'breaks' when they were suppose to be meeting clients at baggage claim, etc. After all of that, they charged the full amount up front to the client, for roundtrip transfers, and we canceled the return trips after so many issues. They agreed to refund the return portion. That was November, now in February, still no refund despite calling and emailing. No one will talk to use. They are not reliable!!

Amazing service! Called last minute to have my Mama and friend picked up from the cruise port and Clinton handled it with ease and efficiency. They were treated like royalty. Skyline Limo provided safe, timely, perfect transportation! THANK YOU!

We used Skyline to shuttle our corporate team to breakfast and then to a team building/ volunteering event. Our driver arrived on time and was very courteous. The limo was clean and comfortable, and we arrived at each destination safe and sound.

We used Skyline for a round trip pickup and drop off for a night out. We typically use Uber, but wanted to splurge for my husbands 50th BDay. The service was excellent and the cost was very reasonable. We will certainly use them in the future.

We use Skyline whenever we are away long enough to balance TPA long term cost. Also means we can have a drink on return flight and avoid any issues! Cars always clean, drivers friendly, cold water at pick up, and most importantly on time!!

Used Skyline before on a visit to Tampa and were well impressed with the service so decided to use them again this year. Used cars for 2 days out and also hired a limo for my neices wedding. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Superb service and the drivers were absolutely wonderful. We would say to anyone visiting or living in Tampa, if you need a car this is the company to use. We will certainly be using Skyline again. Thanks to everyone.
