My son and his friend had a joint birthday party at the Wild Lakes Aqua Park this weekend. It was brilliant fun and a perfect party venue. Wild Lakes has such a cool and relaxed vibe whilst being highly professional.
There were 3 lifeguards at the aqua park - all very attentive, professional and helpful. The kids were under constant supervision by the lifeguards.
The food in the brilliant club house was outstanding - no rubbish kids food here! Wood fired pizzas, proper burgers and chips. The club room was perfect for adults and children to congregate after the party, with the deck overlooking the wake lake.
As always, the staff were friendly and helpful. Communication and booking was easy. Everyone had a great time.

I've been going for years and decided it was time to write a review! I've done all 4 activities that they offer, and have dined in the tipis more times than I can count, and every single time I've been, the standard has been upheld. The food is to die for, and the staff are always cheerful and friendly. The one to one coaching on the wakeboarding is an incredible experience, and the progression you see after just a few short sessions is insane. the aqua park ensures an amazing night sleep after an exhausting but enjoyable hour of playing around on the inflatable (shout out to the lifeguards for always keeping an eye, and having fun whilst doing so!!) and the climbing offers super fun routes, and a great confidence boost after a good sesh. Another massive shout out to the incredible community; you'll always have a friendly face willing to join you if you ever go alone, and super supportive cheerleaders no matter what youre trying <3 thanks again to the wild lakes staff, particularly to the tipi staff for always making me feel like their top priority no matter how busy it is and the chefs giving 5* meals everytime! Lots of love to this place, you've got an incredible future ahead of you 🔥

What a fantastic establishment offering activities for all - from free use of a childrens play areas, to wake boarding lessons and bouldering to aqua park sessions. The new re-branded restaurant ‘Stoked’ has a variety of menus and specials which is regularly changing making each visit a new experience. The previous live music I have seen at Wild Lakes in the Tipi has also added to the wonderful experiences I’ve had there. I have been going here for years and each year Wild Lakes has expanded and continues developing, for a small family run business you can tell that they care! You couldn’t ask for anymore! Pembrokeshire is lucky to have you.

Being local we had friends down from London and wanted to show them Wild Lakes having been several times over the years. We were shocked how run down and dirty the place was. Rotten wood as a bar top, dead flowers in the baskets, basically unloved. Such a shame as we loved coming here. We didn’t do the activities or eat (although we have previously and the food has been lovely)
The place just needs a good tidy up and maintenance.

We’re gutted & quite shocked to hear of the above, we work extremely hard to keep the Wild Lakes clean & tidy and this is one of the first reviews we have ever received which highlights otherwise. Wild Lakes is extremely loved by its owner, staff & will continue to be. There is a lot going on behind the scenes and it is a huge disappointment to be reading your review. It is a shame you felt you had to leave us a review like this, we are always on site should you have wished to chat to us. If there is one thing that Wild Lakes is, it is loved.
We have expanded each year we have been open, adding new additions and maintaining all that we have (it. takes a lot of work & reinvestment). We improve year on year, our recent winters maintenance included laying a brand new patio, renovating all 3 bathrooms, shower blocks, building a new children's play area, freshly painted & decorate our clubhouse, renovated parts of the kitchen... the list could go on.
Some of the wood on the outdoor bar we understand does need to be changed out, we are aware and it is on our jobs of things to do this winter but with is being school holidays we unfortunately have not gotten the chance. Our flowers in the pots were also lovingly planted by us late July but with the weather we’ve had, maybe some of them weren’t quite up to scratch.
Wild Lakes is cleaned by all staff continuously through the day, plus each evening, but we do apologise if you feel it may not have been up to the standard you were expecting on your visit. We appreciate your feedback and as always, we will continue to improve. We would love to welcome you back.

Excellent wake boarding and activity centre. Really good coaching to take you from zero to hero(ish). Everything you need, including excellent and well considered food. Very well run and organised. A must do activity if you are in Pembrokeshire. Also dog friendly.

We had the best day, family ranging from age 5-45! The younger ones enjoyed the ramps for scooting and the boat climbing. The older ones loves the aqua park, wakeboarding and the ringo ride.
Food was amazing, staff were so lovely and the whole day was excellent value for money! We are definitely re-booking!

Excellent day out for an 8 and 11 year old! Children (and Dad) loved the aqua park. Then spent 2 hours bouldering which had a great variety of routes to try. Finished it off with a lovely meal in the TiPi - highly recommend the pork jerky tacos. All dog friendly which was ideal for us. Staff were really friendly and great value for money. Highly recommend for older children and teenagers.

Cracking day out, special mention to the instructors on the Wakeboarding, really nice lads both really through and helped by 9 year old feel full of confidence on his first ever go on a Wakeboard, could of just easily sat there enjoying the sun but really did go extra mile to help him grasp how to do it and actually get up on the board. As a local cant believe its taken this long to get out there and have a go, def going back soon.

Visited as a a family of 5 (kids 18,16,13). The whole experience was fantastic, from the admin and booking to the activities on the day! From the moment I emailed requesting information to arriving and taking past in the activities, I found all the staff so helpful, friendly and supportive. Special mention to Sammy who manged to arrange the family booking for us! All the activities are really well run by experienced and knowledgeable staff. The site was well run and clean. We had lunch in the Ti-pi Tent, and the food was amazing. Would definitely recommend and will be back as now the kids are Wake Board enthusiasts!! Thank you to all the staff on duty that day - we had a great day!

Amazing birthday party for my 8 year old and her friends (and me and my wife) an hourish in the aqua park which is awesome fun. Then into our own room for good quality burger and chips for the kids. The adults ordered their own food from the restaurant menu. Lovely food, though I light have ordered less if I'd seen the portions!
Staff were really friendly and accomodating.
We will definitely be back again!

Hello, they aren't included in the price of admission but are £3pp to hire which can be done whilst booking online or on the day should they be needed.
