DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!

I would leave a zero star if I was able to. I have been scammed out of my money and was stuck at the airport for 2 hours while I found someone else to pick us up!

the website indicated a "TCP" driver which is allowed to pick you up from the terminal, however they sent my order to a different company that was not able to pick us up and kept asking g us to take a shuttle 20 min away to meet the driver!

the driver was super nice and tried to help us, however she only can do so much. I tried calling the 800 number and the was no answer and no response to my 5 emails trying to get help.

I have since emailed them to find out how to get my refund, and they have not acknowledged or responded to any of the messages.

they are a scam and an absolute rip off!!!!!!

TERRIBLE. Excessively priced for NOTHING. Paid $99, they did not show up. Had to call and navigate a series of numbers because, one thing is the company, the other the operator, and another the taxi company. You need to avoid at all costs. Take the L, a cab on the curb, Lyft, Uber... but NEVER this transport.

I prearranged on line for a ride from O’Hare Airport to Hotel andBack on return flight. To start with the instructions they give you are all wrong. I walked up and down the terminal to no avail called the number more confusion. Finally ran into airport security that had a minute and showed him the paper he said that is wrong and he took me to the taxi stand he explained to the man and thankfully the man put me in the next Flash Taxi. When I called as directed it took a while to talk to somebody and then the operator said that the driver did not have the right credentials to take me after we were already out of the airport and they had told me to take any Flash Taxi. The car was nasty and smelled bad. I did make it to my Hotel in one piece.
Then when I called and told them I was ready for my prearranged time for pick up they said a driver was coming. Well I told the doorman and when 2 different Flash Taxies came he asked if they were picking up and they said no. I called and tried again 3 times. I waited for 2 hours and Finally a Flash Taxi came up dropping off somebody and I was able to get him to take me to the Airport. I almost missed my plane he got off the expressway and went in the suburbs where we caught every red light there was and could only go 35 miles per hour. He said he did not like all the traffic he kept saying this was a shortcut. Take my advice just go to the airport come out to get bags and go to the taxi stand the man there will get you in a cab with no problem and the hotels will get one to return with they are waiting to help you. I hope somebody reads this and it will help them. They actually charge more then the rest of the Taxis there I checked with others at the hotel.

I reserved the taxi level service from O'Hare Airport in Chicago to downtown. Upon exiting the terminal, I could not find a Go Express taxi. After searching for 15 minutes, I called Go Express. I was told to look for a person wearing a red vest. No one was wearing a red vest. The information counter in the airport told me to go to the next terminal as there was a Go Express counter there. There was a counter in that terminal but it had not been staffed in a long time--many months. I called again (by the way, the phone number reaches an office in some distant location). After being on hold for 12 minutes (timed), they disconnected the call. I called again and they told me to go back to the original terminal and look for a person in a red vest. Again, there was no person in a red vest. I called again. This time, they told me to look for a Flash taxi. I finally found one, but the driver in a very messy car would not take me. This Go Express rep was very patient and stayed on the phone with me. I searched for another Flash Taxi. I explained things to the driver and he spoke with the person on the phone. Suddenly, a person in a red vest showed up and he did not the driver to take me stating that it wasn't his turn. The driver took me and he was very pleasant.

Two days before my return flight, I called Go Exprerss and confirmed my ride. On the day of my ride, a driver was waiting for me at the hotel's entrance. He was also friendly and professional Go Express also sent a text to me to confirm that a;ll went well.

I had to cancel a booking as I had to change hotels. I was never given a refund (says 3-5 business days), when I call I was given the run-around. Eventually had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. 2 months later I got my money back. DO NOT USE THEM.

That and when I arrived to Chicago O'hare the airport shuttle guy understood who this company was, but the taxi guy he summoned didn't. Proceed to me being on hold with Airport Go while the taxi guy and airport guy yelled at each other for 20 minutes.

Arrived in Chicago and taxi refused to takes us. Had to speak to a dispatcher to get a refund. Then, we got our on transportation at the airport.

Will never use them again.

Service: RESERVATION (prepaid ) for Taxi transfer from Chicago O'Hare airport to downtown hotel

We made the reservation one week in advance. We prompt tly received email confirmation with detailed clear instructions for getting taxi .
At O'Hare, we tried to follow those instructions. The airport "Starter (at the designated taxi location) called for taxi after I showed him the email instructions. Taxi showed up. Driver DID NOT KNOW of the arrangement with GoExpress. I called the help desk/'agent which did not help. I was disconnected . The taxi driver was wiling to transport us BUT he did not receive info (destination and that we had prepaid) via his electronic device. The Starter was of no help. The driver was obviously upset. I recalled the help desk/agent who was different agent. The surrounding noises made it very difficult to hear. She was helpful. Finally, after 15 minutes , the taxi driver received the needed info for the transfer into city. In the meantime, a supervisor from GoExpress called me to apologize and help as needed. She was calming. Then, the taxi driver safely drove us to our destination.

I paid in advance 3 months for my trip to Chicago including go airport express when I get to the kiosk the is already a upset costumer they left a note of instructions after trying to follow them I’m informed they changed there hours and where closed by 7pm I said I had paid and budgeted for there service they said not there problem you payed TripAdvisor call them . TripAdvisor was unavailable till the next day by then 830pm I had to get a taxi much more expensive. TripAdvisor said the next day I was to take a taxi to airport to pick up transfer ticket for my second half of the shuttle service at my expense and they would refund half the money I prepaid So to have half the service approximately I would be refunded 35.$ of 70: $ and have the extra 180 .00$ in taxi on me finally a supervisor refunded my 70$ and I paid 120 in taxi with no shuttle ride you may think this a exception but I was not the only having this issue good luck counting on them

I booked a Sedan car from O'Hare to the hotel because my mother in law is a senior citizen with mobility issues. Instead of the Sedan, we were met by an SUV (see attachment), which necessitated a step up to enter and a step down to exit the vehicle. This was an almost insurmountable barrier which necessitated a great deal of effort and caused significant discomfort. I contacted Go Airport Express 5 weeks ago to explain what happened and to request a refund. They never replied. This is disgraceful. If you know of a way I can report this company, please, let me know.

We went outside to wait for the shuttle and the driver pulled up at the moment it was expected. The weather was terrible that day and there was snow coming in. She got us to the airport in plenty of time and was friendly and really knew what she was doing. I would book with them every time I go to Chicago. Be sure to call the day before your pickup to confirm.
