Hello, There's a bus that goes to Sangu all the way from Wuyishan East station. Very easy and cheap. You come out of the railway station and go towards the right where the buses are parked. You should take the K1 to Sangu Town. It costs 10 RMB. I think the buses just go when they are full, but I can't be sure. That bus will take you into the middle of Sangu Town. The bus doesn't go past your accommodation. You need to get off at the 太陽城市場 station, when the bus is close to a main crossroads (I think there may be a KFC on the right), as the bus then turns off to the right and that takes it further from your accommodation. Your accommodation seems to be on that main street, but further on. If you don't want to walk, you can get on one of the public buses (e.g. bus 6) for 1 RMB. It's a very easy place to visit and you'll be able to use the public transport to get to and from the scenic area very easily. To get to the north entrance of the scenic area, you can go on buses 6, 7 and 9 to the north entrance. Bus 6 also goes to the south entrance (either 7 or 9 does too but I don't remember which). It's a lovely place to visit. You won't need to use cabs or tour guides. Small and beautiful. I hope you enjoy yourself!

Do u mean the buses within the wuyishan scenic area? It is included in the entrance ticket. U need to take it from one spot to another and to the main gate. The whole area is quite big and not reachable by walking

I don't think you need vaccines for traveling here. At least I didn't and I survived without getting sick at all. I have to say if you are very very sensitive to mosquitoes I wouldn't recommend visiting Wuyi Mountain. You will definitely get a few bites here and there and may swell. I would recommend visiting this hotel which is where I stayed at: Da Wang Mountain Villa FYI- Barely anyone speaks English there (not even hotels). So if you are going, I would recommend either doing a lot of research beforehand or hiring a guide. It will be very difficult to get around without a local. My two cents!
