I go to this movie almost every week. The people there are always friendly! Great prices and food! The seating is also very comfortable. Lots of parking!

I have really enjoyed this place in the past, but my last 2 trips were less than stellar. There seemed to be a significant amount of bugs flying around during my last visit on 9/16 AND the people working just seemed really unfriendly. To make matters worse, we were there for a premier that was supposed to include a free poster for the first 50 people (there was only 29 seats sold for this showing) and we were rudely told that the theater only received 8 posters and they were already gone. The employees laughed at us and told us to "check eBay for posters" which just seemed inappropriate in itself. Both of us attempted to call the location the following day and magically their phone line was busy from open to closing hours. Never was able to speak to a manager which was also unfortunate.

This is a good place to see a movie. We saw "Downton Abbey" at this place, after trying to see it yesterday at the Apple Valley AMC theaters. This theatre plays first run movies and gives you your choice of reclineable loungers (these loungers have drink holders built into the arms). You have to choose your seating at the ticket counter, and they get rather miffed if you change seats without clearing it with them first. The concessions are not as expensive as they are in other theaters, especially if you buy them and present a "club membership card" when you order (it saves you $2, I understand). The theater can be difficult to find initially, however, as we discovered when we initially drove there. Take the time to map it out on Google Maps or something. We took three wrong turns getting there. They will be getting more of our business, as our local movie theater closed. When we bought our tickets, we noted that a number of seats had already been sold (over the internet site) and we not available to sit in. In the future, we may book seats at the theater on their website.

Nice place, decent customer service... need to post hours for ZAFFIRO'S Express Keep changing hours it’s open. Why have it if it’s not open

We saw Angels Have Fallen on Sat. 8/24. The two times we have been so disappointed in the theatre, it seems to have gone down hill. The last time the hot dogs were cold, we wanted ice cream, but nothing in freezer, the bathrooms were horrible. So after two times of disappointment we thought we would try again, this time the sound at the movie was so loud, we had to plug one ear, went down and told staff, someone was going to check it out, no difference throughout the movie, blast us so hard, we almost left. Lot of our family and friends go here, but will think twice for another movie. Will go to the Marcus theatre in Shakopee. Felt maybe not enough staff either to handle it all, the pop machines were having problems, several were down. The staff was very nice and try hard to accomodate everyone, but changes need to be made.

My family and I always go to this theater. We actually live much closer to the Apple Valley theatre, but the seating and food are much better here.
All the screens have reserved reclining seats, so you can buy online beforehand and don't have to get there early for seating. Especially since there are a solid 20 minutes of commercials/previews before the movie starts.

Bought the tickets in advance, chose my seats. Arrived at the theater and was greeted by friendly staff. They are always accommodating for extra butter on the large popcorn. Love the cherry icees. The seats are dream lounger and the theater itself is always well kept. This is our favorite place for movies!

Marcus in Rosemount is by far the best movie theatre around. It is extremely clean, very nice employees and the seats make it even more relaxing. I bring my daycare kiddos here in the summer weekly and the employees go out of their way to help me with all of the concessions. Love this place!

I have seen bugs flying in every theatre that I have seen a movie in since summer. I first just thought it was a few box elder bugs that have got inside but its December and I still see them. This is so gross why would you not have pest control take care of the issue? I have even had friends say the same thing that they have seen them flying when the movie is on.

We like going to this theatre and have for years. Now that there's $5.00 Tuesdays and $5.00 on Fridays for seniors, we look each week for movies we might enjoy and then reserve our seats on line. Win-win!!

The concession prices seem about the same or a bit lower that other movie theatres.
We normally go to the theatre on Tuesday afternoon. The movies are only $5 and the popcorn has free refills.
