Had a fantastic time. Joe was super helpful when we checked in (scheduled a tube but that would have made it an 8+ hour float, so we upgraded to a tandem kayak). Mark was very helpful as the driver who got us to the drop-in point, and was super helpful.

30 amp RVsites water and power are shared which puts the front side of one camper really close to the backside of another due to power cord or water hose. If camper has slideouts makes it even closer.
Random burn pits all over.
Tent camping has no assigned spot just put it anywhere you want. Cabins are like another said chicken coops on stilts. Flooring are planks not solid so cracks in the floors.
RV dump station is hidden up by the Full hookup sites but on the wrong side so you have to back up to it blocking in the full hookup site.
Showers are in a building close to the road so be prepared for a long walk. Bathrooms do not have toilet paper so be sure to bring your own.
Canoe rentals are $35 per person!!
Don't forget your river pass when you check in as well, gotta have that so they can charge you appropriately.
No poles to hang your trash bags on but at least they come and pick up your trash if you leave it by the road.

This was an amazing trip!
Cabins have weak AC units but make sleeping at night wonderful. They are rustic but are equipped with running HOT water and toilet. We definitely plan on coming back to this site. If you're not a pompous spoiled turd, you will have an amazing time.

Horrible experience. False advertising! It was like a 105 degree chicken coop on stilts. The air conditioner is grossly inadequate. We left about two hours into our experience and went to the econo lodge down the road. The hotel said they get a lot of business from kozy camp cabin renters. Wish I would have known before going.

The sweet girl up front was swamped but STILL multi tasked like a pro and was so sweet when helping us at checkin. Guys dragging our boats to the water, top notch and very informative about the water and safety tips. The actual "FLOAT"? B E A UTIFUL. Truly a great experience and as always, made new friends along the float. I'd highly recommend staying here. You'll be treated like family. Thanks to all of you at Kozy Kamp who worked on Sunday 7/25/21. ALL YALL NEED A RAISE!!!!!

Staff are not friendly. Very unorganized. The cabin was extremely hot. Staff said they would turn on the air conditioner but did not. They do not explain anything. You are pretty much left on your own having to figure out how to get on the river. They don't bother telling you that you need a river pass or even how to get one. I've stayed at several other places and this is the worst. Will not go back. No toilet paper in any of the bathrooms. Plenty of spiders but no toilet paper. DON'T STAY HERE. SLEEP IN YOUR CAR IT WILL BE BETTER.

We had a lot of fun. The float trip was amazing the water is clear and the river is beautiful. The cabins are a shed with an A/c and that’s it. Nothing fancy. But we weren’t trying to hang out in the cabin. If you need it bring it. Also the bathrooms were very dirty by the second day. But over all we had a really good time .there were four adults in our group. In the Dixie cabin.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Absolutely terrible experience. Our cabin was missing a step and my partner fell down and injured her knee. The cabin was infested with wasps nests the maintenance guy sprayed 2 cans all over everything which then seemed to make the wasps more angry. 2 children were stung the next day. When I called to report the injuries and request their insurance information I was told I needed to leave the property immediately or they would call the cops for threatening them??? They hung up on me multiple times. Worst experience staying somewhere by far. There are several other better options on the river nearby.

This was the worst experience ever. We paid for two nights and left after the first. The cabin we paid for had holes in floor, wasps in the room and the air conditioner was tiny and not on when we came in. Even after running for over 24 hours the cabin was still hot. Did not even have a grill or cooking arrangements. I will never return. Oh and as we left I was told we would get an email with a small credit for campers we paid for but have never received it.
