This half-day tour (approximately 4-6 hours) is the perfect option to step away from the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas Strip and immerse yourself in the beauty of Red Rock Canyon.
Our tour guide Kevin was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the State Park, and it's flora and fauna. This ensured our experience of visiting the Mojave Desert was realxing and unique.
A simple lunch is also included.
If hiking is not for you, then this tour is; it was relaxing with photo opportunities aplenty along the 13 mile scenic drive through Red Rock Canyon.
No matter the season, don't forget water and appropriate sun protection; it is a desert after all.

I loved getting out of the city and being in nature. My favorite part of the tour was seeing cave paintings!

Good tour, light snack and voucher for lunch included. Great guide, Adam Hefner, who was very informative and would answer any questions on just about anything. Very enjoyable.

We went on the Discovery Tour of Hoover Dam with Dave as our tour guide. He picked us up at our hotel and he was very pleasant and courteous. He was a wealth of information about the Las Vegas area and Boulder City and the building of the dam. We enjoyed the Dam tour...especially being able to get inside the dam and see the generators.

We travelled to the Grand Canyon on March 4, 2020. Pam, our tour guide was very knowledgable and provided lots of information about the terrain, people and attractions. We stopped at the Hoover Dam and then made two stops at the Grand Canyon. Lunch was provided at the second stop at the Grand Canyon, and it was excellent. However, I would have liked to have a bit more time there, so we could walk around a bit more . Would recommend this tour for an introduction to the area and Grand Canyon. Next time---maybe river rafting at the bottom!

Better late than never review! Me and 2 pals took the trip and really enjoyed it. The views were awesome and it was incredible value for money. Our tour guide Steve was BRILLIANT. Super witty, wicked dry sense of humour but also very knowledgable about red rock and Vegas. He gave us loads of tips for fun free/cheap stuff to do in Vegas as well as lots of history about the area. Would recommend to anyone going to Vegas!

I signed up for a 6-hour long day trip to the Hoover Dam on my last day of the Vegas trip. So glad I did. Adam was the driving tour guide and he is so knowledgeable and friendly. I probably had a hundred questions about Nevada, Vegas, Death Valley, the mob history of Vegas, Reno, Clark County, and anything that came to mind. He had an answer to all of them and he was happy that I was so curious! that made the day trip go fast! So lucky to have gone on this trip! Well worth the money!

We were picked up at our Hotel and driven in the Mini bus by Pam. A video was shown during the journey to Red Rock Canyon. First stop was the Visitors Centre which was very interesting, followed by the trip through the Canyon incorporating various stops.
The final stop was for lunch at the Spring Mountain Ranch, followed by a guided tour of the building. Pam was a very impressive guide throughout the day, knowledgeable and very enthusiastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our day, and were delivered back to our Hotel about six hours after we were first picked up.

Our tour guide, Adam, did a fantastic job narrating all sorts of facts about the Canyon, the flora, history etc. Adam pointed out many features and his favorite viewing locations. He took us on a side visit to Hoover Dam.

Pam did a great job with our tour to Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon West rim. She was knowledgeable about the area and indigenous people as well as the attractions themselves.
