Paid cash and beware the staff do not return correct change, it seem staff is not responsible and are not very friendly.

I've been here for apple picking before but this is the first time I've been here for peach picking. I came here with a few friends and their baby on a Sunday at 1. You have to pre-purchase tickets for a certain time slot online ahead of time. Admission is $5 per person, and it's $18 for a bag to put your peaches in, which holds about 10-12 lbs (according to their website). Parking and the store are on one side, and then you have to cross a large street to get over to the orchards. We went on the second weekend of peaches and a lot of them weren't really ready to be picked yet. But we did manage to get some good peaches. They even have donut peaches! But not a lot so you really have to keep an eye out. We shared a bag and must have gotten maybe 50 peaches or so (they're small). I'd definitely recommend sharing a bag because the peaches don't last that long. There were a few that went moldy the next day.
Overall, it's an okay farm. There are better ones out there but if you don't want to drive too far, this option isn't bad.

Something happened today, we picked peaches, drove for half an hour to another place, and suddenly we found our wallet lost, and we didn't know when or where. We made a phone call to the farm without any hope, and something very touching happened. The staff at the farm were very kind and honest and told me that someone had found the wallet and handed it over to the farm management. When I got the wallet, there wasn't a penny in it. Our family is very grateful to this unknown man of good will and all the farm staff.

I stopped into a very busy Demarest Farms this afternoon for a visit and to take some pictures. Everything looked and smelled so good that I decided to stay for lunch and had a delicious Chicken Salad Sandwich with a potato pancake on the side with some of their homemade Apple Cider. Everything was delicious.
The farm has so much going on from pumpkin and apple picking to hayrides that the place is a madhouse on the weekends and it is tough to get parking but everyone is having such a good time no one seems to mind. The shelves inside are stocked with seasonal fruits and vegetables and they have the most amazing baked goods and are known for their apple cider doughnuts. You have to taste their potato pancakes as well. Yum!
They also have all sorts of gift items such as jams and jellies and have rows of freshly baked pies. They are preparing for the upcoming Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons. It is always fun going there and experiencing all the activities they have going on.

5 of us in a car. cost $40 and additional $12 to be able to choose a pumpkin. God for bid you want to pick some apples. For each bag, another $15! Wanna feed the sad looking goats, that'll be $8 more dollars for feed. Skip this and just go across the street to their store. Free parking, free playground and better selection of farm animals.

I booked my family for a time slot today. It was so busy that we could not even get in near the market and playground. We drove up to the pumpkin field. It took quite a while, and then we walked to the pen where the pumpkins were laid on the ground. We took a very quick hayride and then picked our pumpkins. I did not realize that admission only included a hayride and nothing else. I feel eight dollars a person for five minutes on a hayride is a lot. Every pumpkin you wanted to buy was $12. This was not made clear when you ordered the tickets. and then you had no way to get the pumpkins to your car. There are so many better pick your own farms in Warwick and Chester that are much nicer and better run.definitely will not do this again!

TLDR: whatever idyllic, fall family excursion you have in mind, this is the opposite of that. If you are a young family looking for a weekend activity for your little one(s) to get away from the city, this highly commercialized version of apple picking is probably not what you're looking for.
This business should be investigated by the Better Business Bureau.
On our recent apple picking visit, for which we had to prepay, the first employee we asked for help in directing us to trees volunteered that 90% of the trees were completely picked through or dead and that we'd have to walk to one end of the farm (with our 18 month old) to have a chance of finding apples to pick. We prepaid $7/person and $15 for a bag to collect the apples that were apparently mostly, if not entirely, already picked through at this farm.
When we arrived at the farm entrance, we waited in line for 35 minutes to park because they had dramatically oversold tickets relative to their capacity. Not only was this inconvenient, but it meant that our time at the farm felt more like walking the aisles of a grocery store than it did anything else.
This is to say nothing of the general customer service and the approach with which most employees of the farm treated their customers.
One of the worst customer and consumer experiences I've had in the tri-state area in over a decade living in New York.

We've been to this farm several times before in the past few years but today, we brought our special needs son in his wheelchair to enjoy the nice day (who was just checked and COVID NEGATIVE). We all wore masks as per protocol. The lady by the cashier station gave my son a DISGUSTED LOOK as soon as we got in the store. Then she asked me and my husband what we're looking for. We told her the shopping cart . She said in a haughty attitude "It's outside". The carts were far from the entrance which s why we didn't see them right away.
A nice blonde lady who also worked there greeted us and I even complimented their decorations. I tried not to think about the nasty attitude of the other staff there.
My son was having teething pain from his 2nd molars coming in and he started choking on his saliva so he coughed to clear his throat while he had his mask on. Another blonde lady told us in a NASTY WAY to go outside due to COVID precaution. Without even asking how my son was, she quickly judged my son! Being a Critical Care Nurse, I understand about the COVID precautions but it's NOT WHAT SHE SAID BUT HOW SHE SAID IT! SHE FOLLOWED IT UP BY NASTILY EXCLAIMING 'THIS IS NOT A MEDICAL FACILITY!" CLEARLY, SHE WAS DISCRIMINATING AGAINST THE DISABLED!!!
ANY FORM OF DISCRIMINATION SHOULD NEVER BE TOLERATED ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE INNOCENT CHILDREN!!!! I WILL DEFINITELY WARN ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS NOT TO GO THERE!!!
THIS IS THE WORST KIND OF FAMILY-OWNED ESTABLISHMENT WHICH IS NOT FAMILY-FRIENDLY!!!!!

Have been here before for fruit picking. Always a good time. Polite staff, always plenty of fruit to pick. The store is stocked and full of wonderful baked goods and fruits/vegetables.
