What an amazing spa! The sauna was very relaxing. Had a fantastic deep tissue massage with Amanda - she was great! I’ll definitely be back.

Went for the relaxed to the max package and it did not disappoint. From start to finish everything was great. The massage one of the best I have had in a span of many. Kudos to Dan, massage therapist, he was courteous, professional and highly on point. Also the facial with Katie was pure heaven, she was attentive, gentle and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this spa and cannot wait to return.

I had a really disappointing experience at this. I had been a customer there for years and was excited to share a spa experience with a friend coming in from out of town, who I had not seen through COVID. Unfortunately, kids and life made us late to our appointment, so we arrived 15 minutes late to our 1 hour spa appoint. We rushed in and immediately apologized for the lateness, fully expecting a shortened but still pleasant visit. Before we could even explain or figure out what's next we were met with a very strange negative attitude from the receptionist. She told us that since we were No Shows, she sent the masseuse home and charged us fully for both appointments. We were honestly so taken back we didn't even know how to react. Startled and upset, I pointed out that we were not "No shows", in fact we are here just late, which again we are very sorry for. I asked why she would send the masseuse home, who was booked for the entire hour. She mentioned something about him being a contractor, I didn't fully understand that part. She made no effort to understand or empathize with our situation. She did say she called my number, which unfortunately turned out to be an outdated one. She said there was nothing she could do "we didn't show up and now you are charged and that's your spa policy". We walked out of the spa completely baffled. While walking, we realized that we actually had two different masseuses booked and why did we get charged twice, where was the other masseuse? We walked back into the spa and again tried to speak with the reception. She was even more annoyed and short with us this time. She again pointed out that we are "no shows" and we again pointed out that we were actually late, but did show up. We asked what about the other masseuse, was she also sent home? She said that no, the second masseuse was here and at this point, if we wanted one of us could technically go in for a short message. At this pointed, we had wasted so much time discussing this and we were so upset that we declined and walked out.
After we left I did check the policy and in fact, the receptionist was incorrect. Even though, they do have a clear Cancellation Policy, they also have a Late to My Appointment policy:
What if I Arrive Late to My Appointment?
If you arrive to your appointment late, this will affect your total appointment time and your appointment will be shortened as a result. Our appointments must begin and end on time to enable us to be ontime for the next schedule appointment. We appreciate your understanding and prompt or early arrival for your appointment.
After this experience, I reached out to the spa one more to time to try to discuss this and they told me that their policy is as is. I will definitely not be coming back or recommending this place to others.

I have been going to Saratoga Botanical Spa for 9 months for facials and hot stone massage. Both beauty regimes are relaxing and they work. Tanya has my face glowing with youthfulness. They offer great packages to safe on your appointments and have lovely products. Besides the handmade soaps I have purchased facial scrub, a beautiful bathrobe, and facial serums.

This Spa is so welcoming. The entrance is the store, which has some affordable oils and cool products. The Spa is through to the back where you can enjoy complimentary tea, water and fruit. If you make time before or after your treatment you can enjoy the sauna. The ambience is relaxing and relaxed, not snobbish. The therapist was professional and very good. I will return here the next time I am in the area.

My Mom and I booked appointments here for a weekend getaway. Each of us got a 1-hour Swedish Massage and a 1-hour facial. Due to availability of their staff, our appointments were staggered by 1/2 hour. We wish they could have been at the same time - but thankfully, we're pretty patient people, so this wasn't a problem. It actually gave us some time to sit around in a robe and enjoy our time away from screens and other distractions - which was welcome!
My massage and facial were done by Erin. She was lovely. Her voice was soothing, she checked in to make sure everything was feeling good (that the massage was at the right pressure, that the facial mask was tingling, but not stinging, etc.), and she gave me a few tips on what to do with my face on a weekly basis to help keep my skin clear and hydrated.
My Mom had 2 different people - I can't remember the woman's name who gave the massage, but I do know that Olfa did her facial. She really enjoyed both of these women and had great conversation with both of them. They gave her great tips and answered all of her questions very well. My mom was raving to my father about Olfa especially!
The only "advice" I might offer to the business is to give the admin staff a little more training. The woman who brought us in seemed a little frazzled. She kept scurrying in and out of the back room to change out the candles, and move things around. She didn't know where the robes were and had to interrupt one of the massage therapists during an appointment to ask. Once again, I'm very patient and didn't mind this too much, but there were a few other people waiting in the back room and they looked a bit annoyed.
The woman at the front desk when we went to check out was confused about the pricing of our appointments, and it took close to 10-15 minutes to check out as she figured that out. That seemed a little strange. Although we had set aside a good amount of time, we had somewhere to be right after and were in a bit of a rush.
All of that said, the overall experience was positive. It smelled great in there, the musical choices were great, the product options were wonderful, and the massage and facial therapists were great and super knowledgable. My Mom and I were both very relaxed and had a lovely experience. I would definitely come back to this place, and I'm sure with a little tweaking on the admin end, all of the rough edges will be smoothed out. ;) Don't let that deter you from going!

The massage was great - Claire did a great job. I felt relaxed after my 90 minute Swedish. My facial was good, I think I'm just not a facial kind of girl.
Otherwise overall not impressed by the service, about 45 minutes before our appointments (4 of us) they called the Inn and tried to push us back 30 minutes.
We had to wait 10-15 minutes when we got there. We did not fill out any paperwork on allergies, skin conditions, ailments, medications etc. We were not offered a robe or sandals for our services.
I'm not sure it's worth the money. At check out the woman behind the counter appeared to be overwhelmed and could not get our services to check out correctly. Took a lot longer than needed too.
Overall I would look around while in Saratoga for a better spa experience.

This is a tiny spa in the hear of Saratoga. The location was perfect for me an my girfriends, right off the main drag. The massages were very good and relaxing. They have a small sauna you can enjoy before or after your massage as well. Only downside was the lack of lockers. There was no place to keep any of your things and only two small bathrooms for changing. Luckily, it was just me and 6 friends at the spa but if it was strangers I wouldn't have liked it.

I booked an appointment online, gave my credit card information, and got a message indicating that my appointment had been booked. When I came for the appointment, they told me they had given it to someone else. The woman at the front desk (I assume the owner) kept saying that she hadn't seen that I had booked before, but they when she went on the computer, my credit card information and my appointment were right there. The worst part is how rude they were about the entire situation. There was no apology, even after I explained that I had to drive 40 minutes to the appointment. I was so disappointed with the customer service that I ended up just walking out. I hope this company doesn't end up charging my credit card or something - I certainly wouldn't put it past them.

First time visiting Saratoga Botanical Organic Spa, had the 60 minute Detox Massage and it was extremely relaxing and all around made me feel truly great afterwards. Even came with a complimentary sauna session, which I also recommend partaking in. The atmosphere is relaxing and cozy, resonating what a spa should really be like. I will certainly come back for more!
