Azzurra picked us up from our resort. Extremely friendly & knowledgeable from the start. She was by far our favorite guide throughout our time in Italy. So much rich knowledge & explanations throughout our day. She truly went “above & beyond” making our experience one to remember. We can’t thank you enough.

Azzurra was kind, knowledgeable and wonderful in every way! We had the BEST day touring Tuscany with her, including 2 amazing wineries, olive oil tasting and visited 2 smaller towns where we had time to walk around, shop, etc… It was a private tour and we all highly recommend!!

Cristian gave us a wonderful day. There were 12 of us. HE arranged two vans. First they left us off at San Gimignano for a couple hours and then he had arranged a fabulous lunch and tour of a winery. Cristian is an excellent and experienced guide and we recommend him highly

We used Viaggi d'Ambra to plan our entire vacation to Italy (Venice, Florence, Tuscany and Rome). We worked with Christian who was AMAZING. I cannot overstate how much we appreciated the planning and support. He coordinated all our transportation, tours and hotels. Everything was spectacular. Every hotel was perfectly located and gorgeous with really kind, helpful staff. Every tour guide was kind, knowledgeable and amazing. The transportation was on time and went so smoothly. Christian started helping me more than a year prior to our trip and we went back and forth making the perfect itinerary with all his expertise and suggestions. Everything went off without a hitch. The trip of a lifetime and worth every penny. I will absolutely use Viaggi d'Ambra again when we come back to Italy.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Azzurra and Christian while we were visiting Tuscany. We booked 2 of the most perfect days of our trip with them. The first a trip to Sienna, complete with a walking tour with the most knowledgeable and entertaining guide and the second to the most magical winery and cooking class. We could not have even imagined how perfect this day was. Azzurra and Christian are both professional and knowledgeable. We are so pleased with their services and will absolutely use them again when we are lucky enough to be back in Italy!

Christian arranged a trip for our family of 5--one night in Rome and 9 days in Sicily. He arranged everything from transfers to pick-ups, hotels, drivers and guides. He even helped with suggestions and reservations for dinner. Christian made the trip easy and wonderful. Sight seeing, wine tasting and cooking pasta--sea side towns and beautiful ceramics and mosaics. Each guide and driver were wonderful and informative. Christian checked in with us and the guides/drivers every day so we did not even have to remember pick up times or places. We worked with Christian and Azzurra a few years ago when we toured Tuscany and they were wonderful. We would use Viaggi d'Ambra anytime we tour Italy.

We have been going on tours with Christian and Azzurra for 20 years and have never been disappointed! Their tours are informative, unique, and fun! They go above and beyond for their clients tailoring their interests with each experience. We have referred so many of our friends who are touring different places in Italy. Everyone has always been so grateful! We can’t wait for our next tour! They are forever the people who will guide us through Italy, particularly Tuscany! If you want the best choose Viaggi Dambria! Christian and Azzurra thank you for another outstanding few days!

Scheduled a last minute tour with Christian. We let him set the itinerary and he set up a tour with exactly what we wanted. Clean and comfortable van, very knowledgeable, and found us some great small family vineyards away from the tour buses. Couldn’t recommend more!

Christian and Azzurra are the absolute best! I've done three separate day tours with them over the years -- in 2016, 2018, and 2022 -- to explore the Chianti region, its villages and its wineries. Each time we were brought to different, unique vineyards with exceptional wine, and we always leave having bought a case or two to ship back to the States. In 2016 and 2018, I toured with Christian as part of a group of friends on vacation. In 2022, my wife and I toured with Azzurra as part of our honeymoon. They are both exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, pleasant hosts with deep connections to and knowledge of the region. They're great both for touring with groups of friends and as a solo couple. I always recommend them to anyone traveling to the area. 5/5 would highly recommend to anyone interested in touring the region -- particularly if you enjoy Chianti Classico (which you will after touring with them)! We'll definitely be back again!

We hired Christian to plan a large portion of our trip and he did not disappoint! He asked a lot of questions in order to plan an itinerary that would be perfect for our group of 5. We were very impressed with the quaint, boutique hotels that he booked for us, as well as the small tours of wineries and an organic cheese farm. He found fantastic guides for us to tour the Coliseum and Abrezzo. He picked us up promptly at the appointed time and treated us to personal stories of the area. His knowledge of the region was amazing, and he treated us like royalty. We would highly recommend Christian and his company and hope to cross paths with him again soon!
