The worst customer service ever I have been trying to see what happened to my refund for two months I talk to someone different all the time and get told some will call me back but they never do I have sent multiple emails and all have gone unanswered

This was our third time staying at the lodge. First was many years ago with our children. Second time in May 2024 with three of our grandsons and third July 2024 with our other grandson and granddaughter. There is so much to do for families. Our grandkids had so much fun. In fact they all want to go again next year. Yes, the cost can be pricey. Best advise would be get on their mailing list to get info on sales. Both of these recent visits we purchased the Food and Fun pack, which is well worth it. The only thing I would say is one of our dinners in the main Restaurant my husband ordered the half chicken dinner and it was overcooked and dry to where he couldn’t eat it. When we told the server about it, she apologized but didn’t offer a replacement or anything. Which surprised us because we have had very good service and food there before. Overall it’s a great place for families.

The whole experience was just amazing. We spent most of the time at the water park. I wish the prices were a little cheaper though.

They had ONE person in the children’s swim area! No one will help to ensure they’re going one by one. No one will
Allow parents to accompany their small
Child down any slides either. They are not required to wear life jackets. Kids will go head first into the water, budge other kids, not understand single file etc. 90% of the parents do nothing. If you’re a parent that is hands on and guides your children to ensure safety, you’ll still be hulling butt to keep up with the high water and ridiculous lack of care from staff. The arcade claws are also rigged, and they don’t accept cash at w gift shop or surrounding areas. There’s so much that feels DANGEROUS and money hungry!

Average and Mediocre. It could have been so much better! Customer service was average. Our truck was broken into and we were never notified despite an internal text system they could have used to let us know so our Rey k had been vandalized. Because we did not know until we were ready to depart, it caused us to find a window repair company for an emergency. We had to pay extra so we could get on the road. They could come out until 3:30. We had to drive at night to get to our next destination. When I asked to stay in the room until our truck was fixed, they allowed it but they were not overly caring. This Resort doesnot have enough security or surveillance cameras. The security guard was kind and helpful after the incident, however, the rest of their staff was uncaring. It was obvious that this was an ongoing problem.
The food was good but overpriced. Very expensive for a family.
The kids did have fun at the water park and there was plenty to do.
The room was clean and the room cleaning staff was helpful.

This was our first trip to great Wolf Lodge. The only way we would go back is with a discount. It was OK, but just OK. The room was basic. Definitely no frills. We asked for a second blanket, since the comforter is more like a sheet Housekeeping told us to keep it quiet. Apparently they are not allowed to give more than one blanket per room. The beds were comfy and the resort has a noise ordinance, which was great. We definitely slept well. The water park was great. What kid doesn’t love a water park!? The place was dirty. Gum all over the floor and stairs surrounding the pool. The showers in the locker rooms, were absolutely disgusting. Hair everywhere. Nasty old, sour towels. No soap or shampoo and any of the dispensers. The bathrooms were also nasty. We’re not cleaned the entire time we were there. They should definitely put a cap on the amount of people allowed in the waterpark per day. Fortunately kids don’t notice things like that, but it was very unsafe. There were so many people shoulder to shoulder. It would surprise me if the lifeguards could even find a swimmer that was in trouble. All in all and OK stay. The kids had a great time. I feel like I need to shower for a week . Definitely don’t pay full price.

My family and I enjoyed visiting for our first time! There’s so much more to do besides the waterpark. I enjoyed the idea of arriving and having everything I need at the lodge. The staff was wonderful! Everyone was so attentive and really went out their way. Alma made check in super easy! Kayona was extremely helpful our first night at dinner. I wish I could remember his name at the shack place by pool. I called him (Mr Nachos) he was so helpful and made in my opinion the best nachos! My only con is the elevators! Need more elevators or faster elevators. Maybe because we went during spring break and that’s a popular time to visit; not sure. At some point the elevators took forever it seemed. Nice big rooms. Very clean and the ac worked AMAZING! The pictures online does no justice. We had the standard room and had Plenty of space.
The food was great. My family and I enjoyed all restaurants on site. My favorite place to stop was the sweet shop for fudge. Breakfast was delicious!

This place is great for what it is—very kid-friendly and safe. It felt very clean, from the water park to the general hotel area—there was a huge presence of housekeepers. We ate at Waffle House and the Indian restaurant right next door. Lots of outside dining options within a 5 min drive. We did get pizza and wings at Hungry Like the Wolf for lunch and they were really good.
Check-in and check-out were both very easy and smooth; there are kiosks to check-in and I was able to get an itemized statement emailed. We stayed in a kid camp room and I was really impressed with how big it was (compared to other resort hotels).
We also did laser tag and bowling, both of which were a hit. Ages of kids are 10.
Plenty of seating in the water park (mostly tables and chairs—if you must have a lounge chair either be there before doors open at 10 or rent a cabana. Basically 5 areas to the indoor water park, big kid treehouse area, basketball/obstacle course pool, wave pool, toddler only area and the wooden stairs entrance to all 4 big tube/mat slides. Towel “rentals” available—just give your room number and make sure to return; also locker rentals.
For an awesome, relaxing birthday weekend with friends Great Wolf Lodge met all expectations!

We've been here a few times, and have thoroughly enjoyed, kids have fun, park is very clean, you can tell that's a big priority for them, staff is friendly and helpful. but this past time they originally downgraded our room when we first arrived, we had to go back and switch it only to be given a room as far away as possible, opposite of what we asked for, I have littles that cant walk the best. Turns out they switched our room due to water pipes bursting the previous week. Our new far away room also did not have any hot water for the entire first evening, so we all had to bathe in cold water or go down to the community showers. They did provide us a pizza the next day for our troubles. overall you're stuck once you're there and have to hope for the best if you've traveled far to get there. Its a blessing we did not come the week prior with all the water pipe problems. I hope they are able to get some of the upgrades necessary done to properly maintain their facilities. Otherwise very fun for the family!
I do agree about the buffet comments, definitely on the gross side, for the price you're better off going out to eat since there are lots of options near by.
