Group of 5 of us had an absolute blast skydiving for the first time this week! Everything happened like clockwork, rocked up on time, met our instructors, got harnessed up, onto the bus, on the plane, attached to the instructor and then it’s GO TIME!
The free fall is something that everyone has to experience; it’s incredible!
Everyone in the group felt totally safe and had an awesome time!
The view is amazing!
My instructor was Pauly who was a massive legend!
The only con about the whole thing was the fact that it all goes so quickly!
Can recommend Skydive Brisbane to anyone thinking of skydiving!
The free fall is something that everyone has to experience; it’s incredible!
Everyone in the group felt totally safe and had an awesome time!

You are greeted by a very friendly lady who asks you to fill out the required paperwork and gets you kitted up. You're then introduced to your skydivedive professional and ushered into the minivan. All straightforward and barely any hanging around.
The flight up is an experience in itself, you really feel like you're moving with the plane unlike being on a commercial passenger flight. The views are fantastic and once you break through the clouds it's breathtaking. The guides are ultra professional and you really feel like you're in safe hands.
Once the signal is given, you are out of the plane pretty quickly. The freefall is a mindblowing experience, hurtling towards planet earth at around 200 kph. I'm sure neither of us will feel another rush like it for a very, very long time.
Once the parachute is deployed after around one minute of falling, and you have stopped shouting/screaming/laughing, the gravity (quite literally) of the situation really hits. It is a feeling of pure elation. The glide down is the complete opposite of the fall, being nice and relaxing. The skydive pro gives you the reins for a minute or two which is fun.
I would do it every day if I could. Highly recommended.

Thank you so very much. Mic was a wonderfully cheerful instructor. Just what you need when a little nervous. He pointed out some sites as we were flying out to the Dropzone and I felt very safe. The rush of leaving the plane was incredible. The view was stunning and I am so glad the weather was clear and warm. My bestie Erin and I had an amazing experience and want to do it again. The team helped make my friends birthday an extra special day we won’t forget. Highly recommend.

I laughed the whole way down. This was incredible! We had beautiful weather today to make it even better. Franc was so lovely, thanks for putting up with this crazy chick. Don’t think about it, just do it!

Wow, all I can say is wow. Going skydiving was something I always said I wanted to do, but never really thought I'd get the chance. Currently, I'm studying abroad in the area, so I decided to make it happen. Me and 9 of my friends decided to travel to Brisbane for the weekend and ultimately 7 others decided to make the leap with me. Don't let the sticker shock scare you off- it is honestly the best $250 I've ever spent! I did opt to buy the video and pictures, which I'm glad I did, although the quality didn't seem to be superb (but certainly weren't bad) based on the amount I paid. Ultimately I got about 20 pictures out of the lot of 230+ that I fell instantly in-love with. We had about the most perfect day to jump that you could ask for, so if you are considering buying the video and pictures, take into account the weather and views you'll be getting! Honestly, this experience is one I will be talking about forever. I can't thank the staff enough for making it an incredible experience! If you're in the Brisbane area, jump here! Byron Bay is incredibly crowded.

To me, my first ever skydive which I did on my 70th birthday, was awesome and 'terrifying' at the same time. The whole experience was just amazing. The team at Brisbane skydive are great. Tanya is so helpful and friendly. Cave, my instructor, is brilliant. He has a way of putting you at ease and filling you with confidence and trust. They have my highest recommendation and a huge thanks for a wonderful experience. Make sure you get the video/photo package. The extra dollars are well worth it.

My first ever tandem jump. Was thrilling and worth the money spent. The team at Redcliffe is fabulous. They are experienced, friendly and explain things in detail - makes everyone comfortable. The all-round view from 12000 ft as after one jumps out of the aircraft is out of this world - something never so clear from a regular aircraft.

If I told you that I was not scared one bit, would you believe me? Well that was the case and this was my very first skydive! The team here is super friendly which made me extra comfortable to be in such a scary situation. Brett, my lovely instructor, was so cool that I did not feel nervous one bit! Would definitely recommend all to do this at Redcliffe!

great experience the tandem dive ….. we did it with our adrenaline junkie teenagers … the instructors were fantastic keeping us informed all the way along (thanks Jimmy) would definitely do this again

We reserved skydiving at Redcliff in Brisbane at September 1st.
But we could not have skydiving due to bad weather.
So the skydive crew at Redcliff said if we send email, we will get a refund. But we send email to "brisbanedz@skydive" and "reservation@skydive"
However, I did not receive any reply.
What should I do to get a refund?

Hi there.. I'm thinking of booking for three people. I've just read on the reviews about weight. My son is 97 kg we were looking at booking for the 23 September 2017. How much extra would I have to pay please.

I'm considering to go skydiving with your company in either Brisbane or in Byron bay this October.
but my main debate between the two is which one do you think would have the best views?

They both have great views, are you going to be closer to Brisbane or Byron Bay when you may be skydiving? (That may help with deciding)
I live in North Brisbane and went skydiving with them and the views were magnificent! See Moreton Bay, Stradbroke Island, Bribie Island and parts of Brisbane.

How much time would we need to allow to fit a skydive in our visit to Brisbane?

Depends on whether you are confident you want to do one lol, took me 8weeks into a 3 month trip to pluck up the courage to book. I think i dived aound 10.30am, but there were a few setbacks and location changes so i think i was at redcliff for 4 hours or so.
