I love this store. You can find delicious treats for everyone on your Christmas list and the staff is wonderful. Can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely horrible customer service! They took my order down wrong (Commercial, California) instead of Los Angeles. California and blame me for it. I told Alan Bundy there’s no Commercial, California so I know I didn’t say that. When the order got to my cousin the can was rusty and candy sticky So he gets mad told me to never order from them again and hung up on me. Absolutely disgusting behavior and customer service.

This has become a regular stop for us on the trip from Raleigh to Southport. I love local businesses that really do it right!

So, I just called to speak to the owner of Elizabeth's Pecans and he REFUSED to speak to me.
I ordered pecans in lieu of getting them at the Southern Christmas Show this year, because, COVID and they were shipped, but never arrived. I made three phone calls to his company. His co-owner, whom identified himself as THE OWNER, Brantley Hattrich only cared about the money. The first time I asked for my money back, he refused. He asked me to call back on the 30th, and I did --- he LIED to me about going to the post office (that day) and speaking to "someone" there whom told him he couldn't file a case until January 11th, and he would give my money back after he got it back. I told him that was not acceptable, and he STILL refused to give my money back and hung up on me.
Apparently, this company is in dire straights if they need my money that badly!
He told me this person at the post office could see scans that I could not see in the tracking and assured me the package was being scanned and moving. Mind you, there is NO scans on the package since the 21st. That scan states; "the package is moving within the USPS network" so I guess that's where he got that bull marleky.
So, I did what anyone else would do --- I solicited expert advice from my friend, whom is a REAL POST MASTER and asked about this crap Mr. Hattrich was blowing up my rear... I was able to find out that someone CALLED the call center at 11:35 the same day he allegedly went to the post office and there was a package research case created at 11:40, again, that same day!
Ironic, I think not!
Mr. Hattrich only wanted to be right. That mattered to him and his ego more than a long time customer. He just wanted to 'prove to me' that the package would show up, spite the package not moving!
Anywho --- I called him back the next day and told him I didn't appreciate him lying to me and gave him the details I was able to find out. He FINALLY agreed to give my money back and told me not to call back.
I had originally asked to speak to Mr. Alan Bundy, the REAL owner, on a call with Mr. Hattrich on the 30th and he told me Mr. Bundy would be in the office on Tuesday (today). I hadn't heard from him, so I called today and was told he refused to take my call and that they had "given my money back."
Now, a couple of things for all you 'Karen's' out there! I know the shipping issue is not their fault --- but how they handled it and way I was jerked around, IS their fault. Mr. Hattrich never offered any solution or to reship my order --- and when I suggested a reship (because I really just wanted the pecans), he was more concerned about betting the original back when it arrived and who was going to pay for it. I even told Mr. Hattrich I would pay for the 2nd shipment, should it ever arrive!
I did not pay the USPS, I paid Elizabeth's Pecans.
I was told, by multiple people, my package was not insured.
I was told by the post office, Elizabeth's Pecans would have to refund my money.
I have enjoyed and ordered and bought from this company multiple times in the past. but, NEVER AGAIN!!! The lack of customer service I received from this company, and the fact the owner refused to talk to me about this situation, confirms this company lacks appreciation for people spending their hard earned money buying their products!
p.s. Today is January 5th and the package STILL has not arrived --- or been scanned, since December 21st.
I hope that the Southern Christmas Show REALLY considers this when they make an application to attend and be a vendor in the future. COVID won't last forever, we WILL get back together for more Christmas joy eventually! The way they treated me, I feel certain, is NOT an isolated event. Do they REALLY want people like this as a representation for such a strong and joyful event, and to subject thousands of people to this kind of exploitation? I sure hope not.
I'm getting off my soap box now... just thought I would share with you all and warn you about doing business with this company! Too bad, because they are a local, North Carolina small business and a lot of people really like doing business with our own. Epic fail, Elizabeth's Pecan Products

Just on a lark and on our way to the beach we took this very short detour off I 40 at the Warsaw exit. Headed toward Turkey NC and through some farm country just a few miles to where they have a very nice little store with all kinds of pecan products. Pecans aren't cheap and neither are these, but the brittle is so unique and delicious. Pleased to find it so easily with GPS and the address and to find it well stocked with options.

Delicious pecans in a variety of flavors/made different ways. My favorites are the Dark Chocolate Pecans and the Pecan Brittle (soft and tasty--you can't eat just one). They grow the pecans and make them into wonderful edibles. I've used them as gifts (they were gratefully received/enjoyed) and purchased for myself. Highly recommend.

The outlet store offers many sampling choices. The three items that I sampled were very good. I bought several tin containers of the pecan brittle for gifts. They have a grown in North Carolina agriculture seal. The people working there were nice.

This is the outlet for this famous brand of pecans. They have all of their products there to sample. Try their new white satin brittle. You can't go wrong here and the prices are reasonable.
