VERY CLEAN OPEN SPACIOUS I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Not as many slots as other casinos lots of handicapped parking!!!

I have gone to this casino weekly before the pandemic. I love the food specials...especially the steak dinner for $9.99.

I have had more than a few big payout wins and have 'favourite' machines i like playing. I see the bad reviews and pictures of the awful condition of the bathrooms, but as soon as it is reported, it is attended to!....i have never seen the bathrooms in Ajax like the pictures posted....I have also seen the staff cleaning and emptying the machines.....they have a system that is fast and well corrordinated. every machine is wiped down etc. and that was before the pandemic! I think everyone should visit and see for themselves and do not take these people's word for it just because they seem to have had a bad time. I will be going back soon.

Don't waste your time

Just returned from the Ajax casino. Absolutely terrible. Large quantity of the slot machines are shut down with tags stating that they are destined for the new Pickering Casino. The few machines that are being kept are mostly higher denomination machines. Only a couple of 1 cent machines. It looks as if they are getting ready to close down. Will definitely not return there,

Services were great, but slots were no good

Services were great, no issue, sanity constantly. In term of slots, I should have listened to stay away after 2 weeks of reopening, i hardly see any big winner, bonus/free games hardly existed, if you are lucky to get free games, but your bonus might be minimal not even 20% of money you already spent in this machine. Probably wait till fully open otherwise you will just waste your hard earned.

What a waste of my time.

So they’ve just opened recently since COVID-19 restrictions have allowed. I was escorted to get back into the casino(s).

They are only allowed 50 people at a time. You have to book a reservation online, in advance, for a specific day and time slot. You are limited to a maximum of 2 hours.

Well I went today and was VERY DISAPPOINTED! I understood there would be COVID-19 screening, I would have to wear a mask at all times and I would only have 2 hours, there would be partitions between machines and they would be sanitized after each use and a sign would indicate it had been sanitized.

Well, when I got there for my reservation, I was asked by security for my confirmation email and photo ID. He then asked me if I had read the four questions on a poster I said no and proceeded to read them. He did not ask me if I said yes to any of the questions; he just gave me a wristband [for my two hour timeslot] and allowed me to go in. At that point you go to another security guard where they ask you to pull down your mask and look towards the camera for facial recognition purposes.

Once inside the casino, many of the slot machines had a little sign that said it had been sanitized. They were only 102 slot machines available for the 50 people being allowed in and the slots that they had open weren’t even the games that I like to play except for two. It appeared that each bank of the machines only had one game open out of six or more.

It was a waste of my time to drive all that way and not have the variety that I am a custom to you. I would suggest anyone looking to go to the casino wait until they’re fully open and operational.

Total gut job needed. This place is so run down from filthy chairs, carpet threadbare, washroom was disgusting ( I took pics )..even the coffee tastes like it's been watered down and the beverage area would definately not pass a health inspection. Gone are the days when you would win even a little money. I'm hoping Pickering will be better when it opens.

Day at Ajax Casino and track

Went to for Sunday races during the summer for the first time. Enjoyed the experience- all though the races are actually quite short and are over in a flash.
Good food specials inside their restaurant.
At times their wait time can be quite long.
Special of the day is a good buy and value for your dollar. Keep to the penny slots if you want to keep the price reasonable.

We visited on a Friday night. The place was very busy and we had to wait 45 minutes for a table.
I must see that the food was excellent and I would go back again

It is pretty good casino. It is well located. It has a lot of slot machines. There is only one thing I don't like - the parking is not free.
