First visit today, we will now be regulars, what a find this place is. Never again will I visit the big chains of garden centres. .. The gardens to walk around are beautiful, the nursery itself has an incredible amount of choice and real value for money, coffee and cake in the GinGan was gorgeous, and so peaceful. The young lady who works there, I think the owners daughter is a credit to them, so helpful and full of knowledge, and so polite … Thank you , we will be back

This nursery is absolutely outstanding. Claire, one of the owners, is so knowledgeable and friendly and the range of plants, so many of them grown at Stanton Hall, is superb. Every time I visit I come home with a vast array of plants I never knew I ‘needed’ until I saw them blooming in these beautiful gardens. Today I visited with my daughter who knows little about gardening but who has been totally inspired!The prices here are also extremely competitive eg today I bought the most beautiful floribunda rose for only £10 .
This really is my favourite nursery, a true gardeners’ garden and I can’t urge you enough to visit.

Absolute heaven for gardeners!!
We made a short detour here while travelling on holiday...... OMG, Just a beautiful countryside setting, such a tranquil garden to walk around and see plants of every type growing happily in their natural environment.
As you walk round you can collect all your plants from one type or another at very reasonable prices. The owners have truly got a great love of gardening to create not only a fantastic garden but the best plant nursery I think I've ever been to!!
The only thing wrong with this place is that the baskets and boxes are too small for such wonderful purchases, I could have filled a wheelbarrow 😊.
100% recommend, do not pay twice the price at places like Dobbies etc. This place is a gem, we'll be back one day!

Beautiful market garden that doesn't feel like a market garden more like you've stepped into the most amazing landscape filled with a multitude of plants and flowers. The gardens are stunning and the plants for sale such good quality.

We love Stanton Hall and have been going for years. The couple who own it have slowly built up a beautiful garden around their stone built Pele Tower house, which is a pleasure to wander round. You can also wander around the polytunnels picking out your plants, many of which are raised here, meaning they will do well in nearby home gardens. The owners are always happy to chat and give advice. The place has a lovely relaxed and happy atmosphere. Take your time, sit in the sun and have a Morwick ice cream from the small shop.

The nursery and gardens are a lovely place to visit and the owners so friendly and helpful. So much to see - we were pressed for time but we will be back soon!

Oh wow! What a beautiful garden. The garden is part of a nursery and is set out in different areas. Not a large garden so easily visited as part of a day out or on route. It is well maintained and a pleasure to visit. We were able to chat with the owner who gave us the history of the garden and the hall.

A lovely garden to visit. Free to walk around the garden and a lovely "honesty" - help yourself - cafe alongside a superb nursery with a massive range of plants at reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

What an amazing place, the gardens are beautiful, the owner is a lovely guy to talk to and I guarantee you won’t walk away empty handed, there are so many lovely reasonably price plants to choose from, well worth a visit

I am not the owner of Stanton but it is a wonderful place. I was there yesterday. I love going there. Good accommodation just up the road at beaconhill.
