My friends and I visited this winery for the first time a couple weeks ago. Although the A/C was not working properly that evening the quality and selection of wine and appetizers was quite good. The live entertainment was good also. There also is adequate seating for many customers.

Low key, great bar, lounge and table seating, dance floor, good prices and great location! Every visit has been memorable! Highly recommend

Maybe a great place for hardcore cocktail drinkers but not very good in my opinion. Food was not good, many at table had talked about ordering Dominos instead. Looks to be a great spot for wine drinking but that is not my forte. John Taffer needs to come and "shut it down" and help em out on the foods.

Nice bar, great ambience, comfortable, great service, great selection of wine, beer, liquor, nice location. Been going there since it opened. Love it!

First time visiting tonight. I’ve been in to purchase wine before but never had drinks or food here.
A friend from out of state was in town for a short visit and I thought this place was a good choice for us to relax, have a drink and visit.
The drink was good, and that’s the end of anything good I can say.
The service was lacking and the drink prices are in the high side, especially for Lima, Ohio.
The ambiance was just ok, I think it could have been more appealing if the staff was more on point and more engaged with clientele.
The cook felt the need to come out of the kitchen and berate my friend and I, accusing us of being rude and calling the staff names. He said the waitresses were threatened by us. His bizarre accusations were only surpassed by his behavior. We were told to leave and never come back, he threatened to call police on us. Not certain what prompted any of this strange behavior. We most definitely did nothing he accused us of.
This was a shocking experience and the cooks behavior was irrational and somewhat threatening.
We contacted the owner and she seemed concerned, stating she’d follow up with me the following day. That was two days ago and we’ve heard nothing.
This restaurant could be nice, but the staff brings it down several notches. Seems like they’re trying to be a special, unique type establishment, but the only thing special was the weird cook.
Even if the cook had not threatened us, I wouldn’t return to Vino Bellissimo. Beware.

This place has a cozy decor. The food is amazing.. That’s what I go for..Try their cauliflower risotto.. Not to mention, they offer many craft beers, cocktails, and over 100 whiskeys!! They also offer a huge selection of wines by the glass or bottle. They are open every day at 11

A friend who lives in Lima recommended Vino to me. I was happily surprised. The wine list and selection to buy was lovely. I had the bruschetta as an appetizer. It was very good, a little heavy on the balsamic. They had a decent menu. The staff was out of this world. They answered every question and told me a bit about Lima. I was greatly appreciative for the information.

Good selection. Great service and friendly staff. A true gem in a city known more for its fast food and crime. A great escape from the chain brands of meetings places that are more generic than unique.
