Rented a hybrid bike for four days. Staff was extremely friendly and responsive, bike was fine, hills took some getting used to for someone who lives in the NETHERlands :)
I was actually recommended another place, which shall remain nameless, but they didn't even bother to answer my email, so I'm really glad I ended up with these guys. Can't fault them for anything and definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of renting a bike in Pittsburgh. It's a very bike friendly city, by the way. I was a bit worried as I'm used to an extensive bike infrastructure in NL, but I was pleasantly surprised. There are plenty of designated bike paths, excellent trails all over the place, and even when you share the road with cars, they tend to pass you with a wide berth. So, thanks a lot for the experience and until next time!
