What an excellent place so much to see. Local equipment and history! I ran out of time before I could see it all. The owner spent a lot of time with me and shared a lot of information with us. I cant wait to go back and spend more time. This is a personnel collection that is shared with the public.$4 a person worth five times that.

Everything written before, I second. A family passion, family owned. Only $4 for adult admission, with knowledgable guide to answer all your questions and point out curiosities, like a log hollowed out to transport water, a model oil rig operation made by a Florida senior that demonstrates how the real life sized equipment was used. I will come back again. Too much to see in one trip. Neat DVD too!

Went with my father & husband to check this museum out and it was a wonderful experience. The wealth of knowledge Mr. Zeigler has about the area and the oil industry was a treat. He had a bit of everything. I enjoyed seeing all the old machinery and hearing his stories.

This is a large collection of old cars, tractors, equipment, too much to list, also the nicest&biggest collection of vintage gas pumps I've ever seen, all in good condition.it is the personal collection of Mr Zeigler, who was picking &collecting long before most.He is an incredible man,who is still at it at 92. He showed us around & told us some interesting stories. If you are around the area,i t's worth a visit.

We came upon this place while traveling and my husband thought about for a minute and decided to turn around to go see what they have. So very glad we did! Nothing fancy here, just barn after barn after barn of a private collection belonging to a family who loves the old things. Cars, trucks, tractors, etc, and many items that were used in the oil industry that literally started in this area! Signs, gas pumps, even an old fire engine from the nearby town saved from a scrap yard. I've seen plenty of museums but this was different. So many things to see, and we had the pleasure of meeting with a family member who took time to explain alot of things, how they happened to get the item or what it was used for. Wow......

Incredible collection of old gas pumps, cars, machinery and tractors from the "original picker". The owner Mr. Zeigler was so full of knowledge of his collection as well as the Tidioute area, loved talking to him. There is a total of 5-6 buildings containing all of his collections, make sure you have the time to see it all. There is a small fee of $4.00 for admission. Open by appt or chance.

An amazing collection. There's a dozen or so antique Fords, several gas pumps from the 1920s through the 1940s, different types of engines, and so much oil advertising and memorabilia that you're bound to miss something! All that's just in the main building. There's also several antique tractors in addition to a working oil well. There's a $4 fee for adults. There are no specific hours. It's open by chance, or your best option is to call and schedule your visit.
