They can all participate as long as there is a guardian adult with them in the room. The 13 year is a great age for this type of activity and will get the most out of the experience. The 5 year old may not feel as involved.

It would be very difficult for an 11 and 5 year old. I can only speak for myself, but it was challenging intellectually. I absolutely loved it, but I think it certainly for teens and adults.

Yes! A group of two can play alone. Having only two people will make escaping more of a challenge. Having a larger group will increase your chances of escaping, but you will have fun either way. If you book for a private event you are guaranteed to only have the two of you in the room. There may be a additional people in your room if you don't book for a private event.

Hi, thanks for your question! We limit each room to 8 people to prevent overcrowding the room, especially when it is a group of strangers. However, if you are booking an entire room for your group, we can stretch capacity up to 10 people. In this case, just book the 8 available spots and bring your ninth person along to pay upon arrival, or if you know exactly what time you want to book, we can manually increase the number of participant slots available to book. Hi Emily! We are currently in the process of finishing the third scenario and hope to have it open to the public by the end of June. Our building has enough space that we can add additional rooms once the third scenario is open. However, we are focusing all of our attention on finishing the third scenario before we start any work on the fourth, so it will be at least a few months before the fourth takes shape. Because of this, we really only have a basic idea for it and cannot yet say for certain whether it will be scary or not, but since our third scenario will have some scary elements in it, the fourth most likely will not. As of right now, there is no required age. Before we open the third scenario to the public though, we will spend some time testing it, which will help us determine whether there needs to be a minimum age. When we announce the opening of the scenario, all of this information will be covered. Thank you for your questions though, and we hope you will come give one of our rooms an attempt!

Hi Nina! Thanks for your Interest in the Escape Experience - Chattanooga. We recommend and design our escape experience scenario rooms for participants that are 12 years old and up. That being said, we've had several participants 5 years old and up go through each of our experiences. From my observations, I'd say the 8-year old will have a blast and will understand what the objective is and contribute accordingly. The 5-year will probably good at finding hidden things. I'd recommend C-Block for young kinds. They'll get to where handcuffs and they seem to enjoy that.

We currently have a full schedule of options to choose from Thursday through Sunday, with limited availability Monday through Wednesday.
