We absolutely loved our Dartmoor walking tour with Inga. She is extremely knowledgeable, and we were enthralled by her detailed stories and explanations about Dartmoor, its history and legends, as well as the natural environment. We really felt that we got a wonderful overview of this very special area from Inga. I highly recommend this tour.

A great part of the country that you have to visit but really enhanced by a friendly and refreshingly good tour guide! We experienced a great insight into our walk.

We really enjoyed the tour. Ingrid was very knowledgable of the area, and great company. Walk included a good diversity of moorland, woodland, and historic areas. Highly recommend the family tour!

What a wonderful day! We enjoyed a fabulous 13.5 mile round trip over Dartmoor on an introduction to e-bikes session. Inga was the perfect guide, both knowledgable about Dartmoor and its history and patient in answering our many questions! We made multiple stops to admire stunning views and learn about the area. Inga told many folktales of Dartmoor, keeping us interested and amused! Although we live in the area there was so much we didn't know! This was a perfect introduction to e-bikes with expert guidance that meant we were quickly confident in riding them. The bikes are all in excellent order and the electric assistance in going up the hills was much appreciated! Thanks so much Inga for a fabulous experience! We will be back - perhaps on our own e-bikes next time!

I loved every moment of the bicycle tour of Dartmoor with Inga. She was so friendly. Although I had not cycled for few years, Ebike was really simple and easy to ride, and the route was not very strenuous.
I also found Inga’s knowledge about local Dartmoor very interesting, and I discovered lots of new things which would have been impossible to know if I was just driving through or visiting on my own.
Being on this tour opened up my world about Dartmoor and I would definitely do it again. Highly recommend!

Thanks Inga for the best ebike Tour we have had. Even the Dartmoor weather didn't dampen the day. Clear directions where to meet and super bikes to ride. Inga was the perfect guide so friendly, informative and her knowledge of the area is outstanding. The freedom of riding on the moors with a boost by the e bikes is superb and you can choose how much assistance you want, very easy to control. We did the Tour of Tors really enjoying all the stops and history of Dartmoor. Inga included a short walk upto a bronze age village, nice rest for the legs and seat. Lots of the wildlife came close like the ponies, sheep and the Highland cattle. We followed Inga past them all. Brilliant day worth every penny. Sharon and Sarah.

On a very windy (but not wet) May day, we met Inga in as she described one of the windiest coldest places on Dartmoor (a hilltop car park). We had booked a full day cycling and walking tour with Inga. Inga had carefully planned our route which took us through some beautiful Dartmoor lanes and kept us out of the wind. Our e-bikes, which were included and Inga brought with her, helped with the hilly bits. Inga brought Dartmoor to life, telling us the history and by showing us little gems that we probably would have otherwise passed by had we been biking on our own. We stopped and parked the bikes a couple of times to walk.We visited one of the oldest pub’s in Dartmoor for lunch, which fitted in perfectly in terms of timing and was right in the middle of our route. I highly recommend either a walking or cycling tour with Inga. She is knowledgable, fun and interesting to talk to. We had a great time and wish we’d booked two tours. We definitely recommend.

Great experience, and super fun. Inga is lovely and very knowledgeable on the area. Great way to sight see, cover a lot of ground and get some exercise. The e-bikes makes the distances and inclines very manageable as long as you are moderately fit. Wonderful experience cycling through the national park and quaint country lanes. Highly recommended

We had a great half days hike with Inga starting from Hound Tor. Inga was engaging, knowledgable and patient as she lead our family of 5 on a fantastic adventure on a great circular tour. She engaged our teenage daughter and was patient enough to answer all of our youngest sons questions too. A really lovely morning and such a sense of achievement for all of us as we completed our tour. Thank you Inga. We will certainly be recommending your tours to our family and friends.

My wife and I spent a wonderful day with Inga.
The electric bikes were amazing - my wife cheated and spent the whole day in turbo mode!
We did Inga's 'Tour of Tors', which is fantastic for those who love history and archaeology.
I learnt a great deal about Dartmoor and the people who lived on it thousands of years ago.

We are interested in a full 1 day tour of Dartmoor NP, preferably including a loop between Moretonhampstead, Postbridge and Chagford, on September 12, 13 or 14. We do not need narration but mainly a driver as we understand driving in the park can be tricky! We are mainly interested in viewing scenery and doing several short hikes. We plan to be in Cornwall with a rental car on the other two days and can meet the driver/guide at a convenient location for that person. Is this possible?

We will be staying at Two Bridges Hotel. Where do we pick up the electric bike tour and how long is it? Do we see horses, lamas, bison and different terrains?

I start tours where people want, so could meet you at the Two Bridges Hotel. There are wild ponies on Dartmoor but definitely no bison and the only llamas are part of a guided trekking business (Dartmoor Llama Walks). The tours I do take in a variety of different scenery (high moorland, valleys, villages etc.). My website has more info.
