Perfect afternoon. Husband enjoyed looking at the machinery and I enjoyed the boutiques. We both enjoyed the tasting. Fun afternoon!

Very cool shopping site. They have an awesome comedy club with improve. Highly recommend. Olive oil store is fantastic.

Amazing place! the antique equipment is awesome to walk through and look at the history - then add in the little shops ! amazing place! I highly recommend checking it out!

Bars were average and generally overpriced. I had no photo ID so wasn’t allowed to do the whiskey tasting u der Tennessee law. Am 62 by the way!!

Marathon Village is a unique venue with a variety of small shops, eateries and distilleries centered around a museum of early automobile production machinery. Three distilleries - Corsair (has a more modern, urban vibe), Tennessee Legend (explore unusual liquor flavors, but touristy) and Nelson's (more traditional "serious" whiskey experience). Wine, olive oils & vinegars, Harley & Jack Daniels merchandise, gifts, boutiques & cafes. Walk through & closely examine all of the old machinery as you move through the various shops. Well worth spending a few hours.
Note - those with limited mobility could find the interior walkways & ramps challenging.

Enjoyed the little shops here and the hallways lined with information about the short lived Marathon Car. Lots of well signed artifacts throughout. Not many food choices here so plan ahead. Don’t miss seeing the actual cars across the street as well as Antique Archeology from “Pickers” and the Moonshine/ Whiskey tasting as well. Easy parking when we got there around 10 AM and it was $10 for the day.

The history of American manufacturing with all the exhibit items is well done. Eclectic shops and interesting merchandise and the museum across the street with the actual Marathon cars is epic. Adequate bathrooms and fun to see the Pickers store. I wish there had been more food options

What a fantastic piece of history restored here. Gift shops, moonshine and wine tastings and the pickers store, Antique Archeology. If you've seen the show it is a must see. Go across the street and see 4 of the remaining ( 8 in the world ) Marathon cars that were built here.

Lots of cute little shops in this building, but the best place to see is right across the street where they have a FREE museum with five original Marathon vehicles! It's so cool to take a trip back in time to see cars that pre-dated Ford's Model T!

Marathon Village is a great place to visit! Especially if you are interested in history and the car industry. The factory buildings have been restored and some of the old equipment is still in the buildings. Very interesting.

Marathon does not have a taxi service or stop. We do have Grayline and Old Town Trolly drop off and you can always Uber or Lyft. Hope this helps!

yes it still open all week and we went early in the day not so busy in there its a small shop with lots of stuff so it get crowded fast

There was a restaurant down the street when we visited last time, I guess it's still open. Send the store a request and they can let you know for sure.

It shows Marathon Village is closed weekends but Antique Archeology is open. What stores are open on weekends and can you see the museum? Will be there in May.

You're correct that the Marathon Village is closed on Saturday and Sunday and the Antique Archeology is open. There are many shops with interior entrances off the main hallway. I don't know for sure but I'm thinking that's what's closed. There are other shops with exterior entrances, Antique Archeology being one of them. Those individual shops have the ability to have different hours. Which ones? I don't know. There's no easy answer. You can google Marathon Village and go one-by-one down the list and click on each business for their hours. It seems Marathon Village needs to be more customer friendly.

There was no admission fee to enter the building that we found. We did not go in the building across the street. The shops there did not open til 10 a.m.

This is a nice place to visit,but I would not consider it a mall. It’s more like a collection of shops and work spaces.
