Hi Brooke, we did not cancel that tour. None of the guests showed up, we assume because of the weather. Our guide texted you at 7:25, then again at 7:30 when the tour was beginning. Then we called and texted from our office at 7:35. We did not hear from you until 7:48, at which time we had already sent the guide home because we assumed you were not attending. Against policy, we issued you a refund when you told us you were still coming, albeit extremely late. We are sorry for all of the confusion, but we cannot force our guides to wait longer than 15 minutes for guests who we have not heard from.
